I just bought a 1TB external NVME drive to house my adobe programs.I go into my preferences, and change the install location to the drive but I get the message 'Unable to Install at this location'.I have previously installed CC to an external drive with no issuesI have uninstalled all CC apps, changed the install location, via the preferences, and still get this message.Hope someone can helpI'm using Mac Mini M1 Cheers

Good afternoon,I purchased  subscription online Adobe Acrobat Export PDF and downloaded the app. When I opened a PDF file and selected 'edit text and images' I was taken to a page that said 'Start free trial now'. On my Adobe homepage, it displays my plan which includes; PDF services, and Acrobat Export PDF. Below that window a box says 'Included with your account is Adobe Acrobat', so I click on that, which takes me to a page that says 'Hi Uyigue Adobe Acrobat Export PDF...', under that window is a box that says 'edit text and images' so I click on that and another window opens up and says 'start free trial'.  Am I missing something here, because my subscription displays that I can edit a PDF file, which is false. I have paid for something and did not receive it. Could someone please help me?  

The creative cloud app is not auto starting on my Mac. It is activated in the Log In section of my Macs settings. I also not that I have two CC apps - Creative Cloud and Creative Cloud Desktop App, which seems somewhat strange. Any ideas please? Running an M1 iMac with fully uodate Sonama. Thank you

Hi. I'm trying to install an app that I haven't used before, but Adobe is insisting on permissions to make changes. What changes would those be? I just want to make sure my work doesn't start getting moved into the cloud again.

i got an acrobat free trial+ plan with an old email address from my college on accident because it was saved in my google. (this is another account)i no longer have access to this email adress.I do not know my password, it didn't even ask me when i made my plan. i can't alter my passport because i can't change my emaili can't change my email because i can't alter my passport the stupid ai virtual assistent has no object permanence, so when i ask for help with one of these things it's forgotten that i don't have both. it has no programmed response for someone without either of these. give us actual human assistants , at the very least for non common issues , corpo trash.

Hello, I'm interested in how I can install xd again, I bought adobe creative cloud and I need Adobe xd and it won't install, is there a solution for that?

Recently, I found about 30 gigabytes of Adobe software folders just taking up space. I'd like that space back.  1. Can I simply right-click and delete these folders, or is there a better way? 2. Do the current versions of Adobe's software rely on any files or infomation stored in previous versions' file folders? 3. What is AIRobin, why do I have so many of these files and can I delete them without breaking anything? I attached a screen cap of the files in my AppData>Roaming>Adobe folder. I'm on Windows 10, if that matters. Thank you for your help.

aHi everybody, I hope you are having good Christmas season. I updated my Mac to Mac Os Monterey. I had Adobe pro XI and it is impossible to even open it in Mac Os Monterrey. I paid a permanent license of Adobe pro XI. I don't know what adobe version I should instal for it to work on Mac Os Monterey. I don't know if I can update my adobe license to that version compatible to Mac Os Monterey but the most important is What adobe professional is compatible with Mac Os Monterey. Hallo, ich habe Adobe schon sehr lange.Seit gestern taucht bei mir ein Problem auf das ich nicht mehr in die Adobe Creative Cloud gehen kann.Ich habe es schon 4 mal neu Installiert.Ebenfalls habe ich alles vom Explorer gelöscht und neu Installiert.Jedoch hilft nichts. stuck on initializing creative cloud, Creative Cloud is taking longer than usual to load.

Have looked and followed Adobe's "deactivation" process for LR6 Desktop, but none of it works. I look on my account and it shows I have the license, but NO activated PC's.  I uninstalled LR6 from one laptop and move it to new one - but the "Abobe Cloud" crap has now locked me out. Heard the LR6 server for activation / deactivation was shutdown years ago, so how does Adobe or the "new" cloud server know how many PC's I have it installed on.  Again, by my Adobe Account it has no PC's registered. Last time I did this a few years back, I had to contact Adobe Tech Support to get it resolved, but that seems gone as well.  I know they want me to upgrade, but see no purpose since I' m not a pro photographer who needs all those updates.

Good evening. First time I purchased an Adobe product and so far all was good. Yesterday I had to reinstall Windows an chose Windows 10. I installed about 30 softwares, only one not working.. Hi, I have a question about Photoshop instalation. Most of the time I work in Premier ( 2017 version ), since video editing is what I do. I just bought Photoshop and Lightroom and when I went to install them Adobe tried to use my Adobe Creative cloud since it's already on the machine and it didn't work. What would happen if I reinstall Creative cloud ?Main question is - can I just install Photoshop without loosing my old aps ( Premier, Bridge, Photoshop CS6 ) ?Thank you

Hello! I have Creatiev Cloud installed as well as Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop. I have experienced that a lot of different Adobe and Creative Cloud applications pop up such as CC Troubleshooter, Core Synch, AdobeIPCBroker, Adobe Creative Cloud Diagnostics, Creative Cloud Account Manager, Adobe GCClient, and AdobeCleanUpUtility. As well as things connected to Illustrator like "Web Gallery", "Make CCCalendar" and "Contact Sheet". I wonder If all these actually serve a purpose? Together they take up a good amount of diskspace.

Hello everyone. Forgive me if this is a bit confusing, but I've been having some complex issues with Adobe products it seems. My company was originally paying for licenses for Premiere Pro, Adobe Acrobat, Photoshop, etc. However, those licenses recently expired. The company hasn't resolved some payment issues regarding these products that are beyond my understanding. However, I would still like to use these products for personal use in the mean time, and thought I could buy my own subscriptions. Somehow though, despite the fact that I am on free trials on my personal account and payed for some product subscriptions with my personal account, I get an error saying to contact my IT administrator to renew my license (pictured below). This occurs with both my Premiere Pro free trial and Adobe Acrobat subscription, although I am able to use the mobile version of the latter just fine. Hi I have an issue where I have deactived a previous licence of Adobe Creative Suite 5.5 on one computer and upon trying to reinstall on another computer it is saying that the license is currently being used. I have tried reinstalling the Suite back on to the original computer but now can not activate it with that license key anymore. I have also deactivated it from the activated devices on the adobe website as well.Is there any other way to reset the license or check if there are any other PC's using it?Thanks
