I have a full subscription at the teacher/student rate, as I'm a teacher.  I also have a user account with the school system I work for.  I have two MBPs the system bought me AT SEPERATE TIMES and different models.  Our technology department installed the CC app with the software I requested (PS, AI, ID, BR, LR and Acrobat.) on both.  They have an enterprise license and pay per user. On the older (3yo) MBP I can login to my personal account and manage/update apps.  But on the new (6mon old) MBP I can login to my personal account BUT not able to "manage apps" but still have access to my personal library, files and storage. I can't make heads or tails of why I can manage apps on one machine and not the other.  Any help or insite is greatly appreciated!

Using admin console. The button view cases for enterprise support doesn't work. This is regarding multiple users having issues verifying subscription as it connect reach adobe servers.

Hi All, Here is the load down. A new user starting tomorrow. We created an adobe account and licensed the account. He is unable to receive Timely Verification emails. They always come through after the code has expired or not at all. And we can’t keep pressing “Send another code” as the system will lock out the user for 48 hours if we keep on trying after 10 tries. I have removed and added the account again repeatedly. Though the user always receives the “You have been unlicensed” email instantly. But not the verification codes or the "you have been licenced" notification emails. We are unable to log a ticket with Adobe Support because they have 0 spaces for support available for the entirety of October. But this problem needs to be resolved soon.We have had this before on multiple new account creations… But adobe stated from one of our "2 week later support tickets" that verification emails can take up to 48 hours to arrive. I've been trying to cancel my subscription for three days now and every time I phone, I explain my requirements to the operator I get forwarded to another operator and the line drops.In the mean time the payment has gone through and so I would expect a refund too now.How am I supposed to cancel my subrsciption? Hi, I can't activate my Acrobat pro product since the serial number I was given by Adobe was actually already issued and activated 10 months before !? A priori Adobe doesn't want to issue a new serial number before they have sorted out their internal problem first, no matter how long it may take. Anybody got this problem already? Is it correct that issuing serial numbers is Adobe's sole and full responsability? Thanks for any hint.

I have an odd issue here and I'm looking for some advice on resolving it. Previously, I had my manager purchase a license for Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017, which is still assigned to my Adobe ID. This was purchased in 2018. Fast-forward to this year, when I set up a company group, which I administer, for licensing our users. I had removed Pro 2017 from my PC and installed Pro DC successfully using the licensing I had purchased when setting up the admin console. This has worked successfully for several months. I'm not sure if it'll be pertinent, nevertheless, I have the same Adobe ID and associated email account for both instances. Fast-forward to yesterday, when I opened up Pro DC on my machine to scan in some documents, and now it's acting as if I don't have a license at all. I've tried removing the license from my account on the admin console and re-adding it. However, when I go to install Pro DC again, it's prompting me to pay for a license I have paid for already. Can anyone en

Hi, I'm trying to install the adobe apps, when i'm in the web, i can chosse whatever i want, but when i go to the creative cloud app, then all apps dissapear. Anyone know something about this? Im using a Macbook Air 2020. Thanks!

We have been pushing out a basic CCDA app + Acrobat to our computer labs for a couple years now. The package is built around v5.4. As of this week though, users are getting the following message if they happen to open the CCDA: Has "apps" version 5.4.5.550 been blocked from auto-upgrading due to its age?We really need a method for enterprises to allow an upgrade to the CCDA without a user signing in, as this thread and this thread are asking about.I do not want to be spending my valuable time making new CCDA packages. I want a means have the CCDA install, then upgrade itself without needing to be signed into by a user.

We use AUSST and the filterFilePath parameter to determine which application versions are available to users. I have been dealing with this error for days.My Adobe CC refuses to update, the update will hit 2% and then I will get Error Code 87I have tunred off windows installer, I have run in selective start up, I have run commands, I have tried to uninstall and reinstall but Adobe CC won't allow that because other Adobe software require CC to run so I can't even do a clean reinstall, and the same error happens when I just try to normally install CC.I like AdobeCC and have been using it a decade, but I am at my wits end and ready to just ditch this ecosystem for something more reliable and affordable.

I have been trying to cancel my subscription for a long time, but cannot seem to get through to anyone nor is there any clear point of contact to resolve account issues. Please may someone from Adobe assist me with this. 

Guten Tag, vor 20 Tagen hab ich mit meiner kostenlosen Testversion angefangen. Ich hab sie eine Woche  benutzt und habe dann am Abbuchungstag gekündigt wie es sein sollte (mit sepa Lastschrift bezahlt). Aber 1 Tag darauf wurden mir dann 24,00€ abgubucht weil ich angeblich das Acrobat pro Abo gekauft hab obwohl ich fristgerecht mein kostenloses Abo gekündigt hab. Ich habe nach hilft gesucht aber keine wirkliche Antwort darauf bekommen.PS: Die Abbuchung mit den 24,00€ ist mittlerweile 13 Tage her. Freut mich sehr wenn ich hier auf Hilfe stoße. LG

I have three charges on my credit card from Adobe. Adobe ACROPRO Trial £19.97Adobe PR Cloud Trial £19.97Adobe PR Creative CLD £19.97I am the admin console password holder and these are not on the billing section. How do I get copies of these invoices to review?

I got charged today with my usual plan fee and decided to downgrade to something cheaper. Instead of €33 I changed to €12, but instead of reimbursing me it charged me for the money. I still had another month on that plan so that means that i payed double for this month.  Can someone help? Id liek to talk to customer care but there is now email.

Good Morning, We have an integration, where we Post an asset to the creative Cloud. We followed this API specification https://developer.adobe.com/creative-cloud-libraries/docs/api/#tag/Library-Service/operation/postLibraryElements but it does not seem to work. Can it be that the schema of the request changed in the past 6 month and made new properties required? Could it be that the Documentation is not up to date? (6 Month ago the integration was still working and we were able to post assets to the creative Cloud through the mentioned API request). Thank you very much for your support.  best,Julian

It is convenient if returned value of License History Api contains values of license references (cce_agency) which are set when licensed individual assets. I would be grateful if Adobe add such property.

We are attempting to assign users to the Existing Adobe DC licenses in our ORG. but we have been unable to add anyone new for a while.  When we go to add someone we get errors like these :   Please note we have tried to add Several different Users in our ORG, but get the same errors everytime.   Please let me know if you need any other info.

Looking for options to accurately guage how many FRL installations we have in place.  Insight options are limited for FRL accounts, understandably so.   If were to complete a software inventory of machines, is there a way to identify an FRL deployment? 

So I am having issues signing into creative cloud. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling creative cloud but nothing I do works. I keep getting this error. Clicking "sign in" does nothing but bring up this box again. Any suggestions? 

File syncing error happening for a week and a half now. Cant seem to fix it. We tried all the suggestions such as pausing and starting again; looked in every folder on the cloud for anything odd in file names; quit and started CC; deleted trash from Libraries; quit Core sync in the Activity monitor. Files still don't sync. Escalated to Adobe and still no solution. Possibly a problem with our licensing? who knows. Anyone else having this issue? or suggested solution?
