buenos dias necesito migrar informacion de PSD , diseños tenia una cuenta con plan de adobe teamsmi proveedor indico que se bloqueo el equipo anterior,  me ha enviado otro acceso a otro teampero esta vacio no tengo mis diseños ni ninguna informacion que habia trabajado. como hago para moverla informacion? alguien me puede ayudar , de antemano gracias.

I work at a university and have recently had my licence for Acrobat Pro renewed and received an email from Adobe confirming this and giving me details of how to 'get started with Acrobat Pro'. I followed the instructions and things were working fine last week but, since yesterday, I've been unable to use Acrobat DC. I've tried downloading it but it's not working, even though on my account on the Adobe website, it shows that my package includes DC. When I try to download from the Adobe site, I get the message "Request access to Acrobat DC to continue installation" and there doesn't seem to be an option within Creative Cloud for me to download DC.Anyone else having this issue? I've spoken to my organisation's IT Services and they are aware of a couple of other people having a similar issue, but haven't been able to provide a solution yet. I've tried to contact Adobe, but they say I have to speak to my organisation's administrator/IT support! 

I just download CustWiz2100720091_en_US_DC.exe and install it, installation completed but while launching app it shows error" The code execution cannot proceed because mfc140u.dll was not found.  I found the dll from other PC and redeploy it. this error skipped but comes up another error: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000007b).Google wont give answer of this error i have tried installer on 2 different PC same error result.is it the installer working fine or not? 1PC has Adobe reader install 1PC just reimage Windows without any app.

hi this is driving me insane, ive been trying to cancel my creative cloud plan. I was guided to simply cancel the plan by the 'manage my plan' option however mine does not exist - im assuming it is because it is a teams plan? which is discounted for a year but then that discount is removed after a year and the subscription continues at a higher price (my reason for canceling). apparently to cancel a teams subscription i have to navigate to the adobe admin console and then support. I also do not have access to this and am guided to contact my systems administrator?? also attempted to delete the account hoping that would somehow cancel the subscription but its literally not an option for some reason. please help thank you 

Hello everyone! So bc of my University I'm supposed to able to sign in with my student account and have access to the creative cloud, but when i do sign in it tells me i still need to buy a plan? Has this happened to anyone and is there a way to fix it?

I can't install creative cloud to access the adobe apps. I get a "You've been sign out, please sign in again to access adobe apps" but I am signed in through my Valencia College atlas account which grants be access to the apps. I did rid my computer of all previous adobe software and uninstalled creative cloud.

While activating a page the rep:policy node is not getting published. Hola, buen día  Tengo una cuenta con dos perfiles, el mismo correo accede a dos perfiles diferentes. En uno está activo el pago y en el otro no, mi punto es que donde tengo toda mi biblioteca es en el perfil sin pago, y mi necesidad es que se pase toda la biblioteca al segundo perfil, donde estoy al corriente con los pagos. So Im trying to get my student license and i went through the creating an account putting my region and adobe id and they said thed send an email, its been 6 hours and no email has come through. Is there something i havent done or does it just take a while im so confused.   thanks for any help

Unsere Schule besitzt 500 Adobe Userlizenzen für den Unterricht. Seit einem Monat tritt häufig das Problem auf, dass Photoshop oder Illustrator nicht starten ober abstützen. Ich erkenne dabei kein Muster und nach ein paar Minuten oder einem Neustart funktioniert meistens wieder als wäre nichts gewesen. Oft reicht es, ein anderes Adobe-Programm zu starten. Manchmal dauert es aber auch Stunden, bis sich alles wieder "einkriegt". Die Fehlermeldung in Photoshop ist "Photoshop was unable to communicate with creative cloud desktop". In Illustrator "operation cannot complete because of an unknown error [parm]" gleich nach dem Start. Das Ganze passiert geräteunabhängig und eine Neuinstallation bringt auch nichts. Hat das vielleicht was mit dem Adobe Lizenz-Server zu tun?

Hi, why do I have only 4GB cloud storage in Creative Cloud, while looking at Lightroom, my cloud storage is 100GB?

I have been attempting to download and install Dreamweaver onto macOS.  At about "2%" of the install progress, the Creative Cloud app reports a failure to download and install the app.  Both machines are using the current release of macOS. 12.5—Monterey.  The versions of Dreamweaver we've attempted to download are 21.3 and 21.2. All other creative cloud apps are installing and running with no trouble, on both Mac M1 and Mac/Intel. I'm attaching the installation log for the failure, but also a jpeg of the screen shot of the displayed error message.  There are some unprinting characters which don't get saved when saving the webpage, but which are displayed in the web browser before saving or copying the log text. We've confirmed the CC installer has full disk access privileges.  And, as I say, there are no errors or difficulties installing InDesign, InCopy, Photoshop, Illustrator, or such. Any guidance would be appreciated. I tried everything in https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.html but no luck. I called several times and Adobe only hangs up. I'd like to cancel the Adobe XD subscription but keep the Adobe Teams subscriptions.

We use the Admin console to buy and assign licenses for Adobe products. One of our users has the Creative Cloud license. It was my understanding that Adobe Acrobat Pro was included in this license. I also understand that this includes unlimited requests for signatures on a PDF. She tried using the Fill & Sign, Request E-signatures option, but gets an error that reads, "Could not Send. You are not authorized to send documents for signature." I checked her account and an Acrobat DC license is in the list of apps. I don't know why she's not "authorized." Is there an option somewhere in the Admin Console I'm missing to give her this option? Or is there something else I'm missing? Thanks for your time.

I ordered my adobe creative cloud aboud 2 weeks ago and I followed all the steps and payed for everything. But I still can't use any of the apps I payed for.

Hello,    I have to hand it to Adobe - I've never come across and application that sells 2 separate versions, with a cost difference of over $100, that they intentionally made it nearly impossible to distinguish between one another.We use SCCM, and from what I can tell, Adobe Acrobat DC Pro & Standard both have the same GUID, version number, and display name.  How in the world are we supposed to accurately track our licenses?  We use ServiceNow's Software Asset Management module, integrated with SCCM, to manage software licenses.  It can't tell a difference, and even I as a human, and a 10 year IT Pro, can't either.Can someone please tell me how I am to accurately manage my Acrobat DC software licenses?Thank you

I need a method of installing Adobe CC so that User Installed Adobe CC Applications get Automatically updated. I am aware of configuration to allow users to update Adobe CC Applications and so that Users can select the option to automatically update Adobe CC Applications.I need to be able to perform an unattended install the Adobe CC Suite so that the Adobe CC Suite gets automatically updated and the users can install the Adobe CC Applications they need and that the Adobe CC Applications they do install will be automatically updated. Thank you,

Good morningI need to move the licenses I use to a team (with its access, billing)on another team (different company, billing)if I delete the user test1@comapny.com from a teamand I create and associate the license on the second team always with the same email test1@comapny.comdo i keep preferences and cloud files?

Company one (ABC) was recently bought by Company 2 (DOGS), their domains are still separate. ABC has their own enterprise account but the license has expired for its users DOGS has also as a enterprise account, and has recently added ABC accounts using the email addresses prevously set up in the ABC enterprise account. When a user from ABC tries login into the creative cloud app they are able to select to use the DOGS account, which they do. But they can not see their licensed products. If they log into the web using their DOGS account they can see all their apps.  I have tried uninstalling all the apps and creative cloud but this has not helped. Any Ideas?

Confirmation email is not being sent to users when I assign Acrobat license to them. I find it difficult to find support regarding this. 

We tried to cancel the subscription for Adobe XD for several months. We call and you only hang up. We also have Adobe Teams subscription.

I am currently looking at my plan via 'account.adobe.com/plans' I can see my plan - Adobe for Teams. I can access all the apps via Creative Cloud desktop. HOWEVER, there is no option to manage my plan. Say I wanted to cancel or change my subscription, how am I supposed to do it? Below is an image of the page - as you can see, where the official Adobe webpage that tells you how to change your plan claims I should have an option to manage my plan, there is just blank space.  Anyone have any ideas?

I have tried a complete uninstall and re-install of all Adobe Products and the CC desktop app and I still get the error"You don't have access to manage preferences for Syncing.Permission from your IT administrator may be required." Please help! I need to be able to access my synced libraries!
