I have trouble getting the CC packages installed, no matter what they include, they seem to fail and afterwards CC just uninstalls itself. Please see the attached log file. Any ideas? Recreating the package or reinstalling the (Windows 10) machine does not help.
I subscribed to and paid for an annual subscription on my student account on 8/22/21. I could access my programs all throughout last semester, however as I've tried to log on this semester my account shows no record of my purchase and instead has defaulted to the basic programs available on my school account. I paid for full access for the year, I have my purchase email with my order number and have verified that I prepaid for a full year, but when I click on the order number it says there is no record of the transaction. I have proof of payment, and when I try to contact customer service it says I have to contract the administrator on my account, which I assume would be someone at the school but all I did was use my school's email address and paid for the services out of my personal funds. How do I get access to the programs I've paid for?
I bought the Creative Cloud All Apps product and I assigned it to a user who was not in the system. The system has now created a user but named it [none]. I have tried to delete the user but it does not work and the system displays a blank page. Also, I can't create a new user with the same email address. What can i do?
Once I enable auto provisioning from Google how will I control what apps users have access to on the Adobe side? Does Adobe sync all my Google groups or OUs and then let me map those to specific apps or what?
Is Adobe Creative Cloud Express included in Creative Cloud for enterprise-free membership? If not, how can I sign up? {Edited by Mod: Moving from Creative Cloud Express to Accounts}
This error is returned after attempting to import the data from any more than one reader-enabled PDF form into the associated Portfolio response file. It has never occurred before. In fact, the same response file was used to import dozens of files in November. At the risk of cross-posting, I've received no answers elsewhere from the community of users and developers. I just found this forum for enterprise deployments, which fits this use case. The error doesn't appear to be documented anywhere. I have no idea what's causing the error. The Portfolio file is documented, nevertheless, as the Adobe solution for extracting and tracking dynamic data from PDF forms. This isn't the first time I've run into Livecycle/Acrobat issues where I couldn't find an answer to a technical issue (not beyond "install the latest version" -- which didn't work). The environment is Adobe Acrobat 10.1.4.38, LiveCycle 9.0, Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP Professional. This is becoming a very urgent issue, and it'
A few montsh ago we were in the middle of migrating our Adobe ID users to Federated IDs, when Adobe decided to move our remaining Adobe ID users to Business IDs - Business IDs apparently could not be migrated at the time. The suggestion from Adobe support was to create new Federated users, and manually migrate their assets - in some cases, this amounts to several GBs of data - not a feasible solution.Adobe claimed that someone in our organisation agreed to this move, but cannot identify who exactly, say they couldn't reverse the process back to Adobe IDs, and won't engage to find a solution. So can anyone suggest a way to migrate our remaining Business ID users to use a Federated account, without expecting the user to spend hours copying data?
Hello, I have recently encountered an issue regarding my creative cloud. Last year, I was completing my final year of school and was given an account by my school that allowed me to access Adobe Creative Cloud and all the related apps. This year I am now at university, and while my previous school license is no longer valid, I should in theory have access to a new university account that I can use to access these programs. However, this is where the problem is. I have been signed out of the Creative Cloud desktop application, and does no allow me to sign back in. There is no prompt to enter any details, username and password and so on. It just sayd "You have been signed out" and when I "Sign in" it just loops back to the exact same message. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple time with no success, and I'm not sure how to fix the issue.
One of my team has updated their Mac OS to Big Sur, since then they can no longer see the green sync icons next to Creative Cloud files. We've doubled checked and they are definitely online and syncing successfully, they just can’t see the green icons. We relied on those icons to check if we're syncing correctly or not, anyone experiencing this bug? Hopefully there'll be a patch for it soon.
Hi,is there a way to update the regular Adobe Reader DC using existing on premise Adobe Update Server?
I subscribed to Creative Cloud Service using my email address from middle school. It became an organization account and I can't cancel it now. It charges me every month, how can I cancel it?Please reach out for help! Thanks!!
I have a full creative account for my work. Recently I was able to obtain a full creative account personally. I just tried accessing my work account and received a log in error. The error showed both email addresses. I need these accounts to be separate! I cannot use my work account for personal. My work should not have access to my personal. I was routed to go to my work admin for the issue. They can't help me. HELP!!! It seems there is no support for me.
A colleague has left our firm with an Adobe subscription still linked to her account and we are wanting to unsubscribe to stop the Adobe emails getting auto-forwarded to the rest of the team. As we no longer have access to her account or Adobe sign in, we are unsure how to go about this. Any ideas?
Is there any way to export a list of users in the Admin Console to display "Account Status"? And is there a good way to remove these accounts which status is set to "Disabled"? We are looking to do some cleanup of our Users. thanks Charles
Dear All, How can one have access to Admin Console ?Does enabling one as Admin to any Adobe Solution e.g. AA leads to Admin console access. Appreciate your feedback Best,
I don't currently use one license.I don't want to pay additional money for unused programs.
Hi, I have paid for a whole year subscription for creative cloud (enterprise) but I can't install Photoshop, Adobe Acrobat Pro or Premiere Pro. The only app I can install is InDesign (luckily) - but I also need the other three apps. Everytime I want to install it from creative cloud on my desktop, I get the option "try now" or "buy now".Whenever I want to contact someone from the helpdesk, I get following message: "we're sorry. You don't seem to have access to the Adobe Admin Console. If you think you should, please contact your system administrator". Could someone please let me know what I can do? Thanks a lot. Kind regards, Tiffany
I did a free trial of Adobe Sign and it worked great. I asked the our rep to sign us up. She sent me an invoice on 3/8 for the service that did not match the quote. She quickly updated it but noted we had to pay with a credit card since it was under $2500 which is fine. She asked me to enter my card number on the Admin Console. I explained that we have a different billing department the would pay the invoice. Eventually she understood that I would be the Admin and Accounts Payable would pay the invoice. Everytime my Account Payables department tried to enter a credit card number, my rep said she could not find it. I called Customer Service and they said they could not help me because we were Enterprise. Eventually we sent check to the address noted on the invoice. This was prior to the ending of our trial. I needed to use Adobe Sign to get a signature for a contract on 3/17. Trial had expired. Called Customer Service and
How are we to get help with Admin Console issues when you must log into the console to access support? Each time any admin attempts to log into the console from any computer or browser they get a "Something went wrong. We're working on the problem. Please try again later." error. It's been going on for several days now. There is no chat option, no phone numbers, nothing to be found unless you do so from the console we can't access.
Hi I work for a school district and we have some new M1 Macs on 12.3 that when we try to install a full Arm package built with admin console its a shared device Licence, these computers will be used by multiple users in a Lab environment, the computers will fail to install right when it starts the install process. I have found the only way to make it install is to download the adobe creative cloud removal tool and when you go to launch that tool for the first time will ask apple to download something like an os update of some kind. Once that installs I am able to run the Shared device package we have and it will install fine with no issues. I am wondering why this is happening this doesn't make any sense on why I need to go through this process to be able to install.
HelloAt present, we have 15 staff out of 100 that are licenced for Acrobat Pro DC which is activated by them signing into the application. The remainder of staff all use Acrobat Reader DC for which no sign in is required. This is all in a standard traditional 'fat client' environment. We are now in the process of setting up a Citrix virtual desktop environment. My question is how do we deploy both Acrobat Pro DC and Acrobat Reader DC into that environment (on the same servers) so that our 15 licenced users can sign in on any server and use Pro DC and our remaining users can user Reader DC?Thanks in advance for any assistance.
