I'm having a difficult time installing apps onto my comuter.  Example: Premire Pro instalation installs up to 20% and then fails to install the rest.  

Issue The current release of Adobe Asset Link 2.1.84 is not compatible with the latest versions of Adobe Illustrator (v25.3) and InDesign (v16.3 released on June 7, 2021) due to the ongoing CEP 11 updates to support ARM devices. Workaround Continue to use the older version of Adobe Illustrator and InDesign until Adobe releases Adobe Asset Link 3.0 on June 24, 2021.

The issue I have seen several time is this. In a workflow, in the Load File process. I "Upload a new file from a local machine" this has UK sortcodes in it (e.g. in format 30-20-10). This file has about 60 columns so on the "File Structure" step I use the "Detect structure from new file" option.Then the UK bank sortcode field is auto-detected as a "Date". Before the Load File is saved and the workflow is run. I got to "Column Definition" and change the datatype for that sortcode field to "text"When I start the workflow that change to text is ignored. The Load File process fails with the error message "TIM-030002 The element 'Month' = '13' is out of limits in the strong '30-13-52'!"I agree there is no 13th month but this is a Text datatype. So Adobe campaign should not be doing that validation. When I go back into the Load File process and the File Structure, it is showing as Text.What is the simplest and msot effective method of overcoming this?

Hi FolksI just finished a chat session with support who said that the only way to update Creative Cloud apps is either by clicking the update button in the Creative Cloud Desktop app, or by updating within a specific app. If you have a company with 100s or 1000s of people running these apps, how do you handle getting updates installed centrally? i.e. you work in the IT dept and say "an update is available for some product, we would like all of our users to get it, lets kick that off from a single/cenrtal location"  There is no commnd line or scripting way to get this done, so how can it be done? Someone must have worked out a way?  cheers! 

Hello, I am having some strange issues with Creative Cloud, whenever I need to update an app or install one, the moment I hit update my internet slows down or even stops. This only happens when using the adobe Creative cloud, if I stop the update/install internet works again.I have a good internet connection, I use other softwares and have no issues, my work requires me to upload/download large files, everything works perfect, except when I have to update an Adobe app ...It breaks internet speed and takes an incredible long time to finish this update or install. I trying resolving this with live support but they didn't understand, maybe somene here experiened this kind of problem? Thank you

This has been going on for  a while now. I'm an enterprise customer through my work  - everytime I try to read an article from the Adobe Discover email, when I click a link it automatically reroutes me to my creative cloud app. What is going on?  Thoughts?

Hello, After upgrading to Mac OSX Big Sur, I was unable to install the Adobe 2021 apps."The installation failed" message always shows up.Anyone was able to solve this issue.I am creating the shared license package on the adobe website and installing it on the lab computers.Any help is appreciated.

Hello, As a school in Media we will reinstall some our's PC (200 PCs) during the holidays, but we don't know if our actual buid 1909 of Windows will be sufficient for the installer of Adobe CC 2022 .Please we need this information not in septembre, but now in June or in July.We use a on computer licence, and as you now, the installation of this products take 1 hour per PC. And some time more when there is a problem to resolve.Thank you for the information. Best regards. 

CC Libraries not running in native apps. I get the "Oops, page not available" across all users. I have had 2 days of tech support but still no resolution as of yet. I can still access via Creative Cloud Web access but the last update to adobe suite has caused major issues. Anyone else experiencing this natively in apps?

We have a couple users that utilize some Adobe CC apps on their mobile devices and we are currently rolling our  Azure Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). Upon rolling out MFA, these users started having issues authenticating into the CC mobile apps that was working fine previous to the MFA deployment. Now, even after disabling MFA on their Azure account, they still cannot authentication into the CC mobile app. Authentication into their desktop CC apps working just fine with MFA enabled. 

I've read through nearly every post on here, I've followed the recommended instructions, I've uninstalled all Adobe apps off my computer and used the Creative Cloud Cleaner tool, I've checked permissions and made sure nothing was blocking the files from being moved, but my problem is this: the files that Adobe is looking for in adobeTemp to move do not exist. Note that the file names in the error summary are not in adobeTemp. What can I do? I've contacted professional IT help and they were unable to figure this out. Thank you. Is there a way to BULK download all my documents to a flash drive?

Hey Everyone! I recently purchased the new M1 MacBook Pro and was a bit confused on how I can download the applications that are specifically supported with this new chip. I know this transition is still in the works, but I was wanting to avoid having to use Rosetta as much as possible. At the moment, I only care to use and download Photoshop - which I noticed is now fully supported on M1. Maybe I'm being overly picky about this, I'm not sure 🙂 When I went to install Creative Cloud, I was prompted to install Rosetta in order to run CC and its applications. This is what I was trying to avoid (hopefully) so this is where my issue/question arises: Where can I find the option to download the M1 version of CC and Photoshop? Or is CC still needing Rosetta to function while Photoshop is automatically installed as the M1 version? I would like to avoid having to re-install and remove certain CC applications when Adobe moves to full M1 support. Also, if Photoshop has an M1

I'm very confused because in my desktop app it says that i have 2gb of oline cloud storage yet my plan says i am allowed up to 80 gb of online storage. yes i already tried signing in and out. If adobe can help me out here that woukd be awesome. cant contact adobe because i dont have access to the adobe admin console, and than it tells me to speak with my system admin. If anyone can fix my online cloud storage issue that would be awesome.

Hi AllVery recently bought a couple of licenses for adobe creative cloud, I believe we have the shared device license. From what I understand I just need to go to the Admin console > go to Packages > create a package > deploy or install the package manually. As a test I created a package that had a few adobe applications and I got as far as downloading the zip file onto a Mac mini. After I click the Install.pkg I get a message that says "This software cannot be installed on this computer". The mac mini is brand new and therefore doesn't have any other adobe software so I don't know why it won't take. researching online I read that you can just go to https://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop and install apps from there but when I go to this page it says I don't have any licenses for any software (I assume this is due to the way we bought our licenses).  Anyone had any experiences with installing the adobe package on a Mac Mini? We work closely with an external designer who has her own license for Adobe, however, I'd like the ability to easily share files and assets with her for work she's doing on behalf of our company. Is there a way to give her access to our account without having to purchase an additional seat license (since she already has access to the applications through her own subscription)?
