Hi! I tried working with AUSST but ultimately decided not to use it and downloading updates online. How can I remove the client-side configuration so clients don't try to contact internal AUSST and ultimately fail to update? I tried removing the ovveride-Files from:%SYSTEMDRIVE%\ProgramData\Adobe\AAMUpdater\1.0\%SYSTEMDRIVE%\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\UpdaterResources Stripping the log-files (from Remote Update Manager Tool) to what I guess is relevant:Error before removing the override files:| 10100 | The FFC override url derived from redirection file is ... Hello! I have a doubt. I want to buy an extension for photoshop. My plan will change (currently Adobe for Enterprise). If I change plans, do I lose the extension?

Hi, I am looking to block the Acrobat PDF addin from ever installing into our Microsoft Office products. The addin is unstable and causes delays when opening office products. Not to mention that I don't need the functionality.  Thanks in advance. 

Recently I signed up for a year-long subscription to Adobe through my university. Beforehand, I had an account associated with my personal email and never had issues updating apps. Now that I am connected through a school email, Adobe is not allowing me to update apps because it requires a system administration password to continue. The dialog box says to "check for an OS prompt and follow the instructions" but no window shows up to enter a password after clicking Continue. How can I solve this issue without contacting my school's IT every time there is an app update?

I am showing that there is an administrator on my Adobe Suite. I spoke to Aaron Sordkin a year ago and he said if Adobe Suite did that that"that is a virus, bug or glitch in the system." I know there is a person and some people saying they are in finance and want to do business with me. I believe the person simply wanted to commingle work and create deriviative works and I am not married, do not have anything to do with deriviativeworks for this person. I live in California, are there opt out of selling personal informationon Adobe website? I know this party tries to use online sites to violate...and I do not want this person using some con artist scheme or enforcement scheme to obtain any information...

Hello, our main editing Mac is currently under repair and now I need to install PP & AE on a Win7 workstation (upgrading to Win10 is not an option).Unfortunately, the current versions of both apps are not compatible with Win7.So I have to install older versions.So far I could only find instructions on how to install older versions - if the current one is already installed. And that is exactly what is not possible on this system 😕😕What can I do?Any help is very much appreciated!

Though this is an old post, I am experiencing the same problem. My company ordered CC and I am trying to download AI. While logged into my own account and after opening up the exe file it asks for the admin user name and password. My company's internal admin logged in and it would not sign her in. It states: We can't sign you in with this credential because your domain isn't available. Make sure your device is connected to your organization's network and try again. * I am connected to my company's network.* Neither my username and password or my admin's username and password work Thanks for your help!

Every bulid of Adobe CC is corrupted. After Effects never runs smooth and with out strange issues. Lumetri doesn't work since 3 versions- I am extremly nerved, since it appears Adobe Programmers aren't able to code or bugfix- Does anyone have the same problem?

Hi everyone,   We are getting the error: “This app has been blocked by your system administrator” when trying to run the application on any client device.   Background: Platform: Windows 10 version 1809 X64 Installed through Creative Cloud desktop client No Applocker enabled No Smartscreen enabled   The group policy suggested in the troubleshooting guideLocation: Computer Configuration > Windows Components > App Runtime. Policy Name: “Block launching Windows Store apps with Windows Runtime API access from hosted content”.  Is currently set to “not configured” state.   The other group policy Location: Computer  Configuration >  Administrative Templates > Windows Components / Store >Policy Name: “Disable all apps from Windows Store.” Is currently set to “not configured” state.   Please advise on any further troubleshooting steps. It also provides an option to edit your payment method within the workflow, if you have purchased the Teams membership through Adobe.com.    

So I was using the CC desktop app and Photoshop for about a week when all of a sudden I try to open CC and it gets stuck in a sign-in prompt loop. I've tried everything I've seen online. I've uninstalled everything using the cc cleaner tool, manually deleted all adobe files, tried every option on adobe's official "sign-in loop solution" and nothing has worked. I must've corrupted some app data files at some point but I don't understand how a completely fresh install wouldn't work. Thanks in advance for any help, I'd appreicate it a lot.Also, I have a windows 10 machine.

Hi. Would anyone be able to share with me what are the do's and dont's of an education licence? For example, an education licence purchased by an individual who is an employee of a university - can it be used to:-1. make promo clips etc ?2. for individual purposes as opposed to for the university?3. create content that is uploaded on YouTube, which is monetised?4. create content that is broadcast on TVetcI asked these questions in the chat with the Adobe agents and they asked me to post my questions in this platform. I have an enterprise subscription from my university. I have photoshop installed in my personal laptop and I don't save my projects in the cloud. Is my university able to view the content I create in photoshop?

We currently have a number of machines that cannot touch the network (must be offline standalone at all times). We need Acrobat Pro on them to permit users to edit PDFs on those machines. We have tried Pro 2020 twice and Pro 2017 once. 2017 was the only one that allowed us to go through the steps to perform the "request code" steps. We generated a response code from an online machine and input it into the activation on the offline machine. This worked temporarily. However, when we put the drive back into the same machine it brought up the activation window once again. We could really use a solution to be able to install and activate Acrobat Pro on a machine that cannot go online. We have machines that can go online for something like the request/response code steps if it would actually work. I know there are agencies out there that have machines that can never touch the network that utilize PDF editing software like Acrobat and would love to know how they're doing it. Thanks for a

Every night around 11:35 eastern, creative cloud effectively locks up my PC, making everything unresponsive for approximately a minute.  I noticed that right after this behavior I was seeing a toast notification that CC found no updates, so I turned off update checking as well as font sync, but the issue persists.  The only solution I've found is to completely kill all CC processes and start it back up when I need to use illustrator or photoshop, but that's not ideal.Specs are not an issue (Ryzen 9 3900X, 32 gb of RAM, RTX 2080 gpu) so I'm not really sure what's causing the trouble.  This is on Windows 10.  Nothing else behaves this way OTHER than CC, and illustrator/photoshop themselves have no issues.  It's just the nightly system lock-up behavior.

I purchased a plan after my free trial ran out to use for my class assignments and received the confirmation email.  Everything was working fine until my desktop crashed and I had to fresh install Windows 10; I reinstalled Adobe CC but my account no longer shows that I have an active plan and can't contact support as it says I have to reach out to an administrator with my college.  I did this, and they said it's not something they have control over.  Any suggestions?

I'm trying to setup device licensing.  When I try the admin console I get access denied.  I contacted our university sw group and they said theyhave an Admin console but only carry the per user licenses, no shared device licenses.They suggested that I  get my own console to manage shared devices.How do I get my own console?Thanks
