Hi, we are Gobsyn AI workspace, provides Data Sourcing, and Data Annotation services with over 1.5k+ experienced workforce. 

I've got IIS running on MSServer 2019, updates folder is d:\updatesIt will complete a fresh or incremental sync no problem, but it will NOT generate the client config at all unless I give the full parameter set to the CLI, just the selecting option 3 and manually typing in the info always gives me an invalid protocol specified error.If I do this it works, BUT it's only generating an overrides file that includes Acrobat.AdobeUpdateServerSetupTool.exe --genclientconf="d:\updates" --root="d:\updates" --url="http://server.domain.com " I did just run an incremental sync with --LegacyUpdates and now it's syncing 620 things instead of 320 or whatever it did before. SuporteToda vez que tento instalar o pacote Adobe Creative Cloud que baixo o pacote tipo para dispositivo compartilhado, ocorre um erro no inicio da instalação e desinstala o que já tinha iniciado o processo.Estou tentando instalar o pacote no SO - Windows 10Ja baixei 6 pacotes e testei todos pois pensei que o pacote estava com algum problema.Alguem pode me ajudar?

Hi, just wondering if anyone has used any AEM features to solve this use case.We have web articles we are allowing our users to see only for certain amount of views (e.g. 10). Each user has a unique URL to our AEM web page, where a Sling filter intercepts these requests and can identify who the user is (from URL encoded details), and the page ID they are trying to view. The user then gets redirected to view the underlying web page (asset) on Publisher instance. The challenge is each user can only see a specific page X amount of times.Cannot lockdown the specific page since other users can still see, and cannot lockdown specific user as they can still see other articles. Obvious answer is to built something custom, tracking readership in a Database and checking each time - although am concerned about performance of adding this.  Am trying to se if AEM has something out-of-the-box (ish) which can assist on this - maybe paywall type functionality - or something than can be

We were informed by an Adobe email of the ending of the COVID-19 student home access 9 days before the deadline. We are a year-round program and we now have to scramble to provide access somehow for our students for July and August.  Our device licenses have been sitting unused since March 12th, and we had asssumed that Adobe would at least extend the access to the end of summer term. I contacted our reseller (University of Toronto bookstore), and thay say there is nothing in place, except for a discount on named licenses if you are purchasing more than 100 seats. We are a smaller program, so we don't meet that threshold. Other programs are also having issues; none meet the threshold, and "teaming up" is impractical for numerous organizational reasons. This has left us with no recourse but to add students to our named Teams licenses for the rest of the summer at great expense. Hi!OS: Windows 10 (1803)Apps: Adobe CC Enterprise 2019 (Bridge, Photoshop, Illustrator etc.)I've hade some issues with a user trying to login to her Adobe CC Enterprise applications.She starts the application, and is met with a login prompt:After filling in her credentials and clicking OK, the window goes blank:Nothing else happens and there is nothing to click at.I've tried reinstalling the programs and signing out/in of the Creative Cloud Desktop application but nothing is working.Has anyone seen this before?Kind Regards,Frida

Is there or will there ever be a solution to using my personal account on a device which I also use Enterprise for work? I use the Photography plan personally and store things on the Creative Cloud. I do not want to connect this to my employer. However, I use Acrobat DC for work via an Enterprise account. Since I am only allowed to sign in to one account at a time, I can't open Acrobat unless I get out of my personal account and login to my Enterprise account. However, now I can't use Photoshop or Lightroom. I travel with my computer and often work/play without internet access. Without a connection I cannot switch period and am locked to whichever account I was last logged into. Even with internet access the process is cumbersome and I have heard many complaints about people accidently running out their license limits by repeatedly signing in and out.  I use other enterprise accounts providers like Google and Microsoft. They make it SO easy for me to toggle between my persona

With the latest version of Creative Cloud for Windows 5.1.0.407, we're running into issues on multiple computers with the installation not completing, and the user being prompted to click a notification that quikly disappears to complete it.    Is this expected behaviour? We are running the installer elevated as an administrator.    The issue prevents the Apps page from loading.    It's extremely annoying to troubleshoot this in an enterprise environment with dozens of users.

Unfortunately, this solution does not work for me as I have organization managed security settings. In my case, I am unable to change the exclusions as I am not an administrator. 

Hi All, I Have a requirement where i need to expose the experience fragment from AEM to third party vendor as HTML with all the styles applied in AEM. This should look same in both AEM and third-party applications without any style differences. Let me know if any ideas or articles which can help on this requirement. Thanks

Adobe font stop working. Can´t access activated fonts, can't activate new font, can't do nothing and i getting tired because i tried every solution that exists in the support and nothing works.And when i try to open a chat with support doesn't work and my country phone number doesn't work to. It's a shame for those who are paying for licenses every month, not having any support

I work as an IT admin and regularly have to upgrade users to Acrobat DC from the Reader and I regularly have to deal with the P205 error. Frankly, this is ridiculous and Adobe should be ASHAMED of that error and just how many others have to deal with it. Not ashamed because there's an error (despite it being persistent and ubiquitous); Adobe should be ashamed because their stock price trades at a "modest" $436 DOLLARS PER SHARE - that's how profitable the company is. However, the software is so bad that merely attempting to install it results in an error that Adobe claims is a networking issue (as an IT admin, I can assure you it's not).  Here's hoping a viable and better competitor comes along to compete with Adobe so I can move my enterprise to that and stop using Adobe altogether.

I got Adobe experience manager trial licence from my company to ramp up? Basically i'm a Java developer so not sure how and where to get started? What kind of applications can be done using all these? Is all these comes under the category of Low Code No Code(LCNC)?

Hello, We are using Citrix VDI to host our staff workstations.  The workstations for our Adobe CC users are temporary but staticly assigned (After log off, the VM is rebuilt from the master image, but the user is always given the same virtual machine.)  With folder redirection, users content folders and workspaces are preserved between log in sessions. The only downside to this experience is Adobe CC asks for the user to log in every time they log into their assigned but rebuilt virtual workstation. Workspaces and settings, stored in the user's AppData folder, are carried over between log ins. Can their authentication token be honored between rebuilds of the users workstation? Is there any way to preserve the Adobe CC log in between user sessions?  A file, folder or registry key that, if not destroyed at log off would allow the user, on the same computer as before, to work without an authentication challenge?  We use Teams accounts, so I am stuck with

Hi, We have some new iMacs however I cannot get "Adobe Design and Web Premium CS6 Installer for Mac" to install on them. I think it's because the only download I can see is for a 32-bit installtion and the iMac's will only allow a 64-bit installation. I've tried to contact Adobe to see if there's a x64 installation I can download, but cannot get throught to the right people. Thanks, Matt

Hello,following situation:Windows Server 2019 domain with Win 10 clientsThe following problem occurs on a client under a specific user of the local and domain admin.Installation Creative cloud aborts at 0.6% with error P205. If you install under another admin it works.
