Hi,   ou Institute of Technolgy (Unvirsity of Burgundy) is teaching to 180 students (Multimedia Trades) who have no more access to the CS6 suite. It seems that the covid19 offer of Adobe doesn't work for the CS6. Can we have an offer in order to give an access to the cloud version to our students during the Covid-19 period ?   Best, Thibaud.

He asked me the following question:   I'm downloading premiere pro but theres this one question where it says who are u downloading it for. Do I click on myself or my organization /team?   Please advise.

We are trying to make a package of Adobe DC 2017 (64 bits) for macOS 10.15 with the Customization wizard version 17.009.20044(1) and we have We have a volume License for Acrobat Professional 2017 (MAC). This works oke when we leave the Check the Grant Offline Exception & Disable Registration open, but we dont want our users to log into so this checmark has to be on, but we get an error. We also tried later with the CC Package Launcher, but then the Adobe Creative Could gets installed and and there is a need to login aswell, which we dont want.

Let's say - can I have a Photoshop on in 1 computer and Illustrator on the other one?Do I get that correctly?

Running into an issue with Creative Cloud. Running Windows 10 Pro Build 17763. Creative Cloud will not open and therefore I cannot activate fonts in Illustarator 2020 and any online process I try does not work. I have read and tried numerous solutions posted by Adobe to no avail.I have tried to Repair CC several times but as soon as I reboot, CC goes back to not responding I have tried to unisntall Creative Cloud to re-install but I cannot. I cannot remore Illustrator or any program installed by Creative Cloud.  Anyone have any other ideas? Thank you.

We are installing Adobe Acrobat Reader 2017 Classic in our environment via SCCM.I modified the MSI with the Customization Wizard.When i restart the Acrobat Reader several times, suddenly the welcome page appears.I investigate the problem and found out i have to set "bHideUnreadMsgAtLaunch" at "HKCU\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2017\AVGeneral".After the installation the key will not write down?!I tried to write in "HKLM\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2017\AVGeneral" but same issue!First the message are not appears, even a few restart of Acrobat Reader the message comes up.In the registry the entry "bHideUnreadMsgAtLaunch" was wrote but with the wrong data (0x00000000).Has somebody the same problem and could help me?I don't understand why it's possible to add registry entry via MST but they will not applied.Thanks![Question moved to Enterprise Deployment (Acrobat and Reader) by moderator]

Hey Adobe,As a small video production company, one major appeal of the Team's account was to add and remove licenses as our company grows and shrinks based on work volume. Please add the ability to remove licenses month-to-month. Currently, there is a minimum-year duration. Every other software we subscribe to allows a month-by-month option. That functionality is perfect for smaller teams and allows for project-based cost management. The month-to-month option could be more expensive, as other companies offer. Is this something you are planning to implement? (I wanted to put this in a feature request, but it says they don't typically reply to those messages) Please respond and continue this conversation. Hello all.  I have been asked by a stakeholder if there is any possible way of logging out users of Creative Cloud automatically when logging out of a Domain computer? I cant think of how myself, so just wondering if the functionality exists. Kind regards.

Hi, I am wondering if students who use Adobe Suite at school under the schools licence, are able to use the school licence to also install the Suite on their personal computers at home. This would give students more time to develop familiarity with the Suite when they do not have access to the school computer lab. It would also mean that the students do not have to pay for a personal use licence in addition to the licence purchase made by their school.  Regards Richard
