Hi,I'm having a weird problem where an iphone (or something purporting to be an iphone) keeps picking up a device licence from our portal. I'm getting sick of deactivating it! Is there a way to block this device permanently?Seriously, the admin portal needs work. With our company's rather archaic purchasing system, the first we (in IT) know that an installation has happened is when the computer name shows up in the portal. It's nigh on impossible to find out any information from just a device name - particularly if it is unknown to us!Thanks.
My team is all sharing one library for different graphics. One thing that we are having trouble with is organizing our library. It will let us drop graphics into the library and it automatically goes into a folder labeled 'graphics.' We would like to create different folders within that project with different labels. For instance, under one project we have graphics of planets and we would like to put those planets in one folder labeled 'planets.' Instead, it just goes into the folder labeled 'graphics.' Does this make sense? And does anyone else have this issue?
At first, my installer (deployed on Windows 7 64 bit) was failing and uninstalling when it hit Adobe Dimensions, which requires Win10. I created a new installer without that and it carried on almost to completion. This time the pdapp.log seems to show that Sprk is the problem installer, but I cannot find anywhere to deselect it from the list of programs to bundle in the Creative Cloud packager.Any suggestions?
I decided I would make the new license files with our new keys, but found the creative cloud packager was no longer installed (on Windows 10). So I downloaded the installer and each time I run it I get the same failure dialog and a link to the support forum. No error code unfortunately.I have tried running the file normally and as an administrator. I have cleared away all left over files and removed all registry problems in case something residual was causing the issue, but unfortunately I am still receiving the same error. Has anyone had this before or have any clue how to get it going? Thanks in advance![Here is the list of all Adobe forums... https://forums.adobe.com/welcome][Moved from generic Cloud/Setup forum to the deployment forum... What resource requirement can I expect per user on a terminal server? Clearly this will depend on the size of the document being worked on, but in general what sort of overhear per user for memory should I allow for? Thanks
I seemed to have been forced to trial InDesign 2018 before Christmas which I thought would not cause me a problem. Now the trial period has finished, it would appear that InDesign 2017 was effectively uninstalled when 2018 was installed for the trial. I can't see any options in the CC pane to reinstall my paid for 2017 and our IT guy is off until Monday! I have loads of work to do and no InDesign currently. Can anybody advise?Sarah
I purchased a Creative Cloud for Teams.Through the admin panel, I did the Deployment of the devices, downloaded the Creative Cloud Packager and formed the necessary set of applications. After that, I transferred the created package to another computer and started the installation. But there was an error during the installation.I tried to install the package on other computers, anyway, the error gets out.I tried to install the package on other computers, anyway, the error gets out. On the computer, the previous versions of the program are fully deleted. What should I do?

HelloCurrently trying to update our Adobe content on a university campus and running into a few problems... 1) Ran the Creative Cloud Packager on my iMac in the office as a test drive for the packager and I've selected all the necessary apps I need - I then try and install the programs from the package i've created and it gives up half way through and comes up with the error message "The Installation failed. The installer encountered an error that caused the installation to fail. Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"2) On our imac's were previous adobe content has been downloaded we are able to update certain apps like After effects and Photoshop but we are unable to fully update Premiere. The update goes to around 60% and then fails. It says on the creative cloud that the reason it fails is because it is unable to contact the server. 3) We are still experiencing problems on our other iMac's where on trying to open Premiere it is then telling us our licenses have expired. I
Hello, I need some guidance on how to create a truly offline installer package for the Adobe CC suite. We currently use the CC package creation tool which creates thedeployment package but the devices still try to download DLL files during the installation. Unfortunately these DLL’s get blocked due to the security restrictions our organisation is subject to. So, is there any way to create a truly offline installer package for Adobe CC 2017? Thank you,Joe
Hi,I am trying to remove the sign on button from the main screen of acrobat pro dc 18.With "bSuppressSignOut=1" the button is removed under the Help TAB but it still show in the main window, even if the user cant use the button to sign inn i would like to know if it is possible to remove it from the main window as well. Regards.
The install for 2017 Pro & Standard is the same, just a different license used. When you look in add remove programs it is listed as Adobe Acrobat 2017, no discernable difference between the two versions. We are trying to manage licenses and we are unable to determine what versions are installed on which computer without actually opening the application and looking at the application bar or the about section. I need a file or setting that I can run a query on.Has anyone else run into this issue and found a registry key or file on the systems that determines which version is installed?
Hi Everyone,I have installed Adobe Acrobat DC with App-v and deployed to Citrix desktops but unable to get any of the add-ons to work for Internet Explorer or Office applications. They are not disabled just not visible at all. I can't run a repair as it is a sequenced App. We run everything through Windows 7 with machine creation service. We also have done a test install on a standard desktop without any issues.Any help will be greatly appreciated.Chris.

Hello Adobe Community,Is anyone else having issues deploying and (oddly) paying for their Creative Cloud for Teams subscription? We have purchased 18 licenses for our team across Ontario (we're in Canada) to be used in an educational setting and it's been a nightmare from day one.Simply paying for our subscription was beyond frustrating. Adobe does not accept direct payment (we would have preferred to pay by credit card) for this type of account and instead, makes it's users submit payment to a third party called 'Digital River' who only accepts wire transfers (a book keeping nightmare for Non-profits). Adobe and Digital River don't seem to communicate, and no one at customer support knows what was going on. We received two different invoices on two separate occasions and had no clue what one we needed to be paid. One invoice actually said we had a credit of $5000 before we made any payment at all. Once we finally got the correct invoice, payment was very difficult because our ba
I am attempting to use the Cleaner Tool to uninstall all Creative Cloud products. When I run this it does not do anything when I select option 4, then Clean All. I have run this several times selecting different options and then Clean All. None have worked for me. I am provided a log with the following error:[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool completed with ERRORS![Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] Check the end of the log file for list of errors[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] [Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] *-*-*-*-*-*-* ::START:: - SUMMARY OF ERRORS *-*-*-*-*-*-*[Wed Jan 03 11:19:56 2018] ERROR: option C not recognized[Wed Jan 03 11:20:50 2018] *-*-*-*-*-*-* :: END :: - SUMMARY OF ERRORS *-*-*-*-*-*-*Can anyone please provide me any information to help troubleshooting what "Option C not recognized" could mean?Other information:After manually uninstalling these, some through command line, some through control panel, I was left with Core Sync and Adobe Fonts. I'm trying to install Creative Cloud through the Packager. When I run the installer after it's downloaded, I get this message:I've tried ways to fix this that have been mentioned on this forum before; like clearing out the Packager cache, uninstalling Creative Cloud, and running the Cleanup Tool.None of these solutions seem to work.
I work as part of a large team that uses CC - about 75 people. We are looking to install updates across the team (we haven't updated since our initial install in 2015). Our plan is to update a pilot group of about 6 staff to ensure there are no issues with the updates and our work. Would this cause any compatibility issues with the other users that haven't been updated? The primary programs used are Indesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop. Some folks do use premiere pro and after effects as well, but are in the pilot group and likely wouldn't be sharing files. Thanks in advance!
Why did you abruptly end support for a lower version of Premiere such as CC 2014 or CC 2015?I wonder why suddenly I can not download a subversion from the Creative Cloud desktop.
Hi Allhow do I tell what version of Acrobat is installed on my devices.... we own 100 + licenses... unless i log into the device i cannot tell what version is running. it makes difficult for updates and upgrades. We use LANDESK to query and track our software installs.thanks
Hi,So I created a package with Adobe Creative Cloud Packager for the latest version of Adobe CC 2018.I used setup --silent as command line and when the installer is done nothing is installed.I checked the install.log and I see that all the components get installed but then setup continues and flags everything for uninstall. No errors, just this: Sorting packages to uninstall Package (Name: AdobeAfterEffects15 Version: 15.0.0.180) selected for Uninstall Starting 'UN-INSTALL' task for Package (Name: AdobeAfterEffects15 Version: 15.0.0.180) &
I can't get an answer from Adobe support. Can someone point me in the right direction? My school's previous tech coordinator got CS6 licenses and I need to recover the licenses from computers that got wiped and/or discarded. The old site does not track how many licenses were used or what computers they were installed on, nor does it allow me to revoke licenses from defunct computers.Does anyone know an address at Adobe I can email to get help? Still on hold, and chat only responds after I have waited over 30 minutes and had to leave my desk.
