Hi, we are an office of 16 people. Everyone has a license for Adobe Acrobat DC, and there are 2 licenses to creative cloud (which is used for Photoshop & InDesign mainly). The team share these licenses as these products are not used daily/regularly. We have been having login/logout problems. Basically I want the default product to the Adobe DC on everyone's PC, and if they need tp use Photoshop/InDesign they should login and logout accordingly. However, whenever someone uses the creative cloud product, they are then requested to login again to Adobe DC. This is a bit of a pain for staff who constantly find themselves logging in/logging out of things,Is there a way I can set adobe DC as the default product when working with pdfs? I want them to be separate. I want staff to login to creative cloud when they need it, but not mess up their login/use of adobe DC which is used more on a regular basis.Regards,
We built our installer for Adobe Creative Cloud Suite, and tested the installer on several campus computers. The installer would install a good number of the programs, and we would watch as the shortcuts for the programs were created in Windows. As the installation continued, however, those new shortcuts we saw created suddenly disappeared one-by-one, and the Adobe CC programs which were installed were uninstalled. Finally, we would receive a message stating that the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite install failed. Using process of elimination, we found that if we create our installation build without the program "Project Felix and Updates" included, our installer works successfully. The build which has "Project Felix and Updates" fails when we try to run it. We even created an installation build with only Project Felix, and that installer fails too.~Philip

We run a CC team account for 48 users, and we are beginning to run into the issue that we are having to manually sign in each machine every couple of months to keep their devices activated. We are DMZ'd, therefore only have 1 IP that can reach outside the network. We are having to go to each machine and manually change the IP just to get the software to phone home once every couple of months. What would be a best practice to keep these devices activated? Proxy server for the devices? Manually open firewall ports? Is there any kind of solution using SCCM to manage the devices?I appreciate all the help!Sean
OK. First off, as a sys admin i'm VERY annoyed w/Adobe these days. Acrobat DC deployment in our new Windows 10 images has been a complete and utter nightmare with the way adobe tries to do licensing but yet has a full guide on licensing? WTF??? ok, rant aside here is the issue I have had now since day 1 of trying to embed my Acrobat DC Standard (classic, aka 2015) into our windows 10 imaging.I have created a customized msp file using the Acrobat Customization Wizard. In it, i have used our CCE serial number and enabled Offline Exception.I then install said package in my windows 10 images with my default admin user who's profile is then used for all new profiles. After making all of my changes to the images, i then will sysprep my image and then capture it in .wim form and then deploy via Windows Deployment Services and Server 2012 R2. Once the image is deployed, we notice after about a few logins or so; acrobat will ask the user to Sign In and at that poin
Hello. We have deployed Adobe Creative cloud 2015 in our environment now for the last 12 months. We are a University and have a site license. The full suite (basically everything from CC packager) is deployed to around 400 workstations in teaching labs. We have been asked to upgrade to the 2017 version and we are hitting nothing but obstacles. We tried to run the remote update manager, we thought this would result in the applications being updated. It only upgraded to the latest 2015 version not the 2017 version. We thought we could then just remove the suite using msiexec /x on the MSI generated using the CC packager. This didn't do anything or it didn't appear too.We thought we could use the CC cleaner tool but this left behind all the start menu shortcuts and also a few apps remained installed such as a Fuse Preview. We thought we could create an uninstall package using CC packager but this left a few things behind like Fireworks CS6.Does anyone out there have a full solution to removin
Greetings Adobe Support,my enterprise environment is getting this same error and it is a crap shoot - sometimes it works and other times it does not - but only under certain circumstances will it work.We are currently trying to use the Creative Cloud Packager to download and create a package to install "Adobe Creative Cloud for Teams (Complete)" - it FAILS to download and create a package every time without fail.HOWEVER, IF we un-check FUSE PREVIEWER it successfully downloads - if I select all of the apps (as that is what we purchased) then the download FAILSPlease advise, which document do we need to look at, in order to obtain the appropriate whitelist information? ... of is there a new one or something else it might be etc - please advise? : http://www.adobe.com/devnet/creativesuite/enterprisedeployment.html.many thanks in advance,Best Regards,Derrick
Hello,I have been tasked with deploying Adobe Acrobat DC (Named License) to 400 machines throughout our offices. We are going to be upgrading to Windows 10 this year so I would like to install the program on one machine and deploy using our imaging software. i downloaded the CCP file and "customized" the install. Once distributed, Adobe Acrobat DC asks the user to login via an Adobe login and they must create an account and I also need to assign them a license inside of the Adobe Admin Console. Doing this for 400 users is not going to be a fun task on long with the other things needed to get users upgraded to Win10. If this is the only way to deploy this software that is absurd and they need to figure out a better way to do this. From what I have been told, the only way to install with a .MST file is to use a serialized version of Adobe which is out fo the question since it is 4x the price of the named license. if anyone has any insight on this that would be great.-Ben
Hello dear Adobe team, can you help me with this issue message!what should I do?
In our organization I got the task to upgrade Adobe Reader DC to the latest version on all computers. We use SCCM to install our software updates. I am not quite shure out how I should address the upgrade. The documentation on the Adobe website is making me confused, so hopefully somebody here can help me a bit. We currently have version 1500720033 (picked this number from the ftp site) installed at the moment but i want to upgrade the software to 1502320056. It's important that the language of DC is in Dutch. I can't find an installer of this version in Dutch, is it true that this does not exist? I installed the Adobe Customization Wizard DC and used the latest MSI see if I could change the language to Dutch but under 'Intallation options' all the language options are greyed out Should I roll out all intermediate .MSP updates to get to the latest version? I have the feeling that I'm missing something, because there must be easier and faster way to do it. Help is much appreciated. Reg

Hello everyone.I experience unusual problem: We bought acrobat standard and pro licenses, but now whenever i download standard distributive fromhttps://www.licensing.adobe.com/and try to install it, I get acrobat Pro installed, even on a totally fresh computer. Will appreciate any help!
Hi,I know in Adobe world, everyone is an admin and everything is just allowed to auto-update and install but the rest of the world has to package things for deployment in an Enterprise environment. Is there are a document maintained by Adobe that lists the current version of every Creative Cloud application? Thanks,Matt
I bought a copy of Adobe Acrobat XI Pro and was unable to download on my laptop. Need instructions on how to proceed.
I downloaded Acrobat DC, installed it on about 50 pc and signed in with my ID each time. My users are getting Sign in request after some days. Why, if I registered every install?
I'm trying to install Acrobat Pro to a single Mac using our serial number (volume licence), but it's asking the user to sign in with an Adobe ID.I've found the Provisioning Toolkit and admin guide, but this seems ridiculously complex and assumes a level of familiarity with Adobe terminology and unix (or a desire to acquire it!) that I don't possess for what should be a simple one-off install. Is there a quick way to do suppress this - so the user can actually use the programe they've purchased? I don't get why an Adobe sign-in is required on an application using a manually-inputted volume licence serial number with software from an ENTERPRISE portal...
Hi all. We have been deploying the Master Collection (Photoshop and Premiere), but run into the issue on the PC of Scratch Disks and savings. By default, both programs will set the default location of the My Documents folder. In our school district, we enforce folder redirection so My documents is routed to the server. The problem comes when a student will create (or edit) an image, and the caching is set to the server, so we expreience high network utilization at that time. Not a big issue with 1, but a group causes major issues. Is there a device preference that could be deployed to 1) set the scratch disk to the D drive (each of our PC's that are using this have a partition available to the student) and 2) force the save location to always start with the D drive? Thanks in advance!Neil
We use cc2017 deployment for computer labs. But I want to install all product except project felix(because not install win8.1 or win7). How can disable project felix from setup, not install this product. Otherwise all installed programs are deleted and roll back.
I am not able to deactivate devices either. I am the secondary Administrator but shouldn't I still be able to deactivate my own devices?
We use adobe cc2017 machine licence for computer labs.(windows 7 or win8.1). All cc2017 programs updates section is open but it needs adobe id. My account is not admin. My account only updates media encoder. Other programs section is only try option.Only our administration team deploy all AdobeCC_Win64bit_Cihaz_Eng folders and we install. Why we can't update cc2017 programs for computers or update files(example premiere cc 2017january update ). Thanks for your helps
I'm working on a Citrix XenDesktop deployment with Windows 10, both persistent and non-persistent desktops. I've followed the instructions listed here - Common Deployment Options and Methods — Enterprise Administration Guide to serialize my master images, and that works fine. I run the APTEE, generate the XML and serialize my masters. All works successfully, no errors in the log. The original install was done using a MSI transform from the customization wizard that disables cloud features and sets some program defaults. Grant offline exception is also in there. The issue comes in when I deploy the images. Even though the master is serialized, when a user launches DC for the first time it prompts them for a sign in. Here is where it gets interesting, although it prompts for a sign in, if you cancel out of the popup the program runs fine. Close and relaunch Acrobat and it opens as it should, no sign in prompt. This happens for both my persistent and non-persistent images.I looked through
