I am just rolling out Acrobat Pro DC. I had installed it on our 2008R2 Terminal Server but it kept asking users to Sign-in every two days. I spoke with Acrobat Support and we created a Custom installation using the Wizard however this won't install on Terminal Server. I keep getting Error:28000 Is there something new about installing on Terminal Servers?

I'm new to Adobe CC Licensing. Trying to deploy CC in several labs full of Macs. The fourth lab prompts the user to sign in (the app that does the prompting seems to be Adobe Application Manager).These labs did have CC 2015; in two of them I completely reimaged the machines (using Dell/Quest KACE) with a fresh CC2017-bearing Mac image; they seem to work fine. Another lab I uninstalled the 2015 apps first, as best as I could (there doesn't seem to be a good way to uninstall CC - all I could find was to uninstall each app individually, then use the Adobe Cleaner), and then used a package (built using the packager (another complication that seems unnecessary to me)) to install all the CC2017 apps; this lab seems to work fine. The fourth lab, to save time (I need the labs working by start of classes tomorrow), I just installed the 2017 package alongside the existing 2015 package. It's in this lab I get the sign-in prompt.So I uninstalled all of 2015, and all of 2017, and used the cleaner,

Hi guys,i have some issues with the deployment of Adobe premiere elements 12. I used the .XML data to configure everything and it works but everytime when i try to activate the programm on a PC via script the program crashes after the insert of the mail adress and password ... Does the programm know that a "click-script" is working or something like that ?When i do the steps manually everything works but not when the script is working.

Hello!We need to be able to deploy Adobe CC apps (i.e. Photoshop) with 2 laguages preinstalled so the user can choose between English and Russian in Prefences->Interface menu. Is there a way to create that kinda package with Adobe CreativeCloud Packager?Right now I have made 1 package with English Photoshop, and when I launch and login to CreativeCloud App and choose Russian, it installs something over an existing Installation and then I can choose between 2 languages in Prefences->Interface.Appretiate any suggestions, thank you!

I have a volume license for Standard and Pro DC. Trying to setup my new machines with this and thought I had it setup correctly. Apparently not as one of my machines is preventing the user from getting into Acrobat because of the sign in. Of course, this doesn't happen right away. It happens after Acrobat has been loaded a few times already, giving me false hope that it was setup correctly. -grant offline exception is done, serial number is there-online services and featurer > services integration is all disabled.What is the secret to creating a traditional installer for this?(For what it's worth, this is the most ridiculous system to setup software that I have to deal with. I might have stayed with version 10 if I knew Adobe had reinvented the wheel for both the software and now the installer.)

Hello guys, my school offered us all Adobe products for 3 years. So every student got a download link for all the programs. I didn't need to install Creative Cloud and it worked completely fine without it. Then some problem occured and these licenses didn't work anymore saying the subscription needed to be extended. Because I had to do an art project in school I panicked and downloaded Creative Cloud. Now my teacher wrote an Email to us saying that the licenses work again. But not for me. I tried to deinstall everything but I can't. Now I dont know what to do. Hopefully one of you can help me

We're looking at purchasing several licenses for several folks in different departments. We are entirely Xendesktop VDI along with Xenapp servers for individual application access. What version of Acrobat should we purchase so we can install it on a Xenapp server? Is it Acrobat D.C. Enterprise? Will that allow us to customize the install, assign it to specific users via Citrix Studio assignments using AD groups. Thank you

I'm trying to get this lab up and running. I actually needed it last week but just got the software disc to instal CC Wednesday.I am the administrator. And every answer I see says I need to use the Admin Console. I am computer savvy but by no means a network nerd.I can't get to the Admin Console at all and I know my userID was used to set up the device machines. Help!

I have removed and re-installed the application and get the same error. PC is running Windows 7 Enterprise 64Bit.

For some reason, when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, they are no longer installing.  This summer, we could build an application and then double click the MSI in the Build folder that the Packager created.  Now when we create an application using the Creative Cloud Packager, it will start the install for about 30 seconds, the screen will flash once, then the application will uninstall what it tried to install.  Ideas?  It worked fine this summer.

I am attempting to install Adobe Acrobat onto a Golden Image I've created.  We use Citrix XenApp, and MCS to create clones of our golden images.  I have followed the instructions located in this post, as it was exactly what I was trying to do : Acrobat Pro TLP prompts Adobe ID ? , and initially my first go round had the same issues, where my golden image, I could launch Adobe Acrobat, with no issues, or prompts, but any created machines would prompt each user for Adobe ID. Need to install a specific version of InDesign and don't see anyway to do that within the enterprise site. Do I have to download CC Packager and create my own package with it?

Hello,we try to deploy acrobat standard dc via wds with an automated installation process which includes the install key. When I customize the msi file without giving the licence key the installation works, but the product isn't activated because of the missing key.When I customize the msi file with the install key the installation stucks with the error message: "An invalid serial number was provided"Does somebody already got the same issue?Has somebody a hint for us how to resolve this and include the install key into the installation?Any kind of help appreciated! Hi there,we use Adobe Reader 2015.006.30119 Classic Track and IE11 on about 300 Workstations. To get a special application working I have to disable the feature "Display PDF in Browser" by GPO.I have deactivated the Adobe Reader Add-On in IE by using the ClassID and everything was ok using Reader XI. But not in 2015. The setting shows no effect. Although the Add-On is deactivated,the PDF's are still shown in a new tab in IE11.I also tried the regkey  [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Acrobat Reader\2015\Originals] "bBrowserIntegration"=dword:00000000   but with no success.Can anybody help me to get this working?Thx in advance.Bodo

Hi,One of our users of your software is having issues with the Adobe Creative cloud. When trying to access the cloud on the corporate LAN they cannot download assets. When he is off LAN he can access the assets.We have contacted our proxy support teams and they have told us that the proxy is not blocking any contact with the Creative Cloud and that we should ask Adobe to whitelist our proxy egress. Could I get an e-mail or a more private form of support so we can discuss this in detail please?Thanks!

Hi,I'm completely new to Adobe products. We're currently learning to use various Adobe apps through school, and therefore I've had almost every app installed on my computer by the school's IT department. Since most/all of them are Creative Cloud versions, Creative Cloud is installed as well, but there's no account associated with the program, and we have been strictly told not to log in with our personal accounts. While some apps can be updated through Adobe Application Manager, all the other apps can only update through the Creative Cloud app. But when I press "update now" on the prompts from the programs, it takes me to the Creative Cloud app, where I need to login.So my question is, how do I update the apps, if I'm not allowed to log in to Creative Cloud?Best regards, Aske.

I have a situation where multiple users are being upgraded from Adobe X to new machines with Adobe XI. I have read where Digital IDs and security settings are transferred via password protected files created by the user. Are there other types of configurations or files I should be transferring as well?Thanks for any help.

I work in a University environment and we'd rather not force everyone who uses one of our Stand-Alone licenses to create an Adobe ID in order to use Acrobat. Is there a way to create an installer that just asks for the Serial Number? I did some reading that you could disable the cloud functions and that would probably be in the same ballpark, but can't find anything about not having to create and ID.  Ideally, we would like for users to just have the same features they had in 11 without creating an Account, without having cloud functions and without having to do too much work on the back end to make that happen (there are only two of us in the office and we don't have a ton of spare time to figure it out).  Thanks
