HA HA HA good luck with trying to get an answer from these monkeys. I too have called every number and talked to half of india to try and resolve my A12E5 issue. I erased all adobe products from my computer, tried every configuration possible, allowed access to adobe  to everything, gave them $32.60 and still nothing! In the past seven hours i have lost three clients and missed two deadlines because this stupid company and their crappy way of doing business. The cloud does not work. you all are terrible at trouble shooting, and since there is no one else we can turn to for this kind of software, you all just sit on your thrones and wait for us to throw more money at you. I HATE adobe.

I am both the Enterprise administrator and the designated user for Adobe Document Cloud eSign account - 1 year subscription started 1/Dec/2015.I am working remotely on my laptop while on vacation in Italy - normally use my desktop working from home in London.It seems I cannot install the Adobe app that I have downloaded using the Adobe Acrobat installer: acrobatproDC_EpotZJynSsSpcHQMP9UOVw0409.Although I can login both as an Administrator and as a user (different Adobe IDs for two different email addresses) I am unable to see our dashboard, use Adobe Acrobate to add text to PDFs and I cannot send contracts for signing - I need urgent help please.Thanks Suzi

How do I combine the two so that one user has two apps, rather than two of the same user has one app each?

All of our users have lost access to all creative cloud product.  I see a message stating that the product name has changed to creative clouse all aps.  I'm not sure if I should deploy this new productas a new purchase.   We have already purchase creative cloude for teams.

Deleting a word was no problem. Come time to implant the empty space with text (with text tool) no joy. Just transparent (invisible) letters. Any suggestions what is causing this? Much appreciated.

I recently came to the end of my trial on InDesign and decided to pay the subscription, for some reason abode hasn't recognised my subscription and the InDesign icon still reads "trial period over", Can anyone help me with this problem? should I uninstall and reinstall the app?Milo

I'm installing Adobe Creative Package onto an new Imac (Imac16,1/OS X El Capitan).  During insall I'm at the point where it requires package details.  My intention is to create a master image on this iMac.  Should I select in the "Serial Number Licensing "  the Serial Number Licence, or Named License?  This is my first interation with Adobe, and an Imac.

HI All,Looking for clarification on packaging up and deploying Adobe DC.I have used "Creative Cloud Packager" to package up the required applications including Adobe DC. My understanding is I need to install Reader DC from the exceptions folder and then install the rest of the package. I have done this and all the usual apps are activated correctly however Reader DC is still un-activated.Please can someone clarify that my steps above are correct and possibly suggest a reason why Adobe DC remains un-activated.
