I have CS4 Creative Suite.  Was running without problem. Mostly using photoshop and the Acrobat Pro.  Photoshop seems to still be working but Acrobat is asking for serial number.  It won't seem to accept the original serial number.  This is a purchased copy with valid numbers.  I reinstalled with no change.  This is a new computer and I was sure to uninstall all my software on this prior to new computer.  I haven not had any problems for a year and now I can't even view a pdf file.

I've created the application packages using the Creative Cloud Packager. However, the size of the packages are a minimum of 1GB.  Is there any way to reduce the size in order to make them more SCCM distribution friendly?  Thank you!

How can I either disable automatic updates that require Administrator level privileges so that my users can use your product, or grant specific permissions to allow updates without system wide Administrative privileges on Windows 7?  I've had similar issues with other software manufacturers, and they were able to provide specific permissions that need to be granted at a directory level and / or specific registry changes / permissions granted to allow this to work.  I have searched through your forums, and cannot seem to locate this information for Adobe.  Please advise.

I am using sccm 2012 to deploy adobe acrobat PRO XI DC and I can get it to deploy just fine but even when I put the license key in the customization wizard it asks for the license key again after the install.  Does anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Hi, I'm creating a package with multiple apps and versions, as I have done many times prior, but upon completion of the build it states that the packager was unable to upload metadata to the server. I tried editing the package, rebooting and editing the package but nothing changed. Still unable to upload the metadata. What does that mean and how can I fix it?Using CCPLauncher and serial number license for enterprise

Anyone come across this this error, I have raised a support call with Adobe, citing the packager error '' Unfortunately we were unable to upload your package metadata to the Creative Cloud''  and their first response was that I had not created new packages since the 31st I don't hold out much hope of a resolution.Just to be clear I have already successfully created packages, however today on the 4 of August when I run the Enterprise packager it completes but returns the error '' Unfortunately we were unable to upload your package metadata to the Creative Cloud'' it recommends editing the package to force it to upload again I have tried this with each package editing fails with the same error.I have created new packages from scratch, I have attempted to edit each one all attempts fail with the same error.Any ideas?CheersPhil

Ok I'll give a quick overview of our environment and see if anyone can help.Our environment is purely Terminal Server 2008R2, to be more specific it's Citrix XenApp 6.5. For a little over a month now Adobe Reader has been crashing IE with the following error in the event log:Faulting application name: iexplore.exe, version: 9.0.8112.16685, time stamp: 0x55ce721cFaulting module name: ntdll.dll, version: 6.1.7601.123136, time stamp: 0x55a69cecException code: 0xc0000374This crash, is completely random, not reproducible (as it will break for a user several times, logging the message, and then the user will be fine again). We do know it's reader causing the problem because the users report opening a PDF from the internet (or the company intranet) and it crashes.We have discovered that if the user opens Adobe Reader and leaves it running in the background the users do not face the problem.We've also discovered that if you disable the Adobe Reader plugin in IE the problem also goes away.
