basically i want to delete my account because i was told to activate the plan on my student email, basically creating another account which currently has a functioning plan. what happens here is that for some reason adobe (chat) support is unable to delete my account because it belongs to some enterprise team or something. which i have not the slighties idea about. either way yeah, i can see some developer menu and admin actions menu. but i can't remove myself from whatever team i'm supposed to be in.  it's been a couple of weeks, so yeah, would really appreciate if someone helps me.

I noticed that Photoshop 2022 does not show up in Adobe Creative Cloud but it does show up on my PC. I tried uninstalling Photoshop 2022 from Control Panel which redirects me into Adobe Creative Cloud and Photoshop 2022 doesn't uninstall when I uninstalled it within Adobe Creative Cloud.I downloaded Photoshop 2023 to check if I can uninstall 2023. When I uninstalled Photoshop 2023 there were no issues, it showed the progression of the uninstallation but for Photoshop 2022 it just shows uninstalling>finishing in 1 or 2 second and nothing happens and Photoshop 2022 remains on my PC. Is there way I could uninstall Photoshop 2022?

Hi,As of a few days ago I haven't been able to log into Admin Console.  I just get the below screen: If I click Business ID it just takes me back to this screen.  I can't manage any of my licenses or users.  Users have also been prompted to re-log into Adobe apps but most of them have been fixed just by signing them back in. My reseller sent me an invite to their marketplace site which I accepted, but I the admin console is still inaccessible. Have any enterprise customers encountered this?  How did you fix it?  Thanks.

Hello,At my work, I am the license administrator for Adobe Cloud products such as Acrobat Pro. My products are under 1 account. We also have a second contract (2nd account, 2nd admin console) for Adobe Sign products. All of our employees get at least 1 email address (@jobsite1.com), some get 2 different ones with different postfix (either @jobsite2com or @jobsite3.com), but none get more than 2. In February 2023, if a user needed to access both tools (Acrobat and Sign) they couldn't bc the Sign console is considered the "parent" bc the domain (jobsite1 and jobsite2) was claimed by that console. Therefore, when I add the same email address to my console, they get login errors or they get "trial" message errors.We figured out that we can setup my console (for Acrobat) as a trust with the parent console (for sign). and additionally we can add an alias, for example jobsite1.com is main email and jobsite3.com is the alias.unfortunately though, we cannot put the jobsite2.com email in the ali

Dear Adobe Community,I am having great difficulty renewing our licenses in the VIP account. After countless e-mails and phone calls to our sales representative, his deputy and the general Adobe sales team, I am at my wit's end - about 100 out-of-office messages and references to people who are also on vacation. I have been trying to get an offer for the license renewal since November. This is apparently an impossibility, as we added licenses to our account via the admin portal in November, but they were never confirmed or ordered by the sales representative, which has created a purchase block that no one is now able to remove.The only solution Adobe can offer me is to create a new VIP account. This would have devastating consequences in our company - as Adobe is very strongly integrated into applications via interfaces etc. with the Sign application and existing (not yet signed) contracts can certainly not be transferred to the new VIP account. Hi,we are Polish Local Governemnt Unit and I got invoice for Adobe services, all aplications of Creative Cloud correctly. To make a payment for this invoice I had to make our internal request as we always do such documents for outside payments. The problem is as it found out that our Adobe custodian refuses to sign this document saying that he is not allowed to do it. Is there any chance to solve this? Without that I can't make payment and use Adobe services. Could you please guide me to any polish department or anyone who can actually sign documents? thank You in advance 

I have a VIP account through an Adobe Reseller, Tech-Crawl.  I asked them for help on a licensing issue back in January, with no response. I have repeatedly emailed them for the past 6 weeks and they never respond.  I contacted Adobe; they told me to contact my Reseller...who again, is not responding via email, and they have no other means of contact.  So for 6 weeks now I have had a license I can't use, and no one at Adobe will help fix it...they just keep passing the buck.  I really don't know what to do anymore.

I'm in my Admin Console and I want to click on a Team member's name and tell the system to email them a password reset link. I've read some threads from 2014 saying me, as an admin, I cannot do that. I find that hysterical if it's still true. If it isn't true, what's the method for doing that?

Our team with (5) users, using Illustrator, Photoshop, and After Effects what plan would be advisable to purchase? Is there an all-app plan where I purchase all the apps and 5 of the designers can access them on their different PCs, or do I have to buy them individually?Also if I do purchase an all-apps plan, do I need more than one license for the 5 users?

I have been trying to work out why Adobe Acrobat isn't updating from our internal update folder and have come to the conclusion that its because the files in the Acrobat folder are created without the correct permissions. I have repaired the permissions, so it now works for me. Is this likely to be fixed or do I need to fix the permissions after each update sync?

I would like to see a couple of "Read Only" admin roles. I would like to use this to assign a full read-only role to our Helpdesk group and group read-only role for department liasons so they may validate licensing, user assignments, etc. before contacting a full admin to make changes.Thank you.

I am trying to purchase Acrobat Pro via ACH payment or Bill Pay but customer support told me that only Credit/Debit cards can be used to make payments.  This is such a bad business model for software that is used mostly for businesses.  I work for a goverment agency and credit and debit cards are not allowed.  So unfortunate as Pro would make my job easier to get signatures and Adobe lost a sale!  

Since I can't install other applications on my company PC, I bought the photo plan with a personal account but used the license number in the business account. Now with my business account, if I connect as a personal account I have access to the photo plan (with Lightroom and Photoshop), if I connect with the business account I have access to Adobe Pro. I can't combine different plans that have the same account name. It depends on how I access the applications or on the cloud I can't use some apps. If I'm logged in with my company profile, I can't use Lightroom, if I'm logged in with my personal profile, I can't hear Adobe Pro. How can I combine them having all the plans in my company profile??
