 Before you ask...yes I've switched off Automatic Profile Switching. There is an issue ONLY with Photoshop for iPad where it is not giving you the option to log in to your team profile. This was confirmed by someone in the tech team as an issue and I'd like an update from Adobe staff of the progress of this fix.   

Hi,I created a new page by using the admin backend (Content->Pages). In the page editor, I added one row and an HTML code element to that page.In that HTML code element, I have the following code:<div data-events-calendar-app data-project-id="proj_id" ></div> <script type="text/javascript" src="https://dist.eventscalendar.co/embed.js"></script>This HTML code initailly gave a console error saying that it violates CSP regulations. That is why I added it to the csp_whitelist.xml in my custom CSP module. By doing this, the error went away and js was being fetched as you can see the following screenshot in the Network tab of developer tools.Even after doing all this, the js is not working as expected. It should populate the upper div with the content using the proj_key. Any idea why is this hapenning?PS I am new to magento.

Hello Back in August I received an email to say that a new benefit was being added to my organisation which would allow non-licenced users listed in our Admin Console to have complimentary basic access to Adobe Express and Acrobat, this would be really useful for my team, but at the moment this feature still doesn't seem to work. Is there some way that I need to activate this for non-licenced users? I've tested this with a couple of users who are listed in our Admin Console who don't have any Adobe licences. When they try to login to Adobe Express they get an error message stating 'You do not have access to Adobe Express'.  Any help would be appreciated.

Hello, I need quick help from a community expert that deals with account security/possible hacking issues.  I had a monthly student rate account.  I do not use a computer only an iPhone and 2 ipadpro's (newest models) so all I need are all the IOS mobile apps and possibly the web app Portfolio.  Anyhow, it appears that my student account has been deleted without my permission, I cannot log in, period.  Your system will not allow me to do anything to the student account, not one. Also, this account that I am logged into now is supposed to be free because I am a legal 601c3 human rescue nonprofit.  And now, tonight, I see someone has taken all the free subscriptions off and when I try to use any app, your system requests full price payment. So with 2 accounts now having serious security issues of some kind - and all happening within less than 24 hours, that tells me that someone was reasonably in the process of hacking/gaining entry into my accounts and

Hello,I followed the installation guide posted in the Adobe documentation. I can successfully install the software (e.g., Photoshop), but I’ve encountered an issue when trying to install additional software (e.g., InDesign) via Intune. The installation fails with an error.Upon further investigation, I found that the error occurs because "Creative Cloud" is running.Do you have any suggestions on how to resolve this issue?Thank you!

Hello, I am trying to get a behance project to open exactly like image 4 when the share link is open. However, when the share link is clicked by the client, they see the behance menu above. Is there a way to have the link open straight into what picture 4 looks like? Images attached. This is time sensitive so if anyone knows what to do or can help in anyway that would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there we have an all apps cc plan which includes 100gb cloud storage. When I try to log into illustrator on the iPad I get an error that my account doesn't have access to cloud storage. This is very annoying. Any ideas all? thankssanj

I have downloaded the Adobe Creative Cloud package recently to update the pkg file needed for my company's environment. When running the install of the newest packaged version of the CC app, it reports "This package is not compatible with your current OS". I verified that the newest version of Adobe Creative Cloud App is compatible with macOS 15 Sequoia when installed from the website. Is there a timeline on when the packaged version on the Admin side will be updated for enterprise use?  Thank you

Hi, I'm having issue where I can't seem to use Photoshop on Windows 10 Pro build 19044. I have the Photoshop license already assigned in the Adobe Admin console by admin.I have try change AppsPanel to true in ServiceConfig.xml file, logout login the Create Cloud Desktop multiple times, restart machine too. I attached some image for more information (I signed in with Organization profile)

Hi there, I've had a frustrating amount of back and forth with Adobe support on the question of which specific endpoints need to be allowlisted for Remote Update Manager. I was told that I needed to allowlist everything on the minimum allow list here: Network endpoints for Adobe apps & services. This is simply far too broad for my network and security teams to approve. I found lower on the page the downloadable endpoints matrix. This is much more reasonable, however I'm unclear which groups of the listed Adobe services rely on this. The Updater service list seems too narrow. My assumption was that possibly some CDN network traffic was blocked on my end. I see some Cloudfront addresses under Adobe Creative Cloud services, but this list appears a bit broad. It is unreasonable for Adobe to expect large/enterprise customers with security and regulatory obligations to whitelist such an exhaustive list without better specificity. Can we get some cl

My team designs school graphics. We have a library for each school with their logos and colors. We have probably 1000+ libraries. It takes forever to scroll thru to find and add a library. Sometimes it takes a day for it to even show up in my apps after adding it. Would it work faster if we combined individual schools libraries as groups within a district library instead? For example, a school district has 10 schools, so rather than 10 separate libraries there would be "XYZ School District" with 10 groups in it named by each school.

My first post here.Briefly: for my company I've activated two creative cloud accounts which we are using daily on two distinct office pcs.The question is: Am I allowed to download photoshop and lightroom on my home pc to be used  when the other two licenses are not in use? This would be a private use (editing pictures). Of course I'd use one of the two accounts already created.Thanks in advance,MaxItaly

I'm trying to buy some Acrobat licences through our Admin Console, and whenever I click on Buy More I get the white modal with "Gathering all your product details" and an indefinitely spinning wheel. I think the website's security settings are blocking the purchase page from loading because I'm getting a few CORS errors in my Chrome console and specifically:Refused to display 'https://commerce.adobe.com/' in a frame because it set 'X-Frame-Options' to 'sameorigin'.

My school has bought several license for Creative Cloud. I entered my new students and it is not giving them access to the apps even though it says they have access in my Administration portal. It is only showing trial for them. 

In the Developer Console I am trying to access the "User Management API" to use in a project. Is says the service is available but I need an admin to grant me permission to use. WELL, I am the Admin, so I'm stuck. Can anybody assist with this? 

My Business Profile was setup automatically but my company has since changed names. How can I update the name of the Business Profile?Thanks,Luther

Hi Guys, Would anyone one know how to enable Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop to update apps via the auto-update feature in it's preference settings - via registry etc.Trying to deploy a package to the wider network and having issues identfying what reg key, system file controls this option.Just trying to enable a feature within the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop Client so that users can install updates for installed software (via the Adobe Cloud) so that all software is up-to-date and doesn't rely on IT to update it. Any guidance would be much appreciated.
