Buenas tengo 2 licencias de Adobe y necesito dar de baja 1, y no me sale como que puedo.La única forma que te permiten esto, es un mes antes del plazo de renovación? 

I already started my education account given by the University. I started free trial for free adobe templetes but now I have to cancel the trial I can not see any plans in plans and payment. I can not see how to delete my payment details. Please help me how to cancel my plan. Additionally anyone knows how to create admin console for contacting?  Thank you 

It's been a few years...Do we have a way yet to uninstall old versions automatically, without each user having to set it themselves? This should be an option when building the package from the portal, or a reg key we can push. 

I'm trying to deploy Adobe CC via intune  to my company but each attempts fails. Can anyone help me figure out why?

How do you do something as simple as changing a user's name when the CSV updating process fails?  Why is there no direct and easy way to modify that information in the management interface?  For that matter, why do admins not have access to manage user passwords in an enterprise environment?  Bad design all around.

I have a user who used to work for our company and had an adobe account. She had set up a phone number as a form for password reset. She left the company and came back after 2 years of being gone. She of course can't remember what that password is and she no longer has that phone (divorced, had to change numbers) I contact Adobe to get the 2FA reset to another number or taken away all together and allow password reset with email. I am told the best solution is to change the email address. Or they can delete the account and we can start over.  I find it completely ridiculous that Adobe doesn't have a better solution than to completely delete an account (which takes 30 days!!!) when the user can't access a phone number used as a 2-factor authentication for a password reset. It is almost like Adobe doesn't think that anyone would ever change their phone number. I am completely in awe of how bad this customer service is. So I had a snafu and corrupted a large part of my system files. I managed to reinstall most of my programs but adobe just wont work on my system.    I could not run the uninstaller so I: 1. removed the app using appwiz.cpl 2. cleared the registry of adobe keys 3. deleted all the program file folders 4. ran Adobe Cloud Cleanup tool, restarted, and tried to install it again.  5. re-downloaded the installer multiple times.   at this point I have no idea what I need to do to get the installer to open. All I get is a little blue loading sign from the cursor but nothing actually opens. I don't know what I did to my system but I messed adobe up good. Any help would be great!  

Hello Team,We have a CEP extension which uses iframe to display content hosted in remote website. We interact with the host view via javascript APIs. We are trying to launch SSO envirounment in iframe but we are getting error as Refused to Frame SSO env because an ancestor violates the following Content Security Policy directive: "frame-ancestors 'none'". In Adobe earlier version SSO was supported but in latest version it is not working. Could you please help us with solution here?Or Please help us with some workaround for our customer.  

Hi,  Anyone knows hot to enable the Auto update for all apps on the adobe CC for all computers on the network? i have already configured the package, configured the ServiceConfig.xml to have Selfservice and appsautoupdate both enable. still, these 2 settings ( attached ) are still off. i noticed if i only trigged this manually the feature will work and the apps will update automatically.  How to delpy this to the domain conputers that has Adobe CC?  thanks on advancedShadad

Hi all, I have installed InDesign 2024 (19.0). Ever since I installed it I cannot see the "Older versions" menu item. I need 18.5 version as well. My subscription has full access to adobe apps.   My "Apps" section in Preferences window looks like this   Does someone know what's hapenning?

I'm trying to restrict access to the App Panel in the CC Desktop App on student lab machines, but have been unable to do so recently. The target computers are running macOS 13.6. As a test, I've created a new managed package in the Admin Console that includes just the CC Desktop App, configured with the options to hide access to the app panel. However, after the installation, the app panel remains freely accessible. I've verified that the ServiceConfig.xml file is getting installed along with the app and that it does contain the correct key values needed for restricting the App Panel. I've been able to recreate this issue on newly restored or imaged computers with nothing but just the Adobe CC Desktop app installed. Everything seems to work as expected when installing managaged packages created the same way for our Windows devices. It's as if the current version of the Adobe CC Desktop app for macOS is just ignoring the ServiceConfig.xml file altogether. Has anyone else experienced thi

When I try to use Remove Tool (on a lab Mac computer) in the universities network, I get the following error message."Required components are being downloaded. Check back later to use the tool once the download is complete"Any assistance would be helpful. 

Over the past week, we have been experiencing strange behaviour where the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader DC is automatically upgraded to the Adobe Acrobat Pro version of the application. It's not until we blocked Automatic Updates using the "bUpdater" Registry Key that this behaviour has stopped. As multiple users utilise the system it may well be possible they are initiating the upgrade but as they don't have Windows Administrative Rights then it shouldn't be possible to upgrade the software. Has this behaviour changed recently? I've noted another post in these forums from this month where their version was automatically upgrading from 32-bit to 64-bit and a new (undocumented) Registry Key was required to fix, bUpdateToSingleApp. Are these related? Adobe 32bit Updating Automatically to 64bit - Adobe Support Community - 12400606

Hello,We have a few users using Adobe Creative Cloud applications. The Adobe application is installed in the VMWare VDI desktop. It works great for the most part. However, whenever the VDI desktop gets updated, the %applocalappdata% folder is erased and the adobe creative cloud needs to be reauthenticated using our company email address, run the adobe creative cloud update, and install all the individual applications. In our observation, if the adobe creative cloud could be installed and used %appdata% folder, this would not be an issue. The %appdata% folder is folder redirected to a network share drive. Thanks

My company has 6 Acrobat Pro licenses. 5 are used. I want to assign the last license to an employee. When I go to user/product/edit product/select product, Acrobat Pro is there, and it shows (1) available license. I click the box (at which point, teh available license goes to (0), and click save. See attached screenshot.  I get a green pop-up box that says "1 user updated".  But the license is not assigned to the user, and there is still one license available. Can anyone help?

hi folks,my company have purchased for Creative Cloud All Apps 100 GB a few years ago. not sure if that is a business account. I'm trying to check the number of users allowed for that package, but can't seem to find it anywhere.when i try to log into adobe store, it says "sorry, we couldn't find the page". can't enter the admin console site as well. can someone pls advise how can i check the number of users that have access? p/s: the person who purchased this (administrator) is no longer working with us.

Hello,I work as IT support for a company where we have several Adobe Creative Cloud licenses and I need to clear up some doubts regarding the licenses policy.1 - We use Adobe web management for license distribution. We currently have service emails that allocate our licenses and our IT team, upon call, allocates the license to the employee according to availability and need.However, today all of our employees have an email from the Google provider for business licenses that we manage. I would like to know if we can de-allocate the licenses from these service emails and allocate them directly to the employees' email and if we can reallocate the license  for any e-mail without limit's. 2 - As creative cloud is already a subscription system, I would like to know if there is a maximum limit to which a licensed user can log in to machines.
