Hi Everyone, I've been trying to download Adobe CC on my new Machone with Win 21H2 for some days now with no success. I enabled Javascript still not working. After signing in with my user account it doesnt take me to the right page. Is anyone having similar issues or know of any poxxible fixes?  Thanks

Ich nutze "Arobat DC Pro für Teams" ; installiert habe ich Acrobat und Creative Cloud ; in der CC ist jedoch keine Applikation vorhanden, Acrobat ist darin nicht sichtbar, somit auch keine Update Funktion, in CC steht "kein Zugriff auf die Applikationsverwaltung"Was ist hierbei das Problem, ich selbst bin Benutzer und Administrator in der Admin-Console. Danke 

Please help!! I paid for Adobe Acrobat Pro DC for one year on the 20th of March 2017. I have uninstalled and reinstalled and am logged into my account and it is still telling me I have a trial version and I need to put in a serial number only I do not have one. On the Manage Your Teams Page it says my status is Active, but on my products page it says I have no products. I don't seem to have a serial number. I tried to call yesterday and waited on hold for 2 hours then left my phone number. Someone called after 6:00 pm last night when our office was closed and told us to call back, but did not leave a number. Please call me? Hello, I am a teacher for a class of game dev students and we have just encountered an issue whiletrying to download substance painter and any other substance products through the creative cloud.We have gotten access to the student and teacher educational plan for substance, but when the students log in to creative cloud app, substance does not appear to be part of their plan in the app, but it shows as being part of their plan on adobe's website with the same account.Whenever the students also try to install any substance products, using a downloadable installer or the following linkhttps://creativecloud.adobe.com/apps/all/desktop?action=install&source=apps&productId=substance3d-painterthe creative cloud does not start a download, no error messages or anything.Whenever the students click "read more" or "install" on the substance products, creative clouds desktop flickers, but does not move on to some other download screen.Any other product they have access to through the creat

Out Enterprise VIP is missing.  We have reached out to Adobe and our reseller with no success nor answers. All of our users don't have access to their Adobe IDs created in the Admin Console and files are also unaccessible. Did anyone else experience this issue? 

I recently deployed Adobe Acrobat 22 on top of multiple computers that had Adobe Acrobat XI Pro installed. Some of the deployments were successful, but others failed. For the failed installations, I attempted to resolve the issue by first uninstalling the old version of Acrobat and then running the setup.exe file to install the new version. However, this resulted in an error that stated "no instance was found." Can you inform me of the default location of the installation log and whether it's possible to specify a command to save the log in a specific location using the setup.exe file?

I have Acrobat Pro from work and LR classic privately and I cannot log into either, not open either. What ever I try by switching between the orange realm of work apps and the blue private apps, I cannot use either since my passwords do not match my accounts. I had success after 1 1/2 hours with Tech support last night, but  now wanting to use LRc I wasagain  dead in the water (and when I tried to log into Reader Pro at 20 $ per months ...) and could buy a second version of LR and use it  ...H E L P, please.I talked with our systems admins today for a good hour and they could nor sort it out either. HELP please.

Hello,Our customer can't activate his Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams license.The customer was using the Acrobat Pro DC during 2 years; This type oflicense doesn't excist anymore.So our distributor guided us to order the Adobe Acrobat Pro for Teams.In the administrator portal the licenses are linked the to users mailaddress.The users received a mail to login to the portal and install the software. When loged in, he still receives the message that his license is expired !!!So he can't us his software.We sent mails to euroresl@emailsupport.adobe.com  , They created case 269516, no further reaction.We sent mails to partnerapi-support@adobe.com  , no answerWe received a mail from rodmailp@adobe.com , with casenumer INC2006775, no further reaction .We have this problom since 17 january !!!I need help ! I'm trying to find a way to see latest activity for users for Create Cloud. This would include reference to user and product in Creative Cloud Suite. Aim is to gain better view of who wihtin my organisation is using which Adobe products on a regular basis.Is there a report somewhere that may give me this? Could also be connected to log in audit log data coming from the login of users.

Hello. I work as technical support in my company and the company decided to bloack Google Chrome and only use Microsoft Edge. So if we try to open or use google chrome with our accunts it will et blocked by conditional policy. And we have a user that tried to open Adobe Creative Cloud app on her machine and she's getting blocked by conditionall policy, saying that the application is trying to use google chrome to open it, instead of Microsoft Edge. I've already check and Microsoft Edge is the default broser for the mchine and Google Chrome is not even installed on the user machine, but for some reason the application keeps trying to open with Google Chrome. I've rebooted the machinebut the issue persists.  Is there a way to change the default browser for Adobe Creative Cloud in registry editor so that instead of opening with Chrome, it only opens and functions with Edge? This morning, a number of my Enterprise Single App licenses expired.I decided to migrate several of the affected Users to FRL for Premiere/Media Encoder.  Not one single installation has worked, whereas other Users in the Enterprise have done so successfully.**Five different Macs, varying OS versions up to Catalina.**Different hardware platforms.**Every single one, until this morning, was running Premiere 2022.**Removed all previous Adobe products.**Removed Adobe content from hidden Library folders**Multiple reboots, all system updates appliedNow I cannot successfully install any version, including 14.8 and 15.1 and 15.2 - installation packages which others HAVE successfully installed.Installation attempts return with an unremarkable "The installation failed - The installed encountered an error that caused the installation to fail.  Contact the software manufacturer for assistance"Would appreciate any feedback....

Hello, Just trying to create a secondary business profile under my adobe account. I have personal and business.  I can not find anywhere that allows me to create a new one.  And there is nothingin an y of the help files that explains it.  That all talk about how to switch between and where to see them, but nothing shows you how to create one.  I'm sure i'm missing something simple, but it's driving me insane.  Thank you for any assistance,Jeff

I have two mac computers.  I'm logged into Adobe Cloud with the same email address on both.  I only use Premiere.I'm trying to have one Team Project I can sync back and forth.   When I saved one Team Project on one computer (and published it), I can't see it on the other computer. Why is this?  How do I get it fixed?MacBook Pro & Mac Pro (Tower). Newest Mac OSes.  Newest version of Premiere. TO REPRODUCE:1) Create a paid account on Adobe.com.  $79/user.  I have 4 or 5 seats at this level.2) Install Premiere and Creative Clound on Mac_1 and Mac_23) Sign into Adobe account on Mac_1 and Mac_2 CC and Premiere desktop software.4) Mac_1.  Premiere.  Create a Team Project.5) Load that Team Project full of data. Publish6) Launch Premiere on Mac_27) Open "Open Team Project" THE PROBLEM: I can never see the project from Mac_1. EXPECTATION: I can download and open that project on Mac_2.

Dadurch, dass wir beide mit getrennten Rechner auf die Projekte zugreifen, gibt es öfter Probleme beim Starten (Fonts fehlen, Einstellung in LUTs sind verhauen...). Nun zur eigentlichen Frage: Gibt es eine Möglichkeit die Umgebung so zu Synchronisieren, dass weniger Probleme entstehen? Ich hoffe, dass ich mich gut genug ausgedrückt habe 😕😕 Liebe Grüße, Vince

I recently graduated high school (yay!) which meant that my adobe subscription ran out unfortunately. Luckily, my university offered it for free with my course that im doing (yay!), but i cannot access it for some reason. I tried to log into creative cloud but all the app does is open, display an error message that says "you have been signed out, please sign back in" and then when i click the prompt that says "sign in" the message disappears for a moment and then comes back. after a while it stops displaying the message and im left to watch the loading wheel spin forever. I cant login.When i login on the web, its fine! i can do that just fine! but as soon as i try to install creative cloud or any other app it just displays the previously mentioned error message. Ive basically deleted the whole adobe suite from the entire system and then reinstalled creative cloud about four times and nothing is working. it still seems to remember that there was an old account that is no longer active b

Hi!I'm trying to deploy a self service package of Adobe CC, in hopes of easing the burden for us in IT regarding updates and packaging etc.From reading your documentation I understood that this will allow users to install their programs & updates by themselves, without the need for administrative privileges.I've run into a program, however, when launching Adobe Creative Cloud for the first time as a non-admin user.I get a message saying that it needs to be updated, I proceed with this. After reaching about 2% I get a UAC prompt.If I close the prompt the update window will be stuck on 2%. This will not work in our environment seeing as the goal was to eliminate any need for admin rights. What I'm wondering is what exactly is causing the UAC prompt? What program (exe) etc? Seeing as the Creative Cloud application is already launched.I think it's a bit unclear when you state that self service apps are the solution for environments with non-admin users and yet when launching the Creati
