Could a search option be available for the individual's My library assets? Yes, I could create many categories, but it could be valuable to search assets selected for use later. It saves time, especially if the My Library category has many assets.
In preparing for the Adobe Creative Cloud synced files deprecation, we discovered that out of our thousands of Adobe users, all of their storage is combined into one storage report versus a report that is broken down to see how many of our users are actually using synced file storage and thus are affected by this change. Due to this lack of granular reporting, we are unable to communicate directly with the affected users who are using creative cloud synced files, and we are forced to communicate to all users and this has led to a lot of confusion. Please add a separeate dedicated report in the Adobe admin center that shows which of our Adobe users are using Creative Cloud Synced file storage, and how much storage they are consuming so that we can communicate directly to those affected by this feature deprecation.
May I request that Shared Device K12 Creative Cloud Licenses be allowed to use GenAI please? My students and teachers are unable to learn or experience this despite having access to the full suite.
Is there any reason Adobe can't add a warning to the login page that they're blocking you due to VPN usage? We use a VPN for almost everything and a few companies including Adobe just reject logins, but fail to give any type of warning. I don't care to discuss VPNs, I would just appreciate a little warning as sitting there for 20 minutes trying to guess why it isn't working is unnecessary. If I hadn't tried a different browser on a different machine we never would have known and been submitting tickets, wasting time etc. I know, they couldn't care less but posting for anyone else having an issue.
Hi, Recently I found that Adobe Creative Cloud does not respect the "Low Data Mode" network setting and downloads gigabytes of data through the background processes, which is very frustrating when travelling between countries and using a international roaming for network usage. The problem persists even when I choose to quit the Creative Cloud from the menu in the top right corner. The only way to actually kill all the processes I found was to use the following in the terminal: sudo pkill -9 -f Adobe It asks you for your password and then kills all the processes that mention Adobe in the name (be aware that it will kill any open Adobe applications as well). Only after that, my laptop stopped downloading things. Is there any other way to prevent these unexpected downloads? Is there a setting or a workaround to temporarily turn off the data usage? Ideally Adobe should respect the network setting by default, but while we wait for a fix, maybe there are o
This has been an forever issue and still nothing changed for years ever since language option moved to account settings. You've already setup user account sync what's so hard to include user language preference with the account data? Where's our subscribscription payment the company spent on exactly? Nobody would want to remember to check and set to the right language first EVERY TIME they setup creative cloud on a new machine. And people always only find out after new installation done and had to remove and change language preference and re-install apps again. Is there any actual Product Manager here on the forum or all your service here just letting users cover eachother?
Evey year, when it is time to renew our Adobe Service for our School, I have to jump through hoops contacting support to find out who our new "Accoutn Manager" is, because it always changes. And apparantly, the only way to get a renewal quote or invoice for the upcoming renewal is for the Account Manager to initiate that themselves. I would be WAAAAAY easier if we could do this through the Admin Console, or at the very least if there was a spot that lived in teh Admin Console that would always show us our current Accoutn Manager name and email address, so we know who to reach out to so we can request the renewal quote/invoice. Please make this happen! It would make everyones life so much easier!
Hello Adobe, Concerns Console -> Storage -> Individual users folders -> Inactive users Can the option to search for an user in the option Inactive users be added as is already possible in the option Active users? Thanks & with kind regards, Carl
Perhaps a nice addition would be the posibillity to fully customize the interface. (Like virtually all the other apps). So tired of this useless but unremovable clutter that treats you like an absolute beginner. Discover this, Get Started that... NO. I've been using Adobe software for over 25 years now, I think I kinda know where to go... Perhaps a "Beginner" and an "Advanced" mode would be helpfull.
Can you please have a feature like Lora Training where we input a series of established images to get a custom puppet maker puppet creation style where we can customize the details of a character illustrated in in the previously provided style?
Every 5 seconds, I get a new popup from Adobe. A blue bubble that disrupts my workflow. A tutorial that comes up every time I open up a program that I didn't ask for. Every time I open up Adobe Creative Cloud, I'm met with more popups and notifications about things that are irrelevant.I wish companies weren't so out-of-touch that they understood that popups are useless distractions that never provide helpful information. I can't stand how many popups I've received, then I'm met with a virtual chat assistant, then disabling the popup process is just as tedious. It's 2024. Stop making popups.
it was very good to renew and remove license to users when adobe suite users showing their last login time stamps in Admin console if user is not used Adobe suite so we can remove the license to users and provide the license to users whom need
Hi, Problem : Admins are unable to view content created within Creative Cloud for Active users Scenario 1 : As an education establishment our users may want a data dump before they leave of the work they created and own. Once their license has been deactivated, they can do a transfer (assuming they are continuing the license to a personal account). Admins (once the account has been deactivated) are able to grant access/create a compressed file of the content within. OR they can access creative cloud and download the files manually - this is cumbersome as it doesnt download folders, nor does it inform you why a file failed to download (or what file it was), which then means manually checking the new folder structure matches the CC structure. Scenario 2 : An organisation is responsible for the content its users creates, should an investigation in to some content need to occur, there is no way for an organisation to investigate beyond "who/when" - if a user has a
I have two separate Adobe accounts. In its creation, I used both of these for independent reasons. Now, I do not need the separation, and there is no way to merge these data sources into one account so I can deactivate one of them. Unfortunately, I have essential documents in both accounts. I was informed by tech support that the only way to do this is to download all the data of one and move them manually to the other. As someone who had multiple concurrent plans for years now this seems ridiculous! Especially for a company that is so crucial to business and financial institutions. With cloud storage being the recommended industry option, this seems like a massive oversight. Even if merging is impossible, a switch account feature would vastly improve the absolute pain of manually logging in and out routine when locating a specific document. This can be accomplished in several ways (program development/web development), and it should be addressed sooner rather than later since this org
Adobe Creative Cloud products should be usable in virtual desktop environments such as VMWare and Citrix. this has been the direction the IT industry has been moving in for some extended period of time now due to the lower overhead of centrally managed installations. Recent experience with Adobe Support is that they decline to provide assistance as "Adobe products are not supported in virtual environments".This is definately a competative disadvantage.
Please stop with the weekly "Creative Cloud Update". There is nothing new. You just want us look at advertisement. PLEASE STOP!!!!!
See subject - I ran into this issue when I decided to organize my creative cloud files online at assets.adobe.com but this also applies to the desktop app.Right now, you are only able to download files one at a time (unless they are in Lightroom Photos, in which case there is a downloader you can use to get this function). Furthermore, you are not able to download folders. It doesn't make sense - sure, you can make a folder, but you can't download it...?It's a double-edged sword of irritation, because (1), you can't download a single folder and get all your assets at once that way; and (2), you still can't select all the files for downloading once you're in the folder either.I'm sure many others would agree that fixing this would be a great QOL update!
When we use MCM (Microsoft Configuration Manager) App Model and we track the registry key example is for Photoshop. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PHSP_25_9_1When we upgrade to the next version MCM thinks it is no longer there because it changed to PHSP_25_9_2.It would be better to just used the SAP plus major version code without the minor version example: Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\WOW6432Node\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall\PHSP_25That way it will know the product is installed and if we need to check the version we can pull that form the version key in that same location. With out the change MCM will think the product is missing and reinstall thus dowongrading the updated version. We support over 1200 CC users; it is easier to use MCM to deploy software. And by using the App Model if a user’s computer is updated or reimaged it will automatically put the product back if missing.
Could you please consider changing the version format for Adobe products to be in line with the product years going forward like: year.minorversion.patch#. Considering you've skipped #'s to bring them more inline with the last two digits of the year for some products but not others. This would make it much easier to figure out what the base version is for an adobe application is for scripting uninstalls of old version from endpoints. It's much easier to know that i have to uninstall InDesign 2024 from endpoints in a few years because of a vulnerability i can just script IDSN#2024.0 instead of IDSN#18.0. Whereas premeire pro's base version is already somewhat inline and Premiere Pro 2024 = PPRO#24.0. Doing the years would give you a chance to bring everything into this format since the base version of illustrator and photoshop can't skip version numbers because they are already ahead (for example photoshop 2024 = PHSP#25.0) Other examples:Adobe Photoshop 2023 vers
Hello, Adobe Creative Cloud is terribly intrusive, we would simply like to have Acrobat and Photoshop with this. Having said that the ABSOLUTLEY WORST THING is the UWP app installation in the Start Menu called "Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud", why: (1) the title is rediculously long should be two words max!(2) clicking it just opens Creative Cloud and there is a shorcut anyhow!(3) if it is uninstalled then Creative Cloud just adds it back ALL OUR USERS want the option to not see this in the start menu. This can be done by either:(1) providing a user preference to not install the "Notification Manager for Adobe Creative Cloud" app.(2) installing the app but within the manifest for this app go to the VisualElements element and add the attribute AppListEntry="none" PLEASE SORT THIS NONSENSE OUT ASAP IT IS SO BAD WE ARE CONSIDERING DITCHING ADOBE CREATIVE CLOUD PRODUCTS ALL TOGETHER!
I want the same slide show-making tools as Aperture 3. I could sync slides with Stills or VIDEO to music, type in to set a slide duration, set custom timing by playing the slide show media gallery, which then records when the user hits the spacebar to go to the next slide or a combo of all three. Finishing up a slide show by adding custom Ken Burns effects, transitions, and export options for video, Keynote, etc... Please help Light Room is horrible with video and doesn't really do Slide Shows I am currently looking at options to use Old MAC with Aperture just for these features but would prefer adobe to hear me after years and years giving this same feedback/feature requests for lightroom.) Older versions of the Creative Cloud desktop app made it easier to see apps that needed updating. Now it seems I have to click on "Apps", then "Manage Updates" in the right sidebar. I swear it used to be a single click in a prominent, obvious place. (Sidenote: In general, I feel lost finding basic maintenance functions amid the mess of marketing noise in the desktop app. What happened to just letting me DO MY WORK?)
Hi, Adobe Creative Cloud Team, I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to suggest an improvement that could significantly enhance the user experience within the Adobe Stock library. Users must have a license to "heart" or favorite assets they like. This limitation has led to several frustrating experiences where I could not find an asset I previously admired. As a result, I have often ended up either settling for a less suitable asset, changing my design plans, or spending an enormous amount of time and effort trying to relocate the elusive asset. Being able to favorite any assets, regardless of whether I have a license, would streamline my workflow and reduce the time wasted in searching for assets I should already have saved. The inconsistency of being able to favorite some assets and not others can hinder a user's creative energy and forward progress, leading to frustration and disorganization. My suggestion is to allow users to favorite any assets they
Adobe products currently have NO support to manage configuration from a central location such as an MDM Server. These features have been made available by Apple for more than a decade. As an example, Currently, in order to disable Cloud sync, we need to use the Admin Console to generate a PKG installer that contains an XML file that is installed into a specific location on Disk.We have also created appropriate scripts to check the content of the XML file and update it if it is not configured correctly. This mechanism is prone to being modified by a sufficiently savvy end-user, potentially overriding organisational security and control requirements and leaking sensitive data out of the organisation. This would put is in non-compliance with regulatory requirements. Supporting Managed Preferences would enable Enterprise MacOS Admins to define settings for:AI Features,Cloud Sync,Auto-Update behaviourand more using a Configuration Profile that is deployed by their MDM Server - in ou
I use Acrobat Reader (instead of Acrobat and Acrobat Pro) for some specific purposes as it behaves differently and does not interfere with PDF files. It would be beneficial if we could have Acrobat Reader in Creative Cloud.
