Would be great to be able to use a sequence with multicam clips in the source monitor. Meaning, if I have multicam clips in a sequence I could then load that sequence into the source monitor and see the different camera angles just like a multicam clip. This would allow me to build stringouts of takes using multiple camera angles and edit from the source monitor selecting desired camera angle to edit into another sequence. Thank you. 

By default, Premiere creates a nest with the same resolution as the sequence it was created in. The problem with this is that if you are working with video/images that are higher resolution than the source sequence, and you nest them in the sequence, scaling the nest does not preserve the source media's resolution. For example, nesting a 4k clip in a 1080p timeline effectively converts it to 1080p, resulting in a drop in video quality when you increase the nest's scale.The typical workaround is to scale/reposition the clips within the nest (instead of the nest itself), change the nest sequence settings after you create it, or skip the nest feature and create a new sequence with your desired resolution, adding what you want nested to it, and then bringing that sequence into your main sequence. These workarounds involve way too many steps for something that should be simple. After all, a nest is just a regular sequence and has all the same settings as any other sequence.I propose adding

Please make the "interpret footage" feature pass down from hi-res native footage to attached proxies. For example, if native camera footage is interpreted from 60fps down to 23.976fps, then the 60fps Premiere-generated proxies should be interpreted that way as well.

I'm starting to use the improved color management tools, but I've found that making the color setup a sequence based rather than a project (or production based) option is frustrating. First of all, who (or why) would anyone want to have a project where they mix color setup workflows? I can't think of a reason why this would be needed. Perhaps there might be a small number of situations where mixing color setups in the same project is appropriate, overall, I think most people only need to work in one color setup workflow (the various rec 709 options or the various wide gamut options). As I'm editing a project and I've changed my color management workflow midway through editing, I'm having to reset the color setup of about 80'ish story sequences (all of my multicam clips, then all of my edited story sequences, and then my compiles of edited sequences…🙄) and convert them all from standard rec 709 to Wide Gamut (Tone Mapped); to get them all into the same wide gamut tone

Hi,In Premiere Pro, there is currently no native way to automatically select all vertically time-aligned clips in the timeline (audio and video) when they are not linked, which is a very common case when working with external audio recordings (wireless mics, boom, etc.).Typical scenario: A video clip linked to its camera audio Multiple external audio tracks perfectly synchronized but not linked Selecting the video clip does not select the aligned external audio clips Linking globally is not usable, as it results in selecting large portions of the timeline What is missing is a vertical selection tool or option, based on: time alignment the duration of the selected clip with optional track filtering or local linking after selection This feature would be extremely helpful for documentary workflows, multi-track interviews, and intuitive rough-cut editing. I would like to see a native AI-powered multicam editing feature in Premiere Pro that automatically switches between camera angles based on who is speaking. Currently, I rely on third-party plugins such as AutoPod to achieve this, but having this functionality built directly into Premiere Pro would create a more efficient, stable, and integrated workflow — similar to how the Stabilize effect works today.With video podcasts becoming a rapidly growing and mainstream content format, this type of automated multicam editing is increasingly relevant. A built-in solution would significantly improve editing speed and accessibility for creators and professional editors working with multi-camera interview and podcast formats.

Would love to have a keyboard shortcut to bookmark a spot on the timeline, and then be able to go back to that spot later.  Thinking something like the "last channel" button on a TV remote control.  Basically, a temp marker that can be turned on/off easilySometimes, I am working on a section of the timeline and then move somwhere else on the timeline to look for a clip.  It would be nice to be able to go right back to where I was originally.  Instead of having to remember and type in the time code, or searching the timeline again. For example, if i am at 01:24:12;12 on the timeline, it would be nice to be able to click "CMD+2" to set a bookmark for that spot, and then if I scroll ahead to 03:18:08;09 and want to go back, i would be able to click "CMD+3" to go back to the orignal bookmark at 01:24:12;12.  And then "CMD+2" again to turn off the mark.  

A simple audio mute button on the source monitor. It's REALLY time consuming to have to turn the volume down every time I want to scan source footage with audio. If you forget, it blares noise at you and you clients. Ever shoot in a factory or loud crowd or sporting event?

Ability to save audio track effect presets.

Does Adobe offer any library to view what each Adobe Premiere Pro transition will look like?

a lot of the times ill need to unlink footage to make adjustments on the audio and then need to relink again, however iif there's already cuts and i need to make adjustments then i wont be able to relink again. i would LOVE a feature where you can toggle a button that makes it so when you click on a certain clip in the timeline it selects everything thats above and below that clip aswell (aka the footage's audio files or other povs/camera angles on top) technicially we do already have a feature like this such as select clip at playhead, however that means that you need to have your playhead at the clip. i want to be able to just click and delete since normally im cutting large amounts of footage. i feel like this feature would be great especiially for multi pov as having to drag your mouse across multiple povs is extremelyy timie consuming and constantly stopping and starting with "select clip at playhead" is also time consuming

Currently, when I create keyframes on an audio track in Adobe Premiere and later make timeline edits (such as trimming or rearranging clips), the keyframes remain fixed at their original positions. This often causes misalignment between audio adjustments and the edited sequence, requiring tedious manual corrections.A valuable enhancement would be to introduce an option similar to “Markers → Ripple Sequence Markers”, allowing users to choose whether audio track keyframes should maintain their relative timing and move with the edits (ripple) or stay locked to their original positions. This flexibility would greatly improve workflow efficiency when making structural changes after detailed audio adjustments. Example Use Case:When recording a voice-over and mixing “live” using submixes, it becomes extremely cumbersome to make changes later—such as closing a gap before an interview soundbite (O-Ton). Whenever I need to increase the speed of an audio clip while maintaining pitch, I resort to taking it out of Premiere and into Audition because Premiere's "Maintain Audio Pitch" sounds terrible. I don't love that workflow, because it replaces the original clip destructively, so if I need to go back and adjust the length in the future, I have to hunt down the original clip and do the whole process over again. I figured out a workaround to non-destructively alter the clip within premiere by using the pitch shifter effect combined with the speed effect (see video). The fact that I can easily do this with Premiere's own tools begs the question "Why isn't this simply how the maintain audio pitch option sounds?" I'd love to see this feature fixed in Premiere. 

Can we please get support for Nikon's NRAW codec? Resolve and Edius already have it cooked up and ready to go. This reactive rather proactive approach to codec integration is really disappointing. First it was Prores RAW (still ongoing issues) and now NRAW. How about Adobe show Nikon shooters a bit of love here?

I would like to ask that "Essential Graphics" be returned to the workspace in Premiere Pro 2025. It was in Pro 2024 and on the right side of the Main View with Effects, Lumetri and other tabs. According to Kriti and what I found it, it was removed from the right side panel. With Kriti's help we were able to find what I've been using by adding Properties to the right side of the page. I use the centering of Text to the Program monitor (align and transform) and it disappeared from its normal position with the change of Pro 2024 to Pro 2025. I feel this is an important feature to have readily available as it was also easy to use - being able to center Text to the frame both vertically and horizontally and align the text to fit to the frame.

Thank you implementing transcripts in Premiere Pro. It's a very useful feature. Currently, you choose your default language before transcript is executed, then PP transcribes the entire clip. What is your clip has multiple languages spoken within the audio? It would be great to PP auto detect different languages, or at the very least be able to select some text and change the default language for that particular text. Right now I am cutting different sections of my clip in different sequences and transcribing them in the approriate language. It creates a transcript that has timecode that is inconsistent. It would be great if it was possible to toggle the language within a clip / transcript to preserve the time code continuity. Thank you.

I have been using the shortcut "Ripple trim next edit to playhead", but I am looking for a shortcut that will only trim the current track that I have selected. Is that possible in Premiere?Thanks in advance

Allow us to select two or clips or any kind, and copy/cut then paste to a target track, but if they were on separate tracks previously, it forces them all to appear on the target track. See illustration of how this would work in the screenshot. This would be HUGE for organizing timelines and prepping for mix etc.

I am cutting 2 feature films on Adobe Premiere.  I have many video tracks and even more audio tracks.  I organize the audio tracks into groups like A1-A11 for DIALOGUE, A12-A13 for ADR, A14-A22 for SFX,  and finally a bunchy of tracks for MUSIC.  Similarly on the video side, i have various tracks for multicams, overlays, text files, temp graphics, subtitles etc.  This is important to keep myself and my AE organized, but also to have things clean when we have picture lock and the films go on to sound mix. With so many tracks in my timeline it can get a little confusing trying to orient yourself and make sure that things are placed on the correct track.  I would LOVE to be able to do one of the following: 1) Select a color for a video or audio track that will color the background of that track all the way down the timeline, or 2) set a color for a video or audio track and any clip placed on that track will automatically turn the selected color.  This wa

It would help if there was a warning prompt alerting the user that an effect can't be pasted to the Source tab (not the Source Monitor) from the master clip tab, in the Effect Controls panel, because of whatever is preventing it from being pasted. In this case it was a mask on the Mosaic video effect. Once the mask was removed, effect pasting was avialable again into the Source tab. This was all on an adjustment layer, by the way. But I'm sure it applies to other video/still clips as well. 

Have the option for the adjustment layer to affect only the layer immediately below it (as can be used in Photoshop) and not all layers below it.

I love the submix audio tracks, espcially when I need to mix music stems. However, it 's frustrating that if I make an edit in my sequence that changes time or length, the submix track doesn't move with everything else. I have to either select all the keyframes and move them, which is never perfect, or remix each and every time. It's such a waste of time. PLEASE fix this.
