I think it's a really necessary feature.
I don't understand why when selecting multiple effects you can't turn them all off at once? It can be done in AE, why doesn't it work here?I mean when multiple effects are selected the on/off only works for one effect, not the selected ones. Why not add this feature?

As a student that uses Adobe premiere pro. I have lots on my projects like creating videos for assignments or at home hobby like youtube. I feel like it would be easier and simpler for navigating throughout parts of the videos if we could add notes like a little title where we can place the word intro or outro instead of searching for it or placing it above a higher level then others for example audio one to audio 2
Dear Adobe Premiere Pro Team,I am writing as a long-term professional editor who uses Premiere Pro daily. There is a serious and fundamental flaw in Premiere Pro’s editing logic that has been ignored for years:Ripple Trim to Playhead (Shift+Q / Shift+W) completely ignores the selected clip.Instead, it always affects all targeted tracks, forcing editors to:Manually toggle track targetingTurn sync lock on/offBreak editing flow repeatedlyThere is currently no way to ripple trim only the selected clip, while keeping other tracks untouched — even though this is the most logical and expected behavior in modern editing. This is not a shortcut issue. This is not user error. This is a design limitation. Why this matters:Editing today is selection-based, not track-basedA selected clip should define the scope of an operationPremiere Pro still behaves like this is 2010Professionals are forced to use macros or AutoHotkey just to simulate basic behaviorMeanwhile:Core workflo
I just wanted to voice my frustration with Adobe making Premiere more and more like DaVinci; first it was widenning the clips then adding borders to them and adding fx buttons etc simply taking up so much real estate, making it a chore to work with shorter clips. (I know where the fx panel is thanks)And now the way ripple trimming works got this treatment making it a visual nightmare. I updated my Premiere Pro and started a project, I attempted to ripple trim a clip and it got ate up in real time like my patience with this company. Tbh I don't know, maybe Adobe making it easier to swtich to DaVinci is a blessing in disguise, but as it stands I hate the fact that I cannot see how much trimming I'm doing clearly and there's no indiciation as such whether my trim is snapping to the playhead or not -there is a marker however that's only showing at the very top of the payhead not on the clip. This sucks.Adobe has been neglecting a lot of things and putting its focus on cosmetics that hardly
Everybody has face smoothing but nobody has NECK smoothing which is badly needed for people over 40. The first app to have this will be hugely successful. It's not even that hard to program- use face recognition but NOT smooth the face, only the area UNDER the face. Its shouldn't be that hard to create such a feature.
Hi Adobe Team,I’d like to suggest an improvement to Premiere Pro’s Color Picker (the window where you choose a color and can type a HEX value). Please add a built-in “Saved Colors” / “Swatches” area directly inside this Color Picker, so we can quickly reuse our brand/client colors. What I’m asking for is a persistent list/row/grid of saved colors inside the Color Picker dialog (for example at the bottom). Then I can click a saved swatch to apply it instantly, instead of copy/pasting hex codes. This should work everywhere the Color Picker is used, not only for text. For example: Essential Graphics text fill/stroke, shape fills, strokes/outlines, shadows, color mattes, background colors, and any other place in Premiere that opens the same color selection window. Why this is needed: many editors work with several clients and strict brand colors. Right now we have to keep hex codes in Notepad, copy/paste constantly, or make workaround “palette sequences” and use the eyedropper. A swatches lis
why adobe use too much parameteres for time remapping . other software has accepted that time remapping is necessary and they given basic time remapping why always premiere behind that applications . whenever you have to do time remapping you have to marking at 2 sides drag it make it smoother ease in - out . every timeeee.. i mean dont this a big problem please adobe update it and make it easy please . thank you . i am usind adobe premiere 25.6.3windows 11
It is a lot easier to use other software to add or put effects in text or edit text in other Video Editing Software, Where as in priemere here we ahve to continously do back and forth in adobe after effects to add certain effects in text while editing a video in adobe priemere pro, its an essentail to put all the things together at one place for seamless and easy workflow. Please consider this and with your next Update please do add these text Pluggins as much as possible.
Expand the object slection tool to allow areas left/right/above/below to also be selected - Can use a lasso tool to implement this. This will be easier for setting up transitions between shots as you can see in the screenshot below: Currently you can only select just the object. Setting this up will allow us to expand the space around the object and allow more creative transitions to be created.
Hey Adobe Team,Recently I was having issues with Warp-Stabilizer workflow, resulting in a support session that did not quite go as planned. The session raised a problem when using Warp Stabilizer:1. Warp Stabilizer applied to multiple clips at once causes issues (more then 5 or 10 at a time fails to auto-analyze clips one-by-one)2. There is no indicator (at least on my end) from Premiere that tells me there are analyzes in the background for Warp-stabilizer applied clips.3. Third-Party plugins also cause crashes and issues with this effect (as mentioned by the agent)4. Copy and Pasting a Warp-Stabilizer effect after changing its setting to the desired output, does not activate auto-analyze for the pasted-effect clip. As someone who works alot with camera movements, slow-motions and car commercials - this workflow can really slow up the process. Not to mention Warp-Stabilizer still gets errors when I try to apply to 5-10 clips (durations of each clip is like 2 seconds tops
Hi, I’ve been using Premiere Pro (Beta) for professional editing, and overall the performance and new updates are appreciated. However, as an editor who primarily works on Final Cut Pro X, I’m facing a major workflow limitation in Premiere related to the skimmer functionality. The absence of an Aero Skimmer–like feature slows down navigation on the timeline and disrupts the natural editing flow. In FCPX, the Aero Skimmer allows instant preview and fast scrubbing without extra clicks, which significantly improves speed and efficiency.I strongly request the Premiere Pro team to consider adding an Aero Skimmer–style skimming feature in future updates. This would greatly enhance timeline navigation and overall editing experience, especially for editors handling fast-paced or cinematic projects.Looking forward to seeing more workflow-focused improvements in upcoming releases.
After viewing the section of "Getting started by importing and previewing..." the text says "click Next when you're ready to begin.." but "Next" is not active (clickable).
Simple but essential request here. A bin metadata column that actually shows the color space of a clip or sequence. If the clip is improperly read as Rec 709 when its HLG for example then that can be fixed in Modify Clip>Overide color space>select proper color space. This change will be reflected in the color space metadata column. I'm working with clips of several different color spaces .709, Apple Prores Log, HLG, etc and it would be great to see that in a bin especially if I shot multiple color spaces with the same camera on same day. TY!
I would like to see the wireframe the entire time when the effect is selected, not just when adjusting the controls. And be able to move the effect (the center) within the Program Monitor. e.g. Film Impact vignette, Focus Blur etc.
As a professional editor using the Premiere Pro Beta, I strongly urge the development team to implement a native 'Timeline Skimming' feature, similar to Final Cut Pro.Currently, having to manually click and drag the playhead significantly slows down the rough-cut process. We need an option where the playhead (and program monitor) instantly follows the mouse cursor position across the timeline without requiring a mouse click. This is a major productivity gap between Premiere and its competitors. Please prioritize this in the upcoming Beta builds to improve workflow efficiency for long-form editors. We need this fixed as soon as possible!
It would be a game changer if the color picker allowed you to save custom color presets, so you could quickly select brand-consistent colors without having to re-enter HEX codes every time.
SituationAt the moment when you search for a label color (e.g. for selecting all clips with a certain color) you have to write the name of the label color which is a bit cumbersome. Feature RequestIt would be far more easy to have a dropdown with all the labels when searching for label, instead of having a textbox where you have to type out the label's name.
As someone who needs to make bilingual videos, it would be great if they spell check language locked to the language of the transcript. Too often, I find myself switching back and forth between languages as I move from one video to another. In other words, when I switch from a French video to an English one, I need to change the spell checker language, even though the video was already transcribed in English. After I change the language to English, I will need to change it back to French when I return to the French video project.
Dear Adobe Premiere Pro Team,I am writing to strongly request the addition of Thai language support for the Speech-to-Text (Transcription) and Text-Based Editing features in Premiere Pro. As a professional video editor and content creator based in Thailand, the lack of Thai language support significantly hinders my workflow. Currently, many creators in my region are forced to rely on third-party tools or competitor software that offer better support for our local language, simply to generate captions or transcribe footage efficiently. I would like to ask:Is Thai language support currently on your development roadmap for 2025?If not, can we expect it to be prioritized soon? The creator economy in Thailand is growing rapidly, and native support for transcription would be a game-changer for thousands of loyal Adobe users here. We want to stay in the Adobe ecosystem, but this missing feature makes it increasingly difficult. Thank you for your time. I look forward to you
Close Gap only works on entire sequence vertical gaps.Whatever you try with locking or unsync, forget it.Any shot above a gap will hinder the function.I need Close Gap on TRACK, regardless of what other tracks look like. Please feedback on creating this feature, as users aren't happy about the way Adobe communicates.
Can't do bounce and overshoot animations on the blur zoom transition.I use the new transitions in premiere beta a lot. I love using transitions like push to do bounce and overshoot animations for text entering and exiting the screen. Unfortunately, the zoom blur transition doesn't have the same controls, could you add those please?
I'd like make a feature request and to draw everyone's attention to the problem no one seems to pay attention to in regards of the synchronization mechanizm in Premiere Pro. I mean this function:The good and almighty Sync function that is here to save our time and sync "in seconds like a pro" like bloggers like to say, under the skin is the worst sync feature out there. Let me explain with this fantastic example. What will happen if you place on the timeline a ready-made video with all your cuts and transitions, background music and SFX, but with one part in the video where there's a clear and sound voiceover, and try to sync it with the same voiceover or a video from the originsl clip? This is what will happen:Dispite the fact that both the parts are identical in sound and you can see it by the waveform (a slight compression should not be an issue), and I even moved the parts closer to each other, they refuse to sync. Why?Because Premiere Pro ignores the IN and OUT points of your clips.
