How do I sign up for a FREE ACCOUNT that allows me to open PDF's received in my email. I have brain damage so I am limited. I don't use Adobe for fancy, multiple purposes -- just opening photos and such received in my email. I used to be able to easily use Adobe but the world has become too complex for me. Please help. Over the last few days, everytime I and a few other Adobe Acrobat users just open the app, it hangs and we need to wait for it to respond. Sometimes it works, but it is unpredictable. This was not an issue last week. I have updated to the newest version via updates yet it still happens. I paused virus scanning w/o any improvement.  I also tried to disable enhanded security and protected mode, but that does not seem to help either. Do you have any suggestions, this is quite annoying. 

Acrobat Pro 2024 Classic (24.001.30429, native ARM64) crashes every time I copy text from a document, both via cmd+C and via the context menu. I’m using Adobe Acrobat (64-bit), version 26.002.22031, on Windows. Acrobat reports no updates available.Until recently, Acrobat automatically detected initials and signature locations in my contracts when requesting e-signatures. I’ve used the same forms and workflow for years.My workflow is: Create and save the PDF contract. Select Request e-signatures. Enter the recipient’s name and email. Continue to Prepare document. Acrobat appears to run field detection, but no suggested fields remain available afterward. I have to manually place the initials and signature fields.Before requesting signatures, the Fill & Sign screen highlights the blank locations. After entering the recipient, Acrobat correctly opens Step 2: Prepare document with the recipient selected, but the locations are no longer highlighted. There is no visible Auto-place or Place all option.The identical saved PDF detects fields correctly in Acrobat online. The problem occurs in the desktop application.Troublesho

I am getting an error when I try to delete a page in a document:  There was a problem reading this document (15).  Is there a way to actually delete the document without having to re-do the whole thing all over again?

After updating to Acrobat 26.001.21771 (Windows 11 Pro, x64), Acrobat crashes immediately when opening certain PDFs: the window opens, shows a blank page, then closes. Windows Event Log shows an APPCRASH in Acrobat.dll 26.1.21771.0, exception 0xc0000005 / 0xc000041d, fault offset 0x33a57ff (deterministic, same offset every time). Previous Acrobat versions opened the same files fine, and Chrome still renders them correctly.By bisecting the PDF I isolated the trigger: a hidden Text (sticky note) annotation (/Subtype /Text, /F 2, /T "ISDOC", UTF-16 /Contents) inserted by the Czech invoicing service iDoklad (PDF producer: PDFsharp 1.51.5185 into every invoice it generates. Removing this single annotation fixes the file; a blank page containing only this annotation reproduces the crash (sample attached - no appearance stream, no attachments, no fonts, no images needed).This affects every invoice issued by iDoklad (a widely used Czech invoicing service), so the impact is broad.Steps to repro

Adobe Acrobat Pro – QES mit deutschem eHBA (medisign) möglich?Hallo zusammen,ich möchte medizinische Gutachten direkt in Adobe Acrobat Pro unter Windows 11 mit meinem elektronischen Heilberufsausweis (eHBA von medisign) qualifiziert elektronisch signieren (QES gemäß eIDAS).Der eHBA verfügt über ein qualifiziertes Signaturzertifikat und eine Signatur-PIN.Meine Fragen: Kann Acrobat Pro den eHBA über PKCS#11 oder CSP/KSP direkt einbinden? Welche Kartenlesegeräte, Treiber oder Middleware werden benötigt? Ist eine QES direkt über „Digital signieren“ möglich, idealerweise im PAdES-Format? I have created a form using Adobe Acrobat.  The source was Microsoft Word and I made sure it passed all of Microsoft’s accessibility requirements and checks before Saved As PDF.  I manually created each field.  I added field names and tool tips AND tagged every field.  I ran Adobe’s prepare for accessibility checker and it came back perfect.  No accessibility errors.  BUT when I used NVDA to read the PDF the following happens:When displayed in Adobe Acrobat: Doesn’t announce any of the fields and has trouble reading the rest of the content. When displayed in Chrome: returns “Document inaccessible” When displayed in Edge: Doesn’t read any of the fields.I am attaching the Help about for Adobe Acrobat, and NVDA.  I am also attaching the PDF form.  Please tell me why this isn’t working! I can’t teach staff to create accessible forms if the tool we use doesn’t create accessible forms even when the end user is following all of the manufacturer’s rules! 

I have an old pc using Windows 7 (64-bit). The hardware wont work with Windows 11 so I cannot upgrade that. Is there a version of Actobat Reader available that will work with my OS? I found a version for Win 7 (32-bit) and I started to install that, but after downloading and starting the Install part, suddenly it stopped and gave me a “Failed” message.Could it be that the 32-bit version should work with Win 7 (64-bit) but there is some software missing from my pc that I need to install first?Whatever the problem is, I would like to use Acrobat Reader if possible.Thankyou for any help

How long does it take? Now I cannot submit any content(s) to the Adobe as usually do; the "Save 1 file" tab is still disabled (turned grey) for a few days which blocked the UPLOAD process. Please reply, thank you so much.

Since updating Acrobat to 26.002.21996 (installed October 6, 2026), two plain-text files named agmcalls.log and agmmemorystats.log are being created in folders that contain PDFs. If you delete them, they come back the next time the user opens or previews PDFs in that folder.Environment:- Windows 11 25H2- Adobe Acrobat 26.002.21996 (AGM.dll file version 8.0.5.1)- Acrobat Reader 26.002.21901 is also installed on the same machine; it was not updated- The PDF preview handler is Adobe's pdfprevhndlr.dll- The folder is on a mapped network drive; I have not yet confirmed whether local folders are affected tooWhat the files contain:- agmcalls.log starts with "AGM Call Counts" and lists call tallies grouped by component (RasterPort, ColorSpace, PaintServer, Function, Image, etc.), followed by CTTAG: lines (CoolType counters)- agmmemorystats.log starts with "*** AGM shutting down ***" and contains a memory allocation table per object type (AVGlobals, PMGlobals, RasterPort, PathPoints, etc.)- No

I have Acrobat Pro (the latest) through my employment. We had an outside company scan 600 files for us and many have pages that were scanned as one document instead of separated out. Those that should have been separated can vary in pages, therefore the split tool in my program is useless for such a large project as you can only select one specific number of pages to split out for the whole document. On the online Adobe Acrobat site, I can see that it looks like the Acrobat PDF Splitter is there, which I have used in the past and is perfect for the project, but when I try to use it, it asks me to upgrade to Acrobat Pro. I know there are other ways to do this, using the extract tool or other ways, but this is a very large project and those ways are too time consuming for what I have. Any suggestions?

We seem to recall that similar situations were previously presented as "Okänd" (Unknown).Could you please clarify whether this change was intentional?Our concern is that the word "Felaktig" may be interpreted by users as meaning that the electronic signature itself is invalid, corrupted, or otherwise defective. However, in the cases we have observed, the underlying issue appears to be that Adobe Reader is unable to verify the trust chain because the issuing certificate is unknown or unavailable.We are therefore wondering whether "Felaktig" is really the intended translation for this validation status, or whether a term such as "Okänd", "Kunde in

In Acrobat Pro (old version) I can prepare PDF file with separation by:PRINT → Advance Print Setup → Color: Separations → ok → print I receive PDF file with each color separation on separate page. After change to new version of the program, when I prepare PDF that way I receive 1 page instead of each separation on each page individually. (eg. CMYK + P485+P122 → 6 pages PDF) 

I have an end user who is using Acrobat Pro and they have tabs when they open up multiple PDF files along the top of the application.They have multiple screens so they will sometimes drag one tab over into a second screen to get two windows of Adobe running so they can look at both PDFs at the same time. Easy and simple so far. The issue is that they cannot drag an open PDF in a Tab back into another instance of the application. They are expecting the behavior similar to something like Google Chrome where you can have multiple windows open and then drag tabs over to recombine your windows. Is there some setting somewhere that I am missing or some feature that I need to make sure is turned on? They state that they have Adobe at home and they are getting the expected behavior, but on the work PC they are not. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Why is there no option to delete a web form on Adobe Acrobat Sign?  I’d love an explanation why Adobe would not add this feature.  I don’t want to disable & hide it. I want the forms I wont be using GONE.

When I try to delete certain pages, Acrobat DC won't let me, and I get this error notice: "One or more pages are in use and could not be deleted." I have tried the following:1.    Setting the setting "View documents in PDF/A mode: to "never" (from default "only for PDF/A documents")2.    Repairing installationNeither of those worked. Having issues connecting to SharePoint through Adobe, I've tried this on multiple devices with different Microsoft Tenant's and running into the same issue. This issue is that when I have a connected SharePoint site through "Other File Storage" -> "Add file storage" -> "SharePoint Site". After which I have a PDF open, and I attempt to save the PDF through this connection. When I do this, a window pops up called "Document Properties", and can't click anything, as if I do, the whole of adobe stops responding and crashes with nothing being saved. This is happening on multiple devices with multiple different SharePoint tenants
