Fresco

Hello, I'm a new Fresco user who is enjoying learning the new application. The Fresco hands-on tutorial (iOS version) called "Intro to Brushes" features a sample project that really caught my eye. See the screenshot below -- I think it's called "Morning Paper." I'm specifically interested in knowing the names of the brushes used to create the figure reading the newspaper in the chair. How do I find that out? Can someone put me in touch with the designer? Or does Fresco have a feature that allows me to see the specific brushes used for individual layers and objects?  Thank you! Matt

I was working on a drawing this morning- a birthday gift for a friend, as it were- and the app suddenly froze for a minute and cleared my drawing entirely. The layers themselves were still there, and I could draw on the cleared layers, but every previous brush stroke had been effectively erased and undoing didn't do a thing.I thought it might be a glitch and tried to reopen the file; all the image layers were visible, but all the drawing ones- including hidden layers- were empty. The file is also not showing up in my cloud documents. The app didn't crash; it happened completely out of the blue. Seeing as art commissions are currently my main source of income, this is pretty worrying to me. I'd appreciate any feedback on whether there is hope for recovering the drawing in question, and an explanation for how/why this happened; I love Fresco but I really would have rather not had to worry about my art suddenly disappearing for no reason.Thank you!

Hello, Since I downloaded the Creative Cloud adobe pack, I've been having some graphic problems while I'm working in every program, not only on fresco. I work on a Sufacebook pro 2. And I don't really understand why this is happening to me, and I need help because I'm getting desperate because it blocks my creativity. I've tried to delete and redownload all the apps, restored de pc, restarted the programs but it continues happening.I added a screenshot of the problem in case anybody else has it Too... Thanks

Saving a PSD file to cloud and on opening in Fresco i get message "Frame animation is not supperted". There is no frame animation in the file. Any idea what element of PSD file is cusing this problem? 

Ive beem trying to erase a custom shape ive made but having to erase it by hand is tricky and doesnt give a smooth finish to my work, plus it takes hours to have it the way one wants it. In the photoshop in the desktop version  you just select the tool that automaticaly selects the shape on the layer and from there you can do what ever you want. Well i do wish in fresco you could have that. Can make life easier for a lot of people. I am currently working on a Streaming Overlay so i need some shapes to be entirely transparent through all the layers itll be quite difficult erasing all of those layers with the exact same shape i want it.Does anyone have ideas on how to do this if not... i hope it can be added to the app since it would be very handy.

Hi It is posted in Fresco docs to export as PDF to bring into AI, but there vectors are lost and the file just opens as single merged layer? What seems odd is Photoshop on the ipAd enables seamless import of fresco, preserves layers and offers, duplicate and flatten to edit direct which is fine. But then the workflow surely should be you will want to manipulate and add to artworks using AI and PS as PS does not like fresco enable vectors creation. Also will live brushes port into main products being AI and PS over time? If you can't retain vectors in AI that is a significant limitation for anyone wanting to use Fresco to sketcha nd then go into production environment with full tools. Hope I am wrong and missing something here...Thanks  

I do my own drawing account on Instagram and I get business asking for my drawings. When I drawing on my iPad Pro it saves VERY blurry. I export it as a jpg as a 8.5 by 11 and when I look at my photos or send it through insta, it's blurry and it won't let me zoom in and it gets even blurrier. Help! I don't want to lose business 

Currently using Sketch, etc. with Adobe's Slide & Ink devices.Cannot install Fresco on my iPad, because it is one of the incompatible ones.However if Adobe supported their own devices in Fresco, well then, no reason why Fresco would not become also available to more versions of iPads.

HELP!  I've put over 20 hours into a painting and the app crashed and deleted the layer with all of my crucial work on it.   The document was saved to the cloud many times before this crash and now there is a duplicate file with "conflict" at the end of the name.  Can I restore a previously saved version? I'm pretty upset about this. 

Hello everybody, How do we create Clipping mask on Adobe Fresco ? Thats an important thing in Photoshop but i don't find this on Fresco 😕😕 Thanks

I just bought a new iPad 7, and on the very first day got the iPad I installed Fresco. It seemed to work well but then later when I pressed the eyedropper tool, the app would just crash. It doesnt happen every time that I press the eyedropper tool, but it happened repetitively and I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, as well as turning my iPad off and back on. It doesnt work. 

I have installed the last update of adobe Fresco (1.7.0) and when opening it gives an error and does not open, I have a Microsoft surface Go, I am paying 10 $ for a program that does not work, with each new update the app was more and more slow but with this update it has stopped working, I don't mind paying for a good app but if it doesn't work, I want to know how to get my money back.thanks.,

Hello. My name is Camille, I'm a french illustrator and I was wondering why there's no way to create a "clipping mask" or to create a "draw within" mask like in Photoshop ? To me, it's plenty useful. I would like to know if it will be part of the next update or not ? If not, that's a shame but I will have to switch into Procreate app, because I can't do what I want without this option in Fresco... 😞 Thanks a lot for your response.*keeping fingers crossed*

Hello I am wondering why Fresco is unavailable on my Hp Spectre x360 model, when another model of the same device is included in the list of Freco compatable machines? I Understand it is limited to touch screen digitalized surfaces, but my laptop has this and the ability to draw on with stylus pressure. So I am confused as to why it is not compatable and I cannot install it? Will it ever be available to my model of hp spectre (dfxxx)?  Georgia

I'm using fresco on a Microsoft surface book. Last night I spent about 5-6 hours on an illustration. When I went to export it to a jpeg, my computer crashed. This morning I went to try again and now the document is back at the default of a new document. I'm not finding any other documents in my cloud or deleted works. Is there any way to recover it?

Hello, I have encountered the following issue: When I am using Fresco with a Cintiq instead of the Tablet PC with a Stylus on that same PC, I get always a cursor instead of a brush preview. Does anyone know how to fix this?

I can't delete brushes that I downloaded and imported to Fresco. When I go to the library in Creative Cloud, the brushes do not show up for me to be able to delete. Am I missing something? Is there a sync or refresh that I need to do?

My document I worked on got corrupted. Any ideas to fix this?? or do I have to switch to procreate?not happy at the moment... 

Hi all, I have been using Fresco on a Microsoft Surface Pro for a few months now without issue, but today the touch gestures started playing up. The pinch-to-zoom gesture seems to have completely stopped responding. All the other tools still work perfectly though, no lag etc. I tried updating Fresco to v1.5, updating Windows, checked drivers, downgraded Fresco back to v1.4 all to no avail. I use Lightroom and Photoshop too and pinch-to-zoom works fine there - it seems the issue only applies to Fresco. Would love to hear if anyone has some suggestions on how to solve this - can't wait to get back into drawing soon! Thanks very much!

Hello, Everyone.I am using an iPad, and attempting to import a 72 MB Photoshop file.The file shows as available, but will not progress beyond "waiting to download" - hours of the spinning wheel.Stats:ios 13.6Fresco build 1.7.1I have:Updated FrescoUpdated iPadShut down/restarted FrescoTurned ipad off /onrenamed fileNot sure what else to do, but my deadline is getting closer by the hour.  

i have an payed licence for Adobe Fresco. I want to add Some new pencils but the are Nolly availebele for keepers of a licence for Photoshop. How can  I solve this problem ?  I don't want to buy Photoshop. 

I once had the option to live stream from Fresco, however since renewing my subscription, it has disappeared. Any suggestions?

I had turned on the experimental feature in fresco but it only works when i create a straight line when i draw a is nearly straight line but wont work in curve line or shape. Please help.
