Fresco

Hello!I have been working on a drawing for a few hours with Fresco on my Ipad pro and the program froze while using the live brushes. Unable to do anything, I was able to click back to the home screen. Upon clicking back into my drawing I was devistated to see that the entire drawing had dissapeared, all the layers were empty and appearing blank. The drawing isn't in the deleted folder, it's still there with all of my layers but all of the work is missing. I'm hoping you can help me get the drawing back, as It was hours of work lost in a matter of three seconds... I've already reported the bug through the app, but I'm hoping I can find more immediate help here.  Thanks for your time and help, Carmine 

I've turned off snapping on the grid, but when I am trying to use the transform tool it won't stop snapping to strange spots and the tool is useless.  Is there another way to turn this off?Thank you!

After a recent update whenever I'm using the transform tool (or transforming anything in the app) it keeps snapping to random spots and it's making it impossible to use, they aren't spots I had other things it just decides where it wants it to go. This is really frustrating and I don't know how to disable it, if it's a new added feature it's awful

hello all 🙂i use fresco with a pc so i knwo is not the better way but i don't have a tablet. My problem is about the interface. i can zoom but in only one way and i can't move around in the picture so it's very difficult to do some detail and lesspractical for drawing or painting. Do you know how to fix it with my keyboard or mouse ?(i've search in parametre without find something) thank and have a good day ! 

Hey! I've recently downloaded Fresco and it worked perfectly for a day, then it just started crashing non-stop. I open the app and use it for maybe a minute, then it crashes. I went through and did everything the little robot helper told me to do, but it didn't help. What should I do now??

Guten Tag, ich habe gerade das erste mal mit Fresco länger gearbeitet. Nach 3 stunden wollte ich speichern, wobei das Programm dann wollte, dass ich mich neu einlogge. Das habe ich dann getan, aber ich kann die Datei nirgends mehr finden. Weder auf dem Ipad noch in der Creative Cloud, und auch nicht in der Creative Cloud eines alten Accounts. Ich bin grad echt am verzweifeln. Kann mir jemande weiterhelfen? VG, Daniel

Spend hours on motion and it randomly crushed and % of work is gone. What do I do and how can I restore it¿?

Hi for some reason some files from Fresco sync into Pshop but others not. I can't figure it out. It says internet connection error but this is not the case… I can see the files in cloud ok but they won't upload to photoshop? Any ideas or fixes? Thanks! 

Strokes start with a straight line, every time I try to draw I can't make a circle without a straight line drawn first. I am not the only one having problems with this, other people have asked for help in  Adobe Community but couldn't get a solution. The only way to fix this is to use older versions.I had been using version 5.0.1 and it worked just fine, but a few days ago it automatically uploaded to version 5.5.5 and right now the “view other versions” option is no longer available in the Creative Cloud desktop. I've already uploaded the NVIDIA and XP Pen's drivers and nothing changed. Fresco is now completely useless to me, which is a huge problem since I have work to do...If it's of any help, I use the XP Pen artist 12 pro and have windows 11.IF ANYONE COULD PROVIDE A LINK TO THE 5.0.1 VERSION OF FRESCO I'D REALLY APPRECIATE IT.

Hello, could abyone help me with an issue I’m experiencing? I'm unable to open one of my previous files, but other files stored in the cloud open without any issues. Additionally, Adobe Fresco frequently crashes. Do you have any idea what might be causing these problems?

Einige Dateien aus meinem Adobe Fresco lassen sich seit Neuestem auf meinem iPad nicht mehr öffnen. Es erscheint immer die Meldung "Problem beim Öffnen des Dokuments. Fresco kann dieses Dokument nicht öffnen. Wenden Sie sich an den Support.". Komischerweise kann ich die Dokumente problemlos auf meinem iPhone in der Fresco-App öffnen. Woran liegt das??

HelloI was using a vector brush to outline a photograph, and had spent many hours on the drawing. I experimented duplicating a section of the drawing with a mask and as soon as I did, I lost the overall image I had worked so hard on. I can still see the overall image vector drawing in the thumbnail layer, but I cannot see or edit the image anymore in full screen. are there any ideas for how to recover it? Clicking undo doesn't seem to help at all. Thanks,Teresa

Hi all. I have this issue with Fresco. When I draw something the screen flickers a little for almost every brush stroke I make. Im using the windows app. Does anybody now how to fix it? i can't seem to find the settings in Fresco app. Thanks for the help

Hello.As said in the title, my pen pressure don't work in Fresco, and I don't know how to resolve this problem.I got the same problem in Photoshop. but I find a solution by creating a "PSUserConfig.txt" file in my "...\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop 2021\Adobe Photoshop 2021 Settings" folder with this line in it :# Use WinTab UseSystemStylus 0 WarnRunningScripts 0Do you know if there an equivalent solution for Fresco ? Or an another way ? I did try to desactivate windows Ink (not really sure if I was successful at that), but I got no good result.I'm on windows 10, using a Huion Kamvas. Drivers for the tablet, and the graphic cards are up to date.Thank you.

Não consigo ilustrar por conta de que a área de trabalho do Fresco fica preta e não consigo desenhar, alguma solução?

I'm working with the newer Apple Pencil on the newer iPad mini and using the oil paint brushes and color.This has been happening halfway through a painting.I lay in a color and then when I go to use the dry brush feature, (magic button ) it seems to pick up a black from somewhere and make it predominant in the color mix. Could it be picking up some submerged sketch line, which I can't see and is no longer in another layer?I try clearing brushes, changing brushes, changing direction, slant and size. it's frustrating.And what am I missing? It's an enigma. 

I created an illustration in Fresco and later renamed and reorganized the layers on the desktop in Photoshop. When I then saved the PSD file again as a cloud document, when I opened it again in Fresco on the iPad, all the layers were merged into one PS layer, which I can no longer edit in Fresco. However, I still need to make various adjustments to these layers. How can I solve this problem? 

I'm paying for the photography plan (photoshop and lightroom) and using fresco. I have limited acces to brushes in fresco but it still works for me. The thing is that I don't use photoshop anymore so, can I use Fresco for free if I unsubscribe from the Photography plan?

Dove into Fresco today and loving the ease and clarity of mask and selection editing and refinement, and the combination of pixel with vector has so much potential, but find very frustrating the lack of vector drawing tools to integrate repeated UI elements into a Fresco file design such as variably sized button borders.  The Shapes feature seems to only allow a single shape on the canvas at a time, which is wholly inadequate.When moving layer contents with Transform as well as when resizing, it would be _so helpful_ to have a toggle for snapping to the underlying pixel grid!  The beauty of vector is lost when its edges are almost always fuzzy and you're forced to hand-select a pixel replacement!I'm also baffled and dismayed at the absence of gradients in any form, let alone along paths or even just radials.Transform control handles often are off-screen and unusable while zoomed-in for precision, needlessly forcing _massive_ redundancy with zooming in and out when instead wha

Tengo la última versión de Windows para Adobe Fresco, la app me fue muy útil a lo largo de este año y del anterior, pensé que tenía un problema de computador, pero he cambiado por una mejor y el problema persiste, sucede cuando paso ciertos frames (más o menos 25fps) y tambien a la hora de usar el bote de pintura. Cuando paso esos frames la aplicación de cierra automáticamente, dejando así el último guardado aunque ya hayas avanzado luego de este. Necesito una solución, Adobe Fresco es en verdad una gran aplicación 

Hello, I've been looking for info on this, but I can't seem to find whether or not Fresco will work with display tablets such as Huion, Wacom, etc. I'd love to use Fresco with a display tablet, but can't find any solid info whether or not it'll function well. This is making me pause my display tablet purchase. I've only seen a post from a while ago regarding some features not working while using a display tablet.  

I'm using Fresco 6.1 on my iPad and I want to use the insert image camera feature. The icon takes me to Open the Camera app, but just to a black camera screen and no photo functions are available to me. What am I doing wrong? I would appreciate any ideas.
