Bonjour,En tant que professionnel, je passe beaucoup de temps sur la suite Adobe et je me suis toujours dit qu'il serait bien d'avoir un chronomètre qui se déclenche lorsque l'on crée un projet AE, PS, AI ou PR. Subscription services are gutting most of us. This year’s renewal will cost the entire profit of one of my two freelance jobs this year. Although new tools and features are nice, I can get by on older versions of the software for a while until I can afford the new version. Maybe once my work really takes off and this is a full time job, a subscription can be baked into the overhead. 

I am heavily automating Photoshop as I learn more ways AI assistance can help my workflow. I am encountering a chokepoint where Claude Code occasionally needs to run a 30+ minute workflow, however, there are also other human-hand Photoshop tasks to do (turns out AI can’t actually obsolete me, yet). Claude Code doesn’t need the UI, but it occupies the UI anyway because that is how Photoshop works.If there were two workflow lanes in Photoshop, this chokepoint would disappear;Automation/AI Lane: no UI. Runs automations headless with automation codes replacing the UI, allowing Photoshop to provide feedback to the automation scripting without monopolizing the UI. Human/UI Lane: Human operator can freely use Photoshop's UI without interfering with, or even knowing about, Photoshop's Automation Lane activity.Is there such an architecture available in Photoshop? My research indicates “No.” If my research is correct, its a pretty obvious feature in this AI assistant moment. Vote here for a two-

Forced AI is generating a resurgence of open source tools. Adding an “Non-AI” or “AI Free” option to installations and apps would be highly advisable. Furthermore, a lot of individuals are already running with limited hardware and resources, and these AI features are burning up computer resources rendering simple tasks like cropping a jpeg almost impossible. For the longest time the only thing preventing me, as well as a lot of other users, from switching to a Linux OS has been the power of the Adobe tools. However, as Adobe keeps up with this forced usage and installation of AI they will start to lose more users to programs like Davinci and Darkroom. 

I see AI assisted button  in Photoshop . Does it help? Nope . I rather feel further deprived  from precise control  of what I want to do.   It seems like Generative AI , a nice cool thing  but never doing exactly what you ask for and having zero actual intelligence, just random kaleidoscope .  I use ChatGPT instead where you could at least really explain what image you want  and it seems to understand it doing better each next iteration following my comments.Yet I would absolutely love if Photoshop would let external AI like chatGPT or Clode  to code new tools , new adjustment layers , new live filters, live vector brush strokes, .   It seems like the core program is abandoned behind those  Generative AI studies. There is a strange situation now . You can use photoshop AI clones and modify them whatever you need  to very specific instrument doing exactly what you want  but can’t do it with actual Photoshop.     

As an amateur/hobbyist and retired poor person, it'd be so wonderful if there was a basic, more affordable version of Photoshop-only with maybe a few bells and whistles, but with the option to pay per extra bell/whistle. Photography is so important for my mental health, but I really struggle to afford my Adobe subscription. I’m sure other users can relate to this. This has potential to bring in many more users, I'm sure xx

Hi, I am urgently reporting a very inconvenient issue with Photoshop’s current brush size-saving system, and I’m asking for a fix.I love Photoshop and want to continue using it, but the lack of a per-brush size memory feature makes it very stressful to work with. Other art programs such as Clip Studio Paint, Procreate, Krita, and Blender’s Grease Pencil already include this feature, which makes the workflow far more intuitive.Here’s what I need Photoshop to do:Each brush should remember its own last-used size independently, rather than all brushes sharing one size.The current problem:If I use Brush A at size 20, then switch to Brush B at size 5, returning to Brush A resets its size—it doesn’t remember I last used it at 20. Even with the "Capture Brush Size in Preset" option unchecked, all brushes just share the most recent size. Anyone else find the new curves adjustment line and points to be overly thick and huge? Not sure why as the previous width and size of the line and curve points were just fine and easier to make small adjustments.Here's a screen capture of them now in PS 27.1.0.

Offering Adobe Express templates inside Illustrator that only work in Adobe Express itself simply does not make any sense.Why would I want to work in Express, when I was going to work with Illustrator, obviously?!So pls make Express Templates import-able to Illustrator or offer some useful basic stuff for Illustrator itself…Also counts for InDesign or Photoshop...

In the save dialog in photoshop, you can check or uncheck: 'layers', 'as a copy' and some other options. It would be nice if you could also check 'with history', to preserve your history while closing or sending a file. In that way, other people that open your file can see the steps you've made, and you can get back to how you started a year after your project is finished. It takes up some more space of course, maybe the application can show you how much of a difference in MB's it would take.

I think that Express feature of Dynamic Text is so smooth, so simple and effectivebut at the same time there isnt something like that in Ilustrator or Photoshop.Adobe please bring this feature to AI and PS. Its great and unfortunately we dont have its elsewhere. Thank you.

It would be aweome to have more colors and better options for actions/button mode. I would like to have more than one instance of the actions menu, so they can be docked in different locations. Allow actions to have an advanced button mode with icons instead of text only

I've been using PS for nearly 20 years and have always been frustrated by the actions panel. I use button view and have quite a collection of actions to help process images, perhaps too many. It's VERY time consuming to scroll through them all trying to locate the one I want to use. I know them by name, but locating them is difficult as the are not loaded alphabetically. For years, I've been trying to figure out where the search bar is to simply type in the action name to locate and implement a specific action I want to use. I've never found this and it seems quite obvious, rudimentary and necessary for efficiency when processing photos. Why can't I find this?? Please tell me there IS a search bar option to alleviate the time suck that searching row by row for a name in a sea of hundreds can be?!!!  It's baffling that a beast of a program like PS would not have a simple tool like this. Also, is it possible to create multiple tabs in the action panel where I could sort the act

We are currently testing the Adobe Enforced Auto-Update feature for our enterprise environment. This inquiry is also related to support ticket E-002508628.During testing, we observed a discrepancy in behavior between Windows and macOS devices after enabling the Enforced Auto-Update feature.On Windows, the feature behaves as expected. When a new major version of an application becomes available (e.g., Photoshop), the previous major version is automatically removed from Adobe Creative Cloud, leaving only the latest version installed.On macOS, however, the previous major versions remain installed even after the Enforced Auto-Update feature has been enabled. In Photoshop, it would be nice when "free transforming" a layer that the "maintain aspect ratio" lock button would maintain the previous setting, or some other way to set the default mode. I'm frustrated that I have to click it each time I'm resizing a bunch of items individually. Thanks.

I believe many others have a distaste for the inability to dock the contextual task bar. It becomes a tedious thing to continually have to move while working in Photoshop. It's always in the way, and pinning doesn't really work well. I suggest making it able to be docked like any other panel, integrating into the control (options) bar like every other contextual task before this, or adding to the properties panel. I'm not a beginner, so why am I forced to have a beginner-like user experience? The beauty of Photoshop and other Adobe software is to be able to customize your tools for your workflow and how you like them. This takes away from that, and other Adobe software such as Illustrator is starting to copy what Photoshop did. I love gen fill, however, so it presents a conundrum. Do I only turn it on when I'm using gen fill or always leave it on? To the best of my knowledge, gen fill is the only thing that the bar has that there's no other way to do other than to go to

With some features of ACR now making into Photoshop, I would also like to see Point Color port too.I've been using Point Color (as a Camera Raw Smart Filter), a lot recently for fine edits to match test (printed) proofs to physical beauty products, and found it very useful.I would love to see 'the technology' ported to Photoshop, as its ability to define a source pixel colour range is much better than what PS currently has to offer.However, the ability to define the target colour value is what would make it worth it.As someone who works in Print, I would love it to pick and change CMYK values too!  

when using object transform to stretch, sheet, or skew a layer, the axis of refrence for the transform control box is locked in on the X/Y axis. now if you rotate the object, the axis of the transform control box will rotate with the object, but only until you confim the transform at which point it resets. This means that if you rotate a perfect square to be sitting at 45 degree angle, you can stretch it on a 45 degree axis into a perfect rectangle on a 45 degrees if its donew in only one transform. The issue is that after you confirm the transform, or if you have an object already at an angle you want to stretch on an angle, there is no simple built in way to rotate the angle of the transform box to match the angle of the layer/selection being transformed. This functionality is a basic necessity in all 3D modeling apps so I'm pretty surprised it hasnt been added to photoshop in the 15 years ive been using it. Every so often I run into a situation where I've created a full bleed design but when I go to set it up to print I realize that I forgot to include the bleed area past the trim line. Where this is especially annoying is when it is a photograph or piece of art that I don't really want to enlarge to account for the bleed.A work around is copying and then reflecting the image on each edge and butting it up against the trim line. Also, you can generative fill the bleed area. Both of those tactics work, but they are annoying.It would be awesome if there was a simple button to press where you said "create bleed" and you could set the size of the bleed you wanted and AI would just generate the bleed for you without any fuss. This would have to be in Photoshop.Maybe this is just a me problem, lol, but we have the technology!!

I understand why there is a necessity to provide boundaries on generative ai tools as it pertains to potentially exploitative imagery. However, as someone who is both an artist and has loyally used Adobe products for my entire career - I’m really frustrated with the censorship on images that are genuinely not even close to an actual guideline violation. Being able to utilize the tools I’m paying for in my subscription should not be too big of an ask. The types of imagery I get denials on are so far from being indecent that it’s honestly insulting - I’m talking images of women in one piece bathing suits and from the front view. Is there genuinely no alternative to supporting your Boudoir Photographer customers using your platforms? What prevents Adobe from a solution that protects itself AND supports it’s Boudoir photographer customers by vetting the legitimate Businesses who are established? The WebP format is now supported by all major browsers, is a new Web standard, and is much more efficient than PNG or JPG (much lighter and better quality files). Photoshop can export to WebP, but the operation is (unnecessarily) complicated: You have to change the color method, but it could do it automatically when exporting. WebP is not among the options in the "Export" function, you have to use "Save As", but it doesn't always work, then you have to try "Save a Copy". These are all nonsense. Please add full support for WebP format!
