I know there are some plugins that do beat detection and programs/websites that allow to remove vocals or isolate the instrumental track of a song, but it would be great to implement this directly into Premiere Pro. Specially now that Adobe is focusing in implenting AI in their suite. It would be extremely helpful and a real time saver to have their AI to detect the beat of a song (and place markers in the sequence timeline or audio clip) and also be able to separate the vocal track from the instrumental track from a song, such as vocalremover website does.
I think the file extension should not be limited to just .pds and .tif, .jpeg, .png, .pdf... should be added among the options. These options will not only save time for the user, but will also make business life a little easier. I think this feature can be added to Photoshop. It will add some more value to Photoshop.... thanks
I recently took a bunch of exposure bracketed shots and now I'm merging them together into HDR photos. Doing one is very straightforward (select all 3 and then Ctrl + Shift + H), but then I have to wait 35 seconds (I timed it) for the merge to complete and the interface to become responsive again. When I have a hundred HDR photos to produce, this takes an inordinate amount of time, where 95% of it is just waiting. I know Lightroom Classic already has batch processing options. Can we please get it in Lightroom Cloud? Better yet, could Lightroom just detect it on import? The procedure I follow to find my bracketed shots is very straightforward. Just find a group of 3 pics that have identical composition where the last one is overexposed and all were taken within 1 second of each other. I'd be happy to specify certain parameters, such as that all HDR merges should be made of 3 shots because that's how I always set my bracketing.
I'm an average editor -- not a pro. I do not need professional level editing features (And I don't want or need ai. -- I know... blasphemy). As such, it makes more sense for me to have a slimmed down version of Premiere that doesn't cost $22.99. But don't hear what I'm NOT saying -- I don't want Adobe Premiere Rush -- I don't want this for social media. I want to use a basic desktop video editor that doesn't cost literally more than ANY streaming subscription I have. I don't want advanced features as I don't need to edit Zach Snyder's next 4 hour feature film. I just want a simple and cheap editor for simple and cheap YouTube videos. I'm gonna be honest, Davinci Resolve and iMovie are calling my name ("freeeeeeee") -- but I would be willing to continue giving Adobe my money simply to not have to switch to a new software. But I won't keep paying literally double my Apple TV+ subcription just to use the Razor Tool. Basically what I'm saying is... your move. Create a less expensive version of Premiere (that I don't have to haggle for like I'm at a used car lot)... or lose me. Your move Adobe.
I'd like to see different shape options for the Adjustment Brush and Clone/Heal tools. Circles don't work to well on linear objects. I'd like to see squares. If it doesn't require a great deal of additional code-writing, I'd like to be able to rotate and change the size of the square brush. Just a thought.Jimwww.JMartinHarris.com
Topic says it all. One more unnecessary click. How often people merge there copy-pastes. If you want include this option, put it in another shortcut combination but keep copy-paste just copy-paste.Thank you.
When I make tracks taller, it'd be extremely helpful for Premiere to keep them centered according to the Timeline window height. Example: When I make my audio tracks taller (Opt-+), this happens:It'd be extremely helpful if this happened instead:I don't know any situation when I want tracks hidden from view when my Timeline window is tall enough to show all of them. I don't want things to happen by accident within those tracks I can't see.
Hi,Why is it not possible to have a full screen diaporama with low res images it appears tiny. On Preview you can easily do it. Thanks
Having an option to copy a previous prompt from the Files window would be a handy feature.
This is not meant to be a "look DaVinci is better" thread. It's just a comparison of features that in my opinion are long overdue to get some love and updates. First - playback speed and audio:Still after all these year changing the playback speed results in audio artefacts (this phasing, robotic reverb, chorus) when maintaining pitch. I know no audio or video player that does this as of today. Either there is no audio or natural audio. For time stretching it's the same problem. "Do it in Audition" is a workaround that shouldn't be required for quick edits. Second - the graph editor:The graph editor in Premiere is barely enough to do anything serious in it. It's way too tiny and can't be scaled up. The last DaVinci updates show how it should be done. You have a lot more control that way, even for simple things like quick speed ramping and easing in general. No, it shouldn't be a replacement for After Effects but it makes no sense to start up Ae for basic easing configurations. It should at least be able to scale the graph editor vertically to have more control. In my opinion for quick edits, these are basic core features that should get reworked and polished (like they did with the dynamically updates of audio waveforms). I know, there are extensions for both features but they don't feel as integrated in the UI/UX as it should be. They are also just a workaround for some missing features.
In the newest update, the "Distribute" tools are hidden behind the three dots and a drop down menu. I use these tools often and loved how, in the previous version, they were all available in the options bar. Now, if I select multiple layers and want to distribute them and then group or merge them, which is something I do a lot in my line of work, I have to click on the dots, click on distribute, and then click away from the drop down menu to be able to use my keyboard shortcuts to merge or group. In addition, if I'm on Auto-Select and I accidentally click in my artwork and not in the artboard to get out of the drop down, I've lost my selection and have to go back in and re-select to group or merge. What was once a one click, one keyboard shortcut action has now become at best a three click, one keyboard shortcut action. This adds up if you do it a lot, and my workflow is being impacted. It would be wonderful to be able to modify the Align and Distribute tools that show up in the options bar when layers are selected. There certainly seems to be enough space to include all of them, but if for whatever reason that's not possible, a keyboard shortcut to toggle between them would be very helpful. Thank you!
Hi Adobe team 👋 First of all, I want to say how impressed I am with the new “Remove Dust” feature in Camera Raw. It works incredibly well — the AI mapping and automatic cleanup of lens dust is a huge time-saver and very accurate. I’d love to suggest an extension of this feature to cover other types of image contamination, especially dead or burned pixels caused by sensor damage. In my case, my camera sensor was hit by a laser, and now I have a few fixed pixel spots that appear in every photo. When I use a fixed lens, the position stays consistent, which makes it easier to correct. But with zoom lenses, the location of the damaged pixels shifts slightly, so I have to manually fix each image one by one. It would be amazing if Camera Raw could include a “Remove Pixel Damage” option — something that detects and corrects these recurring pixel artifacts across a batch of images. I believe this could be implemented similarly to the dust removal logic, and it would help many photographers dealing with aging sensors or accidental damage. Thanks for considering this idea, and congrats again on the great work with the current AI tools!
Hi Sir/Mam I was using Edius since very long time but i switched to premiere in 2022. From that time i am having issues when ever I upgrade to new version I thought these issues might be solved in this version but all in vein. Issues 1: Optical Flow Optical Flow (when we put optical flow a clip with slow motion every 2nd clip gone blurry. 1frame remain focus and the other frame gone blurry) while this optical flow when we use in Edius or Davinci Resolve its super sharper in every frame even we slow down the clip 10% slower) 2: Nest Clip when we nest some clips we get a single clip there namely nested but when we want to those clips back we have to double click on nested sequence then nested sequence open in other timeline and there we can copy and paste to the main sequence. you should do the option when we right click on nested sequence there should be the option Revert Nest Or any thing else at the same time when we press that option all the clips again appear in this timeline
Currently for Photoshop users on Windows to install Scripts and Plugins and ICC profiles the user requires admin permissions to copy files in. This means any pipeline tool we may which would copy scripts from a repository has to run with admin priviledges as well... This keeps leading to issues for us, and this leads to user/company plugins and scripts needing to be installed on each and every version of Photoshop. I would like to see one of these 2 options to solve this... Option 1;Add these folders to search paths for Photoshop to use for Plugins/Scripts, anything in these folders would take precidence over what's in the c:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop 202x\Presets\Scripts etc...C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Adobe\Photoshop\PluginsC:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Adobe\Photoshop\ScriptsC:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\Adobe\Color\ICC\ - (would add to what is in C:\windows\system32\spool\drivers\color) orC:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Adobe\Photoshop\PluginsC:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Adobe\Photoshop\ScriptsC:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Adobe\Photoshop\Color\ICC a version number could also be inserted into the path... ie.C:\Users\%USERNAME%\Documents\Adobe\Photoshop\25\Pluginsbut our preference would be to not... Option 2;Add these Environmental Variables to Photoshop to allow us to point to a repository of scripts we have for our company.ADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_PRESETS_SCRIPTSADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_PRESETS_PLUGINSADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_COLOR_ICCand/or have version specific onesADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_2025_PRESETS_SCRIPTSADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_2025_PRESETS_PLUGINSADOBE_PHOTOSHOP_2025_COLOR_ICC
The "zoom level control" needs to be a way to disable it. I'm accidentally zooming out on the monitor panel all the time with mouse scrubbing action. It is very annoying! Please, please add a feature to disable it if people don't want to use it and keep it on "Fit" only.

I use a lot of MOGRT Templates with my videos and have a question/request for it. How can you search for certain templates based on the actual file name or at least see the file name, not the description an author uses within Premiere Pro? Background: I use templates from a subscription service so I have little influence on the visible naming of the template. Unfortunately, a lot of designers give their templates very generic names (like transition 1, transition 2, etc) which becomes quickly a problem to identify the template you want, esp if you categorize them in thematic folders as I do. I have like 20 transitions with the name transition 1 or title 1 and the preview is often not sufficient enough. I do however give all the MOGRT files names a unique identifier to keep them apart (sort of like a serial or Licence number) before I install them. Is there any way to include the file name of MOGRT files into the search within the graphic template panel? Or just see the file name of the MOGRT through the properties/info within Premiere Pro? Alternatively, is there a way to batch rename the MOGRT files (the visible title, not the file name) without importing them anywhere and manually changing the name? Inside Premiere Pro (in the graphics template panel) or outside of Premiere Pro, eg in a text editor or something? Thanks for any help or tipps.
