Lightroom Classic

Lorsque je choisis plusieurs photos dans Lightroom, que je clique modifier et je sélectionne OUVRIR EN TANT QUE CALQUE DANS PHOTOSHOP, je reçois le message suivant dans Photoshop: CHARGER LES CALQUE NÉCESSITE AU MOINS DEUX FICHIERS SÉLECTIONNÉS Pourtant, j'ai toujours plusieurs fichiers sélectionnés. Je n'avais pas de problème dans le passsé. Pour Photoshop j'ai la version 25.6. Pour Lightroom Classic j'ai la version 13.2. Je suis sur Mac Ventura 13.6.6 Je ne peux dire depuis quelle version Photoshop ou Lightroom ce problème existe car ce n'est pas quelque chose que je fais régulièrement

My graphics card is a Radeon 6500 XT(4gb) and I have 16 GB of RAM. After opening the Lightroom Classic program and viewing a few photos, sometimes the screen shows random colors, and other times there are no signs, but Lightroom freezes. I have to close it using Task Manager. This has been happening for about 2-3 weeks, and I can't get any work done. I'm forced to edit my photos one by one using Camera Raw in Photoshop. Please help! This is very frustrating!

Hi,I updated to LrC 23 days ago and started experiencing a lot if reliability issues with Masking and Adaptive Presets (moslty selecting subject and background) after about 15 days of use. I did a lot of editing during those first 15 days and had zero issues. It is to the point now that Masking and Adaptive Presets (selecting subject and background) rarely do what they are supposed to and I get error messages. When it does work it misses badly and ends up being a blob of a selection for the backgound or subject.  Error message 1.Selcting an Adaptive presest I get the pop up error message "Your edits were applied, but updating AI setting may take some time" There a is progress bar but it just hangs and I have to force quit the program eventually.  Error message 2.Selecting a Mask such as Subject or Background I get the pop up error message "Something went wrong, there was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed." I searched the forums here an

I have a need to select the same person in many images. It always looks like the screenshot, and it ways picks random people. As you can see from this example, it's pretty obvious which is which. This bug makes the feature mostly useless to me. After all these years, I would have thought it would be corrected.

Wähle ich ein anderes aus, sprigt in der Druckansicht das erste Bild wieder in den Rahmen.ändere ich im Druckmodus das zu druckende Bild, wird es zawr angezeigt, aber dennoch das erste Bild gedruckt.Öffne ich einen Ordner, wird immer nur das erste Bild im Ordner gedruckt das andere Procedere erfolgt, wie bei einem Neuimport von Bildern.Lege ich das Wunschbild in einen extra Ordner, klappt der Ausdruck, aber, es ist lästig, jedes zu druckende Bd dann in den "Druckordner" zu verschieben und dann wirder zurück in den Bestimmungsordner.Zum System: iMac 4,2 GHz Quad-Core Intel Core i7Grafik : Radeon Pro 580 8GBSpeicher 32 GB 2400 MHz DDR4MAC OS Ventura 13.6.6Lightroom Classic 13.2

Hello.Since not so many time LRc is crazy slow..Basically it's ram problem when i use a tool on lightroom my ram go to 86% to 93% and never go down...Impossible to work like this.For information i work on Lrc 13, Windows 10, amd ryzen 3700X, 16GO DDR4, and graphic card 8GO.You know if its a commun problem or just me ?Thanks you 

Has anyone ever had any issues with applying a background and subject mask, and then coming back to that photo and having to re-apply it every single time?  Even when I backup the catalog, I have to reapply it to every single photo when re-opening the catalog and when I export sometimes, it removes the applied mask from the photos.  Does anyone know how to fix this?

Hi, I am very much the novice at tech so any help would be most grateful. After changing computer from 2012 imac to mac mini 2 pro I find time machine which I have used for many years will not recognise one of my external HDD. The HDD appears to work fine yet it is greyed out in time machine. I ran the drive though first aid and all appears to be okay. I am at a loss of where to go from here. I have thousands of photos on the drive and some now have gone missing in LR. Any help or ideas would be very appreciated so I can do a restore. Thanks.

My catalogue has become degraded and there is a huge mismatch with the photos file. what should I do 

My experience with LR Classic face detection is - unfortunately - abysmal.Yes, it detects (most) faces.No, it gives not always proposals - even for faces that are shown in sufficient resolution and from people who have been correctly tagged in the catalogue hundreds if not thousands of times. Just a "?" appears.Proposals for faces where the hit rate should be 99.99% are often not correct and need manual input. It is beyond me how in the age of AI and face recognition (China, cough) this feature is almost completely useless in LRC. Is this any better in Lightroom Mobile? If so, can detected and tagged faces be transferred to LRC?

I suddenly started having this problem when I try to export photos.  During the export process, as soon as I click the button to select the folder to export to, Lightroom freezes.  It freezes to the point where I have to completly restart my PC to get Lightroon working again.  I am on Windows 10 and am running the latest version of Lightroom.  Any suggestions?  I need to get this fixed ASAP.  Everything else seams to be working fine, develope module, etc.Thanks,Rich

Due to an mistake I made,I lost all the original presets in lightroom.Can I find them somewhere on the internet?  

Hello. I have been using Lightroom for... MANY years. Never had any problems. Today i noticed that when none of my imported photos from the last weeks are in the folders they supposedly should go to. When i import i get my photos organizes by date inside the main folder. I tried to look for the problem and they are being "imported" to the camera card. I mean, the camera card appears as a folder in the left panel and the photos are there. I tried to change the automatic import options and choose a folder - didn't work. I tried changing the import folder in the right side menu in the import pannel but there is no import folder option tehre etc etc etc... I looked at many online answers etc... I am desperate and that's why i am bothering you guys. It used to be so simple =/ Can you please help me?

As above both programmes are so slow. They freeze and lag whenever trying to edit. Could it be that one of the hard drives is not an SSD? Hi, I was wondering if someone could help me. I'm new to Lightroom Classic, and have been using Lightroom CC for a few years. Anyway, I tried exporting all my CC presets and importing them into Lightroom Classic, and it worked but not entirely. The preset pack I use the most (ironically) is only showing 2 of the 8 presets in the pack. When I try reimporting, it says all presets have already been imported. I did try reading some previous posts and attempting to problem solve based on that, but haven't had any luck. Here's what I did try:- Deleting and reimporting- Importing a RAW photo and seeing if they'd pop up- Making sure all presets were selected as visible in "Manage Presets"- Selecting "Show Partially Compatible Develop Presets" in Lightroom Preferences > Presets Thank you in advance! Again, I'm new to Lightroom CC so could be something really simple I'm unaware of!

When I attempt to laod Lightroom Classic it opens OK, but then a grey overlay appears on the screen and I cannot access the program. I need to shut down the program via Task Manager. 

Guten Abend in die Runde.Ich bin gerade unterwegs und wollte wie immer meine Bilder bearbeiten, welche ich in Form von 1:1-Vorschauen auf meinem Laptop mit mir führe. Jedoch steht da wenn ich auf die Datei klicke, das die Datei fehlt, bzw. die Originaldatei nicht gefunden werden kann.Ich hatte jetzt schon probiert, dass Problem zu lösen, in dem ich meine HDD wieder anschließe, und erneut Smart-Vorschauen generieren lasse. Jedoch tritt das oben genannte Problem weiterhin auf.Bin dankbar für jede Hilfe 🙂Beste Grüße Timo Hellmuth

Recently started using CF Express cards (with USB card reader) and LR Classic seems to treat them differently from the CF and SD cards I've used previously: LRC no longer remembers my last-used Import Preset (please note: bottom of Import dialog, NOT "metadata preset"). Unlike CF or SD cards, I have to re-select this every time.It also doesn't pre-highlight the newly-inserted card on the left side (Source) panel of the Import dialog. I have to manually click on the drive letter for the CF Express card. Once highlighted, it doesn't see any subfolder of the CF Express card (unlike CF or SD). I have to manually click the "Select Subfolders" button every time.Finally, the option to Eject when finished is not available for CF Express cards. Besides just being annoying - these differences are making my import workflow slower and more error-prone.  Basically, I think this is all due to Windows 10 seeing the CF Express card as a removable Hard Drive - NOT as a memory c

As the title says LR gradually slows as I edit after about twenty photos it is basically unusable if close reopen or give it a break it seems to figure itself out. I have tried messing with the RAW cache right now I have it up to 100GB which seems extreme. The catalog and cache are on a m.2 drive. I have tried playing around with graphics card settings turning them off on running in auto and have done all the usual changes except switching to smart previews but since it works okay initially that seems like that would not necessarily fix it. The only thing I am seeing in task manager is high GPU utilization and I do a lot of masking so could it be my GPU just can't keep up with all the new AI features? Open to ideas. The computer is Ryzen 3600 32G ram sabrent m.2 and 2060 12g and 4k monitors. The photos are craw from an R7.

When using the background mask or gradient mask, it makes that area extremely over saturated. This is hapeing on all catalogs and from all cameras and lenses. I even went back to a past catalog I edited last week which was working fine when I edited it, and now its doing hte same over saturate dthing when I select the backgroud. HELP!

I am working on a desktop and a laptop. My Catalog is saved on and external SSD. The photos are located on my desktop but laptop is also connected to this drive over wifi, this worked fine and I never had problems. Yesterday it came with an error and that the catalog was corrupted, I thought I fixed it by going back to a backup but now the same happens again and all the edits I did yesterday are gone and I need to update all AI Masks that are still there....

I have an issue when I right light in LRC 13.2 and select to "edit in adobe photoshop 2024". Then in photoshop all I am doing is removing some background rubbish using the ai generation tool. Finally I save and then I find the edited tiff file is on the disk but does not reload in LRC. Usually the images do load back but now and then they do not for some reason. I have photoshop window open and LRC so I can see the save is complete. in LRC, after photoshop save is complete I see the LRC screen screen go blank and only have the original file below in the filmstrip but not edited version anywhere.

in previous versions of photoshop and lightroom cc i was able to bounce back and forth from lightroom and photoshop while editing a photo now that seems not possible if there is a way i would like to know how?
