Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Tenho um mac de 2014 com um sistema operativo Big Sur. Anteriormente tinha, neste mesmo computador, o High Sierra (que é anterior ao Big Sur ) e conseguia trabalhar com o LR. Tive de fazer agora o upgrade para o Big Sur e agora nao consigo fazer o download do LR.  Please help. 

Adobe team, i have no words to say how extremely dissapointed i am in the services you offer. Why did you increased the price for LR subscription if it works teribly? how is it possible not to be able to copy paste a damn setting from one photo to another??? i am not able to add here a screenshot because it is a person in my photo and i don't wish for everyone here to see it. but your AI does terrible work, absolutely terrible. I cannot copy paste settings to a series of photos, and if i take them one by one not all the settings selected are pasted successfully. This being said, why me and lots of other users are paying you for? Are you doing experiments on our work as photographers? do you know that because of your incompetence we have to work more than usual and you are causing delays for us delivering our gallery to our customers? Working with a shared Lightroom album on lightroom v9 on mac. Set up the shared album and things seemed to be working fine. Tried adding some more and nothing seems to be adding. Added a second album and shared it to same email but the new share isn't being recieved so can't test a new album. Any ideas? 

I'm trying to figure out if we can use AI natively, within LR, do analyze and assign keywords from a list to a group of images.Can this be done?If so, will the keywords "stick" with the photos if moved out of LR or over to LR Classic?Thanks!Note: none of the topics we have to choose from make sense for this question, so I'm just choosing "web".

Having a bit of a brain cramp. Took 1600 or so images at a Motocross race today. Imported them all, started my first culling process, flagging them. Got to about 400 and had to stop for dinner. Want to go back and do a bit of a finer cull on the flagged photos...can't remember how to just see the flagged photos in a grid formation.....

Howdy all , anyone know a fix for haloing  on lightroom mobile? Even a way to make it a bit less harsh, thanks

Lightroom has become incredibly slow. despite having storage or updates. I saw a whole thread of photographers also talking about this too. So I know it's not just me. I feel like this needs to be addressed as my lively hood is photography and this is taking wayyyyyy too long. 

The UI text, such as Album names, is not appearing in Lightroom. I have restored default fonts in the OS, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, cleared the font cache – nothing works. Any ideas? It seems like a system issue, but Lightroom is the only app that has this problem.

After updating the app to the latest version 11.0.1, I'm experiencing a crash that always occurs upon launch. I uninstalled the app before updating, so I signed in as usual to the app without any issues. Then when I continue and allow the permissions to the app, the app opens its interface for a few seconds before crashing and returning me to the homepage of my phone. The problem kept repeating since. I have not been able to use the app even once! I am using OnePlus Nord N30 SE 5G running Android 15. I have attached a screen recorded video of the issue.

I have a pixel 9 Pro XL and every time I open Lightroom it either crashes or I can open a single picture and then I get the circle and then the app either freezes or crashes again.    I have updated Android and tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Lightroom app several times. I have cleared the cache and storage and the same thing happens.   This has been happening for weeks I was hoping an update would fix it.    

Hi,I’ve lost access to my Adobe Lightroom account. When I sign in, I can choose between two profiles: Redcliff Foundation and Personal Profile. Until recently, I was using Redcliff Foundation without issues, but now it says I no longer have access to Lightroom.I tried everything I could find online:Signing out and back inReinstalling the appChecking my inbox (and junk mail) for new invitationsNone of that worked.I was told it might be related to an Adobe infrastructure migration affecting some regions, but I couldn’t find any official information confirming this. I have found the latest iterations of LR too buggy and sluggish to the worst extent i ever experienced. I particularly started noticing this when they inroduced their generative AI feature in the software. It immediately became sluggish. I use a Macbook Air M1 and have always had an almost seamless experience with LR cloud. My machine is up to date as well as my LR but the experience is so bad that i am considering completely switching from Adobe LR. This would hurt since i just recently renewed my annual subscription but i don't feel like i have a choice. I wonder if anyone else is experiencing the same and whether Adobe has any plans to improve this experience. 1. LR Version 9.02. Mac OS 263. Simply trying to upload & edit...both take forever4. Simply sluggish experience....keeps "loading edit setings" for every image i tswitch to in Edit-mode

working in LR every 10 or so images I work on ill go to finish them and crop them and it is reverting them back to the original image for some reason. This has been hapening since the update consistently,  also ill apply a mask to an image work on it for a while then all the sudden the mask will delete itself and i have to scan and apply the mask edits again. Very frustrating and disruptive to workflow. 

Hi Folks, I have an interesting problem:   I have marked my photographs that I publish in any Social Media Forum with a Red Label.  Today I learned that you can CHANGE the Label NAME form Red to anything you want.  So I changed RED to "Published on Social Media."   Unfortunately, now if I try and search on Labels by pushung the RED "button" it does not find any of my pictures.  When I changed it back to Red it sorted on it just fine.  If I change the NAME of the label, do I have to re-mark my pictures all over again?   Thanks.   Eddie

I have read through many posts describing the same problem, but can't find a solution. EXAMPLE: I have a fully edited album, i archive it locally (external HD), everything archives smoothly, then when i go to external HD and access the album, there are zero edits, all pics are original as shot. I am synced and backed-up. Help.

My account says I have an active 1TB plan, but Lightroom tells me I can't use the Develop module because I don't have a subscription and tries to sell me a 1TB plan. I want to contact customer support about this, but I appear to have a choice between reading canned answers, crowd-sourcing my question to fellow users here who have no ability to help me, or clicking the "real help from real people" link which SENDS ME STRAIGHT AN AI BOT. Is there any way for me to get in touch with actual customer support, or has Adobe given up on that entirely?

I have a problem. Lightroom (not Classic) runs incredibly slow on my MBP with M4 and 16GB ram. How slow? Opening a Detail view (until I can edit, move sliders, etc..) can take 30 seconds. After opening a folder, I can't change star rating for 20 - 30s. Copying Edit Settings can take around 30 seconds (1 photo). AI edits like Denoise take between 1 and 2 minutes per photo. Exporting 10 photos take 10 minutes. No even mentioning minor hiccups like lags when moving sliders etc. All in all, it's unuseable. ------ Few more details: - All photos are stored locally on the system SSD. - More than 150 GB free on the SSD - All photos are 61MP uncompressed RAW, with ~80 photos per folder. - More edited photos in the folder result in even slower operation. - LR cache allowed to use max. size - The app is updated. - MacOS is updated. - GPU setting in LR: Auto (but same issue when on / off)________System info: Lightroom version: 9.0 arm64 [ 20

After using LR for years, today when I wanted to work with some photos, Lightroom did not start as it should and every time showed message about connection error. At the same time, my Photoshop was working without any issue.My filmstrip is empty, can't import new photos (no import button, shortcut isn't working), reinstalling the app did not help.I want to keep my photos locally without being forced to copy them to cloud (which, in this case, doesn't work either) 

i export pictures from my phone to the lightroom cloud so i can edit them from my PC. usually +-20 pictures at 2.5mb. recently only some of the pictures upload to the cloud. i would then have to login to lightroom web and delete the sync issues. and try upload again. repeat this process untill they all reflect.    this issue started when i used an alternate camera app that saved pictures in raw, and a large size. i did not continue using the app. but the probelm remained.    pictures are saved in jpeg and and average 2.5mb; using the standard samsung app as before.  i use a samsung S25. 

Is it possible to apply an adaptive preset to a group of photos? I'd love to apply 'Enhance Portrait' to a whole album, but can't find a way to do it.

Dá última atualização para agora o Lightroom deixou de reconhecer os arquivos RAW da Canon (CR3). Antes era possível usá-los importando eles direto da galeria do tablet, hoje em dia nem isso é possível. Estou com o app em sua versão mais recente (10.5.4).Estou usando a seguinte versão do sistema operacional no tablet:Informações da atualização. Versão do One Ul: 7.0. Versão do Android: 15. Versão atual: X810XXS5CYG1 / X8100XM5CYG1/. Nível do patch de segurança: 1 de juho de 2025 

Testing the new color label support in Lightroom Desktop (v9)  syncing with LRC. Changes to color labels are correctly sync'd from Lightrooom desktop(V9) to the sync'd images in LRC(v15). Also the reverse works - change a label in the sync'd image in LRC and its reflected in the cloud clients. Smart previews only seem to work one way. If I change the color label in an image file in LRC that is sync'd via smart previews to the cloud - it is correctly reflected in Lightroom Desktop(V9), However the reverse is not true. If I change a color label in a syn'd smart preview in Lightroom Desktop(v9) it is not updated in LRC. This seems a bit odd as star rating for example are. Also it seems odd to work one way. I would understand if ti didnt sync at all.
