Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

When I share the photos to a link - more often than not it says no photos to show - and they never load up for the person I am inviting (or public) to see or download  please help !

When I try to export the raw photo I edited, I get this error. When I save it as a DNG, it exports the photo in a smaller size. The actions I performed include object and background masks, as well as denoise AI.

Hello, before I update to my current lightroom I had a 'print' option across ther top right that I could use to make little collages for social media, etc. Can this be done some other way in the latest Lightroom? I currently have Adobe Lightroom 8.2 via the creative cloud. Thanks!

Hi everyone, I am trying to make a person pop by darkening the background through exposure then brightening the person through a mask and adjusting the exposure. The problem is I get a blurred halo around the hair when I adjust the mask with exposure.   Process 1.   Adjust whole photo to get the background exposure correct.2.  Mask the person through the subject option.3.  Adjust the exposure of the person to preferred setting.  Once done you get a large blurred halo around the persons head.     How do you stop that from happening?  Is this a bug or technique?

I'm trying to print Blu-ray sleeves and need to size my image to this size (5.3"x6.7"), but I don't see any way to resize the image.  Is this possible to do? I'm using the Android app.  Thanks in advance. 

Hi all,I can export 1-5 photos at a time from Lightroom back to my camera role, but I cant seem to do multiple at a time. if I select 5-10 (or more) images it fails without an error. Doesn't matter if I select "small - 2048px" or "maximum available" same result. If export 1 photo it gives you the brief popup "one photo successfully saved to lightroom album." Same problem on my iPad pro and my iPhone. Is this something that will get fixed?

These are screenshot of an image edited in lightroom. I used the magenta and pink sliders to reduce the magenta, as well as some point colour. There is still a hard link of magenta running down the nose. By removing the pink, i am left with weird shaped white shapes on his face. I tried a few different things and failed. I did not use colour grading. Any suggestions? Does anyone have any good advice on how to handle this type of magenta hot spot?thanks for your time

Hello. After updating lightroom mobile for android, the app crashes frequently and upon restart I get the 'waiting for settings' error. I have to either reset the photos or keep the edits as they are. I'm working off-cloud on a Galaxy Tab S9 Ultra and I never had this error before today's update. Up until now, even when lightroom crashed, it always kept the edits saved on the device.  

Running into this issue often recently where I cannot upload to community, receiving the message "This edit is still processing. Please check back later..." for hours.Deleting and retrying does nothing, seems to eventually work itself out, however this is expected to be an on demand publishing service to compete with other media sharing platforms, so waiting for it to resolve on its own is not ideal. Open to other troubleshooting steps. Thanks!    

Hello!   I converted about 1.000 negatives in LrC using Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2  - in LrC the results look very good. For a few days now I’ve been using Lightroom Mobile to sync my photos from LrC to my iPhone. But the photos that were developed with Negative Lab Pro 3.0.2 are displayed with incorrect colors in Lightroom Mobile on the iPhone - either negative or much too dark. For these photos, the message appears in Lightroom Mobile on the iPhone that the “Negative Lab v2.3” profile is not available on this device.Is there any way to integrate this profile into Lightroom Mobile?Or maybe there is another solution to display these photos correctly in Lightroom Mobile?   Kind regards from Vienna, Peter.

A student of our class installed the lightroom app on an iphone 13 mini.Both the IOS  (18.3.1) version and the app version have the latest version.The problem is that the cameras are black. So she can't take pictures in the app.Is this a known bug? 

Bonjour, Depuis la dernière MAJ (lightroom mobile android) de février, j'ai comme un "profil adaptatif" qui s'applique automatiquement sur les raw (mais pas les jpeg).C'est très embêtant. Y a t'il un moyen de désactiver ce paramétrage automatique pour retrouver un raw brut sans modification ?Smartphone : Samsung GalaxyS24UltraMerci. 

I cannot see or add any photos to Lightroom on my PC (v 6.3.1), making the app unusable.  I have an active Photography Plan, and other Creative Cloud apps (like Lightroom CC and Photoshop) work fine on the same device. Additionally, I can use Lightroom on my mobile device and Mac Laptop, or from lightroom.adobe.com. It just refuses to work in the PC app. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling with no success. 

Tab S8: App crashed all the time after get update, espacilly when use AI removal 100% crashed

What information do you need?  PC Specs?  Logs?It just crashes when the "What's New" window appears.  It keeps happening every time I launch the app too because I never have a chance to dismiss the window.  The crash report window appears the next time I start the app, but I don't have enough time to submit before it crashes again.

Hi everyone,I’ve noticed that Lightroom (cloud version) offers a variety of community presets that can be used directly within the app. I’m wondering if it’s possible to download these community presets and install them in Lightroom Classic on my desktop.If this is possible, could someone guide me through the process of exporting/importing these presets into Lightroom Classic?Thanks in advance for your help!

Hola, tengo un problema, he realizado el pago de la versión premium y me he encontrado con el problema de que todos los videos los exporta dañados, me aparece que los exporta con éxito, pero al momento de reproducirlo en mi telefono o en una red social aparecen dañados, adjunto una captura de pantalla de como aparece el video, utilizo la app en un smarthphone android.

I hate to say this, but it seems like every time there is an update to LR on iPad something breaks and performance gets worse. I already commented on other bugs for specific issues, but in general everything is slower now.   concerning LR 10.2.1 on iPadOS 18.3.1: My main gripe is that if you select a different photo from the picker across the bottom, it takes ages for the app to become responsive again. you can no longer switch back and forth between photos quickly because each time you have to wait some indeterminate amount of time to even be able to open the light or color panels or switch to another photo. you have to just sit there as no inputs are registered.    I am on an M4 iPad Pro and it used to be very fast to do all of these things. This slows my workflow to a crawl.

Eveytime I use the noise reduction with AI it turns the whole photo into a green noise with squared sections not affected. 

I have tried all the things above and even had a couple of guy's from support look at the fault, still no good.I have done everything they ask to get into the system and it's still not getting past the splash card.Now I have another problem Camera Raw has disappeared from my Creative Cloud apps and I use this a lot as I shoot in Nikon Raw and even as a filter for Jpg's in photoshop. What's going on?????
