Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello everyone, appoligies as I've asked a similer question before but had no correct solutions....   Firstly I specifically bought a new computer to use for just Photoshop/Lightroom as I am currently putting together a photo book of an early 1980s UK 'Droog-Punk' band called the Violators. This has required lots of editing of high rez scans of old black and white 35mm negatives. They havnt been well cared for in the 43 years since they were taken so the scans have needed a lot of work. I Have also taken lots of 'photos' of 'old photographs' with a Nikon Z8 in RAW and again edited them in Lightroom. I Started to do this late last year but after a week or so I started to get lots of slowdown problems with Lightroom.   So I'm editing some High Rez scans in Lightroom. As soon as I've done probably 10 edits to a scan my Lightroom goes so slow and by slow I mean if I try to use the spot removal I'm getting the dreaded Apple spinning beachball for a minimum of  7 or 8 seconds

Hi,I have made mistake and uninstalled Adobe Lightroom mobile app for which I have subscription and after I installed it back it seems I lost all edited photos😕😕; is there any chance to get them back?

While using the OBJECT masking tool, lightroom fails to select the object and instead creates a distorted rectangle selction around the intended object. This issue even impacted the saved images on which earlier the object masking tool worked as expected. How can this issue be resolved?

Windows 11 / Lightroom 8.1 / Photoshop 26.2From album view in Lightroom, right-click a photo and select Edit in Photoshop > Edit in Photoshop...'Opening in Photoshop...' appears over progress bar at top left of screen, progress bar does not advance.Blue 'Downloading Original' popup appears center bottom of screen.About 5-10 minutes pass with no change, then I get two pop-up dialogs:'Edit in Photoshop failed | File could not be opened in Photoshop''Unable to edit | Photoshop couldn't open the selected images.'Repeat this at least 3 times with a given photo and there is a chance it will actually open in Photoshop, entire process takes about 30 mins and isn't consistent.Trying to go the other way and open Lightroom photos from Photoshop also appears broken, the 'Lightroom Photos' tab in photoshop just displays endless loading circle animation instead of photos.

Is there a way to show filename on grid view thumbnail, usually on my iphone, i can double tap to show the toggle. but it doesnt work on my android tablet

Hi, I'm having an issue with Lightroom (cloud-based) on my M1 iMac (macOS Sequoia 15.3.2). When I use "Edit in Photoshop" on a DNG file or a JPEG,  the app hangs. But if I use "Edit in Photoshop as Smart Object," it works fine. This does not happen in Lightroom Classic—only in the cloud version. Both apps are fully updated. I've tried disabling GPU acceleration, purging the Camera Raw cache, and rebooting—no change. Can you help or confirm if this is a known issue?

I have used select background and select subject several times in the past, however, over the last several months I receive an error that none can be detected.  I tried uninstalling and reinstalling hoping that would do the trick, but did not.Please help.Lightroom v8.2Windows 10

Hello, I have a question, I ask because I am not fully informed, thanks in advance for the answer.There is a profiles feature in Lightroom. Can saved presets be used for this part? Or is such a thing possible in the next update.The photo is added and the presets saved in the profile appear. No need to add presets one by one. This is a translation, thanks in advance for your answer.  

  top folders are missing and I can't access them   

When importing RAW files from my Nikon Z9 into the mobile ecosystem, Adobe raw profiles, Adobe Color, Adobe Standard, etc., appear to be available and working in Lightroom Desktop and  Lightroom Classic, but not in Lightroom Mobile on my iPad. When I import RAW images from my Nikon Z9 into the mobile ecosystem the Adobe Standard profile is shown in Lightroom desktop, but "Matrix" is displayed in the mobile environment on my iPad and no Adobe RAW profiles are available. If I subsequently change profile from Adobe Standard to Adobe Color on my desktop, Lightroom Mobile on my iPad flags that profile is missing for this device. This appears to be a bug in Lightroom for iPad, or that Nikon Z9 RAW files are not fully supported yet?

My Lightroom says my subscription is expired even when I have valid Lightroom subscription till January . I've tried restarting n everything. Restoring purchase also doesn't work. Help @adobe! Fix this issue.n

Using Lightroom on Android based tablet.I am editing in Lightroom and attempting to post to the community however it comes up with a error message saying "An error has occured". Can you advise? I'm assuming this is just an app issue that will be fixed but it is frustrating nonetheless as I cannot upload my work.  Thanks for any suggestions. 

Hello. I want to delete some presets folders saved with different names with a single option or I want to delete what I want from presets saved with some different different settings with a multiple choice option, is this possible or is there an additional feature I am new to lightroom ( mobil) 

I'm having an issue when opening a photo in Photoshop that I've worked on in Lightroom - loss of contrast, sharpness, and overall quality. I'm using the latest versions of Lightroom CC and Photoshop Beta. I had no issues with the previous photo I worked on in this session, and do the same thing I've always done - Photo > Edit in Photoshop. I've tried exporting a TIFF and a DNG and they're giving me the same issue, even though my Camera Raw settings match my Lightroom edits when I open it in Photoshop. I've never tweaked color settings before so I'm not sure how to know if they match or not, but as I said, this happened in the middle of an editing session so nothing changed (as far as I can tell) from one image to the next. Any help would be much appreciated!  

I just noticed today that DNG files I have imported into Lightroom Mobile (Lightroom Photo and Video Editor) during the past year are suddenly displaying with very poor resolution (when opened in Lightroom Mobile).  This was not the case as recent as a couple days ago.  Did something change with the most recent release of Lightroom Mobile?

Hi,I love the option of sharing my photos with friends and family directly from Lightroom. The problem is that they mostly use mobile and not desktop. When they open the link on their phones they :1. See the photos in a very reduced quality (here-below printscreens of the full photo vs. how it's shown in the sharing link),2. When clicking on download a photo - there's no option to add the photo to the photo app / gallery - really bad UX,3. The same for downloading all photos - it proposes me a zip file with no possibility to add the photos to a gallery.  Am I missing smth or sharing photos is not adapted for mobile?   Thanks,Leonid.

When in detail view, after I delete a picture and press an arrow (no matter left or right), instead of switching to next or previous picture (depending on arrow), it opens the oldes picture in the whole catalogue. Windows 24H2, LR 8.1 

At some photos, lightroom is not able to export my Photos. I'm a professional and this should not be because it interrupts my workflow massively. Lightroom on Mac OS  

Whenever I transfer raw or jpeg images from my pixel 7 pro to mobile lightroom, the image immediately warm up, skin tones go horribly red, they revert to normal when exported back but it makes it almost impossible to edit skin tones...or images that have been warmed up then look a lot cooler when exported...any ideas?

Hi there,   is visible masking with the brush and red tone possible?   I couldn´t find anything in the documentation and in the program it seems that it you can´t check the masking area.   Thanks for help.

I moved a few thousand pictures from an iphone to my PC.  they are all visible on both the iphone and the PC.  I uploaded them to Lightroom CC directly from my PC.  They are all jpg.  About 1 in 5 of the photos are blank.  If I click on the photo it says "an unexpected end-of-file occured".  It has all the data for the photo. If I delete a given blank photo and reupload it, the same error occurs. I can see the photo in the preview, but when I click add then boom.  blank and end-of-file comment. It is a nightmare. I assume that something occured in the transfer from the iphone to the PC, they show OK on the PC but somehow lightroom is more "sensitive" to some sort of file corruption?

I have some questions in general, I don't want to open a separate thread for them, I hope you will respond. The phone model I use is poco x6 pro and has hdr feature, but lightroom seems to have made hdr feature available on certain phones. I have the heic feature on my phone, I take photos this way. There are some photo formats to export after editing in Lightroom and there is no heic in them. Can you add heic, PNG and jpg xl to the next update list. This will be very useful for mobile users, thank you very much in advance for your reply.
