Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I load up LR on my laptop to add the photos from my SD card,  the  area on LR  “Add Photos”   is not lit up. (not activeaed)   this happens every single time I load LR   why are some options are working some times and not other times. I dont get it . !!    I pay my account every month, I’m just not getting the benefit of this LR program. I waste so much time writing to Help ask a question.   please let me know via my email.

Lightroom will not open and gives me the following error. I have recently switched internet but have been on the new network for over a month and have been using Lightroom until now. Please help!  

Pressing W to enable the white balance selector opens the color panel alongside the panel you're already in, rather than closing the current panel as it should in single panel mode.Tested on macOS Tahoe

Filtering for “unflagged” images works fine in Lightroom Desktop, for both regular albums and smart albums. But many of those same albums are not filtering for “unflagged” items in Lightroom Web.

Hello,I need help with a serious issue regarding my Lightroom Cloud library.I had an active Lightroom 1 TB plan on this Adobe account. Recently I switched to another Adobe Photography plan on the same Adobe account.After the previous plan expired, I noticed the following problems:A large number of photos are missing from my Lightroom Cloud library. Many photos that were previously edited in Lightroom and saved/exported to my iPhone Photos library now appear completely black. The issue started immediately after the previous Lightroom plan expired. I am using the same Adobe ID/account as before. My original files still exist, but many edited versions and cloud photos appear to be missing.I have already checked Lightroom Web and noticed that a significant number of photos are no longer available.Could you please investigate:Whether any Lightroom Cloud data is missing from my account. Whether there was any issue during the plan transition. Whether my Lightroom Cloud library can be restored

When I press “P”, the Photos pane appears. when I press “I” the photos pane is hidden and info pane becomes visible. Works also via the View menu navigation. They have become mutually exclusive since the last update. Now it requires more clicks to categorise photos into albums within the same shoot or after a long shooting run when you need to check photo info to build folder or album structure.I’m on Mac version, Lightroom cloud 9.3.2

For some reason lately, every other time exiting a photo with the esc key on my Mac just doesn’t work and beeps at me; same with moving over to a different photo with the arrows beep at me. But the other shortcuts work perfectly fine.  The only way to fix this is when I restart the app—but that’s no fun every time. Thanks version 9.3.1 

Segmentation in the ’All Photos’ / Library view ofLightroom for iPad is very helpful. It allows me to quickly scroll back through recent days or weeks  of photos, looking for a specific photo or group of photos.Adding Segmentation to the Desktop version of Lightroom would not only make the two apps more similar, it would add visual functionality. I could search, but when I can’t remember exactly what day it was (last Tuesday ?or was it last Wednesday?, or was it the week before?), I can easily scroll through to find it or them.BTW—If this appear twice, it’s because when I selected ’Submit’ the first time, this field went blank, yet the ’Describe’ and ’Check’ fields were still filled.

7 day trial of Lightroom cloud 9.3.2. It seems good overall, but the location data I updated across 400 photos is not exporting with the jpg files.Pretty annoyed about this really as I now have to tag them again in another app.  Its a deal breaker really and I’m sure there must be other apps similar to lightroom that export location data with the photos metadata.Windows 11 Pro 64 bit

Select some files (seems to happen more often with larger exports). Export them to a directory. While that export is still getting ready, immediately open the export dialog again and export again to a different directory.Sometimes, one of the two export jobs gets duplicated and you'll see 3 exports in progress instead of 2. Checking the two directories afterwards will confirm that one of them has twice as many files.Also, rarely, one or more of the files from one of the exports (first I think?) won't be exported, but no error or dialog will be shown indicating that this happened.Tested on macOS Tahoe on a 16" M5 Max MacBook Pro

Not really a question. Lightroom on desktop that syncs with Lightroom Mobile is practically useless right now. It continues shows loading screen and won't do much else for so long. A minimum of 10 minutes if not longer to load anything. This was happening prior to updating and is still happening after updating. Currently on Version 9.3.2. Lightroom Classic and my other programs work fine, so I think this is an issue with this particular app.

After loading, lightroom crashes and shuts down almost straight away. I have tried numerous times over numerous days however it just keeps happening.   A couple of times it showed an error message which I sent to adobe but no answer from them.  I use Lightroom CC.  Any help would be appreciated.

using AI Denoise function creates these stripes on imageBalance Contrast preset is showing shaded vertical lines when applied - more visible the more the contrast needs balancing in the image.The issue is persistent whether ‘Use Graphics processor’ is turned on or off.GPU is a Zotac RTX 5070TiMotherboard is ASUS ProArt Z890 Creator WiFiMemory is Samsung PCIe 990 Evo Plus m.2 SSDRAM is Predator Vesta II DDR5 6000MHzCPU is intel Ultra 285k series 2, 36mb cache. I have checked and updated all GPU drivers etc. so it doesn’t seem to be an outdated driver issue. the PC is a new build, so all components are new. Any help would be very much appreciated!

Lightroom isn't showing video file

I take about 2000 RAW files at football matches and when I process them in Lightroom offline.  It can take five or six hours.  This is unacceptable. What is going wrong?  What can be done to remedy this?

I'm having trouble with Lightroom 9.0 and 9.1 on my Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro. The app freezes during use, while versions 8.5.1 and earlier work fine. System details: Mac mini with an Apple M4 Pro Processor: 14-core GPU: 20-core RAM: 64 GB unified memory Storage: 1 TB SSD macOS: latest update Tested Lightroom Classic versions: 8.5.1 (stable), 9.0 (crashes), 9.1 (crashes) Is there anything I can do about this?
