Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

buongiorno, uso abitualmente Ligtroom Classic, oggi ho provato a scaricare la versione di Lightroom CC ma mi appare il messaggio ( che allego) : " si è verificato un errore durante la modifica dei moduli", come mai?Ho provato anche a reinstallare l'app ma non cambia niente. Hello !For a few days (maybe weeks) now, Lightroom is acting strangely when I try to find a subject.When I click the "Subject" button in masking options, I get an error message saying it doesn't find people in the photo, hence it's classical portraits. When I try to select the person with the "Object" tool, Lightroom is giving me weird masks, here's some examples : This shot was taken by me. You can see the "detected" masking in red. This shot was bought in stocks. Same kind of "detected" masking in red. I tried to uninstall and reinstall Lightroom and reset the preferences. Is anyone having the same issue and is there a workaround ? Thank you !

It's happening a lot. I download all my photos in to lightroom classic and sync it lightroom. I work and Edit the photos in my ipad, but they don't sync on my desktop. And all photos that I edited in my ipad go back to how the desktop (lightroom classic) has them. I am wasting my time editing in lightroom. Why this is happening 

Hi all,   I had run out of cloud storage as I have only used Lr CC for over a year now, I have sinced cleared space and deleted photos and older galleries but I am getting what I assume are smart photo low res images when I zoom in to do fine detail edits. Is this a glitch with my account or the software, it's incredibly frustrating. I am using Desktop version of the app! Any advice is appreciated.   Many thanks,   Sophie

I’ve been using Lightroom Mobile for the past few months, but the masking tool hasn’t been working properly. It no longer detects the sky, objects, or people as it should. Since I paid for these features, I expect them to function correctly, but they’re not working at all.

HiI had a LR Mobile subscription via Google Play but then moved to a more general one direct with Adobe and cancelled the Google subscription. Although the mobile app and the Desktop seem to be sharing the same Cloud storage (data usage agrees between them) I cannot access desktop images on my mobile or mobile images on the desktop - they don't show at all, as if I'm running two separate accounts with the same email address/password.It's currently possible for me to have two browser tabs on my laptop logged in for the same email address & password and one will show the mobile images I have and the other the desktop images. If I load an image via the web to one of the tabs it only shows on the device that the tab is presenting images for How can I merge the two so all my images are available on all devices?Desktop Windows 11 on Samsung Snapdragon laptop - Lightroom v8.2 build 20250201-0700-1b122095Mobile - Android 14  on Samsung S23 Ultra - Lightroom v10.2.1

Strange phenomenon in LightroomI finished editing and suddenly I see that the actions I performed with the tools: remove and mask were undone!I repeated the action again, and after a second I see before my eyes that the image returns to its original state.A small note, I use Aftershoot and I performed a version update while editing.Do you know the problem?

Buenas utilizo la parte de dectar sujeto en la fotografia y marca todo la foto apezar de que el sujeto es visible y estar en foco el mismo.Le mando a la app y no responde el mismo el errror, desinstale y sigue lo mismo. puede uno acesorar posible soluciones .gracias

The "Add to Lr" option has disappeared from the share function. The only option is "Open in Lr". Using Pixel 7 Pro, Android 15 and the latest Lightroom Mobile 10. Is this a bug or by design? Not being able to add photos without opening Lightroom is killing my workflow. Please fix this.

Hi everyone! Everytime I try to post to  community, the app says 'an unexpected error has occured. Please try again'. Does anyone know why this is happening or how the fix it? And yes I have cleared cache.

Tengo un problema con el programa de Adobe  Lightroom para Mac, al reubicar los archivos de las fotos más recientes del disco duro SSD de 1 Tb de mi iMac que estaba casi lleno y moverlas a el disco duro externo auxiliar LaCie de 25 Tb donde tengo el grueso de mi colección de fotos más antiguas utilizando el Finder de mi iMAc y no el programa Lightroom para mover los archivos de las fotos , estas ahora aparecen al abrir Lightroom como carpetas ausentes o desaparecidas porque están en dos discos y en  un mismo catálogo y también he perdido la clasificación estrellas, no sé qué ha pasado con la Biblioteca y los metadatos… ¿qué hacer?

Sometime in the last 10 days, the subject/background detection on the masking tool has stopped working. No matter what photo I use (including the unedited copy of RAW files I have successfully used the tool on in the past), it will always fail to detect a subject or background. I have uninstalled/reinstalled Lightroom, I have checked for needed updates on my GPU, and a couple other troubleshooting tries with no change. How do I fix this??

Just a note to say I love the new pin album feature on Lightroom Web. I really hope that feature comes over to all the Lightroom apps!

I can't find any files on the local browse, even internal drives. It same happened when I run with administrator privileges.

¿Hay alguna forma de imprimir fotografías desde Lightroom? No desde Lightroom Classic, sino de Lightroom

I recently updated my Mac OS to 15.3.1, but now although my LR thumbnails appear normal, when I open an image LR shows a completely altered tone, colour and brightness. This issue is not apparent on my iPhone, Ipad or laptop running Monterey, on other photoediting software or if I export an mage to Photoshop. Any thoughts or fixes very welcome.

 Have any of you encounted this error? How can I resovle this issue, ive tried to optimize computer but still have this issue. Could I have a weak GPU? ANy ideas?

Hi, since a several days I have a problem wit LC, it takes everything very long time and there is no possvibilty to import the photos, please help

 The attached photo is what I get after trying to open the mobile version of Lightroom I downloaded on to my mobile phone (Samsung 25Ultra). The photo show an anitmated version of how to remove unwanted object from your photo but, other than that, it does nothing Does not even open. Any suggestion as to why it does not open and work? I do have a paid subcribtion.   

G'day Everyone, I'm new to Adobe Lightroom and recently instuled what I think is the mobile version of lightroom on my new Lenovo chromebook duet. I've enjoyed editing JPEG photos on it but I plan to later edit more RAW photos as an avid wildlife and nature photographer. I heard you have to use lightroom premium in order to edit RAW files - is that true? If so, would it be compatible with my chromebook?  Also, how would I be able to disenable automatic cloud syncing of my photos in lightroom premium? I would like to use an external hardrive to store my photos and edits on rather than the cloud. Additonally, if I do sign up to lightroom premium for a year, the subscription apparently automatically renews which I assume means the payment would also be automatic. Is there anyway I can manualy renew and pay for another subscription? Thank you for reading my post and I look forward to reading any\all replies.Cheers,Caitlin
