Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello, I am using Lightroom Mobile v 10.2.2 to edit mobile photos on my Iphone 14 with newest software updates.  The issue is with photos I have edited some time ago, even images edited about one month ago. When I am on mobile internet - it is not possible to edit these photos anymore. It just shows "!" sign by the cloud icon and nothing is working - I cannot edit, delete edit or start editing from the beginning as photo shows as edited both on original and edited version. Most of the functions are greyed out. Only thing I am allowed to do is to export edited file. Is this a bug and can it be somehow solved? It is just stupid that I need to be on a wifi to change anything on the files I have edited one month ago, I even cannot start editing from scratch if the photo was edited before. It practically means that I need to be at home, at work or any other place where wifi is available to work on photos I have worked before. Is there anything that can be done?Thank

Recently I use LR 8.2 on my ASUS Vivobook Pro but when I try to edit my RAW files LR crashes every time. My screen goes Black and it comes on after a minute or so. See proterties laptop below. Is it possible to show a lightroom slideshow on a tv if I run an Android smartphone?

Hello,   Im hoping somone can help me. I have a huge lightroom file on my mac and its making it hard to upload other images to my computer. Its 230gb. I have copied the file and pasted it to an external hard drive and then deleted the original file that is on my mac but when i click on the backup file on my hard rive to open lighroom none of my catalougues or pictures are on lightroom anymore. basically i want to know how i can back up this huge file tha is taking up all this space on my and put it on my hard drive but still have my catalogues intact when i open the file from my hard drive. Any ideas? Thanks in advance

I want to move the Lightroom library file to a folder other than 'Pictures'. I can set the preferences, but Lightroom always re-creates the folder in the 'Pictures' folder. What I have to do?

 It is necessary to enable cloud sync in LR in the background because the new iPad display is OLED and I should not have it on all the time otherwise it may be destroyed. For example, I sync 500 photos and it takes about 8 hours and I have to have the display on for the sync to run. 

HiI want to move the Lightroom Library.lrlibrary to a different folder. There is a preference that appears to do this but the file doesn't move and if I delete the file it gets recreated in Pictures and not as per the setting in Preferences.Any ideas appreciatedRegards

This is a new problem (March 2025). I can apply check/flag and stars/ratings to photos, but I can't view ratings/flags in the grid view on my desktop (MacOS - up to date) as I could previously. I don't see "View Options" or any way of toggling this feature. It works perfectly fine on iOS on my iPad and iPhone. What happened to the old days when you could report a bug to the company, as opposed to posting it to the community? I find this frustrating, given what I pay for the product.

We take the protection of user data seriously, and you can opt out of any data analysis Adobe does to improve products and services.   Of course, you can select specific assets to reveal to Lightroom for the Device tab to browse. Hello, I have problem with Lightroom because I can't use the premium account functionalities. Every time I try to use the functionality, I get a message that says there is a problem come back later. I have a classmate that can use the premium account functionality with his school account. Why can't I use it. Can someone help me please ?

hey guys, I started using Lightroom to edit some photos for insta but the moment I send them to my phone it looks way darker than it is on PC, is this just how phones view the image or does Lightroom change some stuff (or even I use the wrong export settings)?  i know the phone one is a bit blurry (cuz I sent it to PC by Discord) but you get the point. idk if u can tell in these images, but if u take a look at the not screenshotted one, on ur phone and PC, you can tell the differences. this just might be the projected on different screens but surely there's a way to make it look exactly the same

Have anyone found a solution to "Not enough free space availble" in Lightroom Downloader? In my case I need to download 4.2 TB to a external harddrive with 6.9 TB free space. I am running Win 11.   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]  

Hi, since I have the new iPhone 16 Pro the Lightroom mobile app won't load any new pictures I take with the phone. It only says: photo can not be loaded. Error Code A100000. dng_error_unknown - ReadNegative SmallOriginal. All the pictures I took with the old phone or new ones sent to me via WhatsApp etc still load just fine. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thanks so much! 

The colors are completely different. I've tried several import modes through Lightroom Mobile settings and doesn't work. When I try to import with other applications like snapseed it works perfectly with the colors being fully identified.Someone can help me for God's love, I no longer know what to do. I think of canceling my premium account

The new update makes the space bar to open or close the panel that we are working on instead of serving as zoom in zoom out option like before. Also this new blue square all over theplace is quite unncesary and can't be dissabled as far as I checked. Please developers understand that this program is based on FAST EDITING not making it more extra steps slow and annoying.
