Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hi,All my lightroom photos are gone after switching to different phone. Were they not suppose to be backed up to the could? I have a paid version of the app.

I'm editing on both an M1 MacBook Air and an M1 iMac. Both display HDR properly in the Lightroom app, but once exported, the lighting is not as intense--highlights are dimmed. I've tried exporting in AVIF and JPEG XL, with all available color spaces, with no result. I've tried viewing the images in Preview, Safari, Chrome, and Photos, but they all look identical, i.e. a little too dim. HDR Output is selected while exporting. A notice displays while exporting that "HDR is not visible in this preview," and the preview looks VERY dim, even dimmer than the final exported photos. I've attached a screenshot here. Obviously the colors don't look like they do in real view, but you can see there's a difference. Left is the Lightroom app, right is the exported photo.   Everything I've read online leads me to believe that MacOS Sonoma should be able to display HDR properly. Does anyone know why they are not exporting properly?

In mijn lightroom app lukt het me niet de premium functies vrij te krijgen. De optie om in je account te resetten wordt bij mij niet gegeven? Iemand enig idee hoe ik dit kan oplossen?

I finished editing 104 photos in Lightroom but its not letting me save the files anywhere. I treied the export and nothing happens, tried save locally and nothing happens. I can't figure out how to save and access them. Didn't realize it wasn't the classic until it was too late.  Any help would be appreciated. 

the program keeps crashing and failing  it started doing this about a week ago, and it is making it very difficult to get any work done. i have reported the issue several; times in crash reports and still having problems. i have re-installed the program, and tried to re-install an older version. nothing seems to help. the pic attached is a screen shot of what happens when the program crashes. editing the colors or light on the photo causes this to happen to the photo, then the program crashes. crashing and

Hi!  Due to airplane weight restrictions I need to use my Ipad (M1 Pro with 2TB storage) as my device to view and backup my photos while on a trip.  I'm a wildlife photographer so I may take many hundreds or even thousands of photos in 1 session.  I will be backing up photos from the card via Files onto the Ipad storage.  Then I would like to import them into Lightroom Mobile on Ipad so that I can view them properly.  The problem is that the import from Files is extremely slow: it takes about half hour for each 1000 photos (from 45MP camera - raw photos).  On my Macbook it takes seconds or maybe a minute.  Is this normal or is there something I can do to speed it up?PS 1: In case it's relevant,  I do not want to sync via Cloud - the volumes I work with are too large and the internet connections where I will be would anyway not allow it.      PS 2: due to the impaired way iPadOS handles files I do not want to import straight to LR a

I'm looking for suggestions on how you manage your photos and workflow when shooting with a phone. After years and years of shooting with a high end DSLR, I now only shoot on my galaxy S24 Ultra. The optics aren't as good as my DSLR, but the software/camera is darn good and the convenience isn't even comparable, especially when traveling.  My workflow is simple:Shoot with Galaxy camera (I don't use the LRM camera because it doesn't take full advantage of the phone's hardware) Import into LRM. Edit there or on Lrc. Share photos from LRM for texting, etc. It's simple and works except when I want to share in a phone app that doesn't have LRM integration. For example, my grandfather has a Skylight device that I can send photos to and he can see in his  home. LRM doesn't integrate with it. It only looks at the jpegs on the phones Gallery app. So I have to export photos from LRM to the gallery app on my phone, and now I have duplicates on my phone when look

Since I switched to an HP Victus I can't see anything on the display screen in After Effects or Lightroom. I've tried several YouTube tutorials, none of them can fix it. No previous version works, neither does the beta version. what can I do? I need it for work!

Moin Ich habe schon länger PS & LR als Abo und am 29.Jan. wurde auch abgebucht, aber nuee Credit um die KI zu nutzen habe ich immer noch nicht erhalten.Da steht immer noch 0/250 und LR schmeisst auch einen Fehler.Was mich viel mehr daran nervt ist das es keine EMail oder Chat gibt um mit Mitarbeitern von Adobe dadrüber zu reden.Ist das deren ernst ?

Hi, ich ging davon aus, dass wenn ich ein Foto auf dem iphone mit LR mobile bearbeite, aber das original foto lösche, dass dies dann ebenfalls nicht mehr in LR verfügbar ist. Wird also auch das Original Bild in LR gespeichert obwohl es aus der Foto App im iphone gelöscht wurde?

I use Lightroom, not Classic, daily to process photos.  I am now trying to process video from my Canon R5 and it runs so slowly that it is unusable.  I simply want to do some basic clip trimming and color adjustments.  While I have been able to do those things, I have to wait a minute or more just to open a different clip to apply edits.  I have done everything I find online to speed up LR, but nothing seems to work with video.  What am I doing wrong? Using Windows 11, a 8 GB graphics card, 32 gb RAM.  Thanks!

I am trying to import a big project into my Lightroom CC. I've done this hundreds of times without issue with this exact card. I tried to import all the files at once, but they all showed up with an error code and did not let me import. I then tried to import them in smaller groups, this worked for the first half of the card, but the other half of the files still show up as error codes. I can open these files in Camera Raw and in Preview on my Mac so I don't think it's an issue with the card or with the Nikon files. The files are starting to change from NEF files to xmp. files as well which I don't know what that means or what issues it may be causing. This is a very important project so I would really like to figure this out if possible, any advice would be greatly appreciated. My Lightroom is also updated to the latest version. 

Hi, I believe I've come across a bug. I've recently started trying to edit IR images that were taken on a Full Spectrum converted camera (Sony RX100M6). I've sync'd some custom profiles from Lightroom Classic to Lightroom (cloud) then to LR Mobile on my iPad.    The editing works like a treat with my profiles/presets that I've am using. Once I am finished with the editing, the filmstrip at the bottom of the edit screen, and then when I exit that screen into the folder view, the preview thumbnail of the image look correct, however, once the image has sync'd to Adobe Cloud, the previews change and the thumbnails no longer apply the edits correctly, in that the thumbnails are all Blue, or Green, etc, depending on the preset used. If I look on my computer for LR Classic and LR (Cloud) they both look correct there, just on the iPad LR Mobile it is wrong.   I attach a screenshots of both the edit page which looks correct, but the thumbnail isn't and also one of the folder view

Dear team, I'm using one plus 11r with Android 13 and light room app version 8.5.2.   When I try to launch camera from the app, it doesn't open. It shows black screen with camera icon on it. And i have tried the following: 1. Clear the cache and data 2. Verified the camera permission. 3. Restarted the phone.   After all of this, same issue.

Hallo liebe Community, Ich nutze das normale Foto Abo mit 20 GB cloud speicher. Das ist natürlich nicht viel und so frage ich mich, ob man auch einen anderen Cloudspeicher verwenden könnte. Ich habe bei Apple ausreichend Cloudspeicherplatz und würde diesen gerne für die Synchronisation nutzen. Ist das möglich?

I Am getting really REALLY annoyed with Lightroom!!!! Not only is it taking ages-and I'm talking several hours-to edit a photo, I now wait 3 or 4 minutes for an AI edit and suddenly a message comes up... ''We Are Experiencing Delays Due To High Demand, Please Try Again Later'' ...what the hell is going on???? This is like some sort of softwere from the late 1990s!!!!  And after about 10 edits the spot removal tool is a total waste of time!!!! Its taking 6 or 7 seconds to edit one little spot on a scan of an old 35mm negative. These negatives are covered in spots, probably 30-40 per photo but I'm told ''thats not what the spot removal tool is for''...excuse me, what is it for then??? I'm removing spots with it!!!!!!! And the AI, half the time it comes up with a message saying it cant edit a photos because of a breach of their guidlines!!!!! I'm editing a photo of a Punk Rock band from 1982 standing on a railway station, what guidlines am I breaching???? ADO

I just did a fresh install of Windows 11, and after I reinstalled Lightroom, all of my cloud albums are listed, but there are no photos in them. My cloud storage s full ((indicating the photos must still be there...somewhere) so I wanted to start off loading a bunch of older stuff. But it looks like it did something with all of them and I can't figure out how to get them back. I imagine they must be out there somewhere. Anyone encounter this of have a suggestion?

Hallo,ich habe ihnen 3 Bilder angehängt.das erste zeigt das ganze Bild ohne die Bearbeitungsleiste.Öffne ich nun die Bearbeitungsleiste sehe ich ein Teil des Bildes gar nicht mehr.Öffne ich das Bedienfeld um das Bild zu beschneiden, sehe ich da komplette Bild.Vor dem letzten Update hat sich das Bild beim Bearbeiten z.B. der Hellligkeit auch verkleinert, damit man das ganze Bild sieht.Sollte ja bei einem Bildbearbeitungsprogramm wohl auch so sein. Verkleiner ich das Bild mit der "COMMAND -" Kombination wird es zu klein.Ich arbeite an einem Macbook Air, mit Sequoia 15,3GrußStefan Donnerstefan.donner@gmx.de

Beste, Ik heb een map met foto's geïmporteerd in lightroom en op een externe schijf geplaatst. Ik kopïeerde de map naar de vaste schijf van mijn computer. Ik wil ze bewerken van op mijn harde schijf ipv op de externe schijf. Het lukt mijn niet om aan lightroom te tonen dat de beelden op mijn vaste schijf te vinden zijn. Hoe doe ik dat. Ik vernam dat het bewerken vlotter gaat als de foto's op de vaste schijf staan ipv op de externe. Wie kan mij helpen aub? Els
