Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Bonjour,L'outil "effacer", avec ou sans IA, ne donne plus de résultat depuis 2 semaines, malgré les redémarrages. Faut-il réinstaller Lightroom? 

 The software itself claims there are no sub-programs installed, yet it refuses with this error message.I rebooted.Also there are no programs by adobe in windows "add or remove programs"

Hi all! I'm trying to search and flag specific photos from a "Copy list" but Lightroom CC is only allowing me to do 4 max at a time. Any more than 4 and it says "Oh no! A black hole." Is anyone else experiencing this or have any tips on how to flag more than 4 pics at a time?  Thanks in advance!

I'm using a Mac computer at work that is running macOS Ventura version 13.3. The processor is 3 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i5, and graphics is Radeon Pro 570X 4 GB. My lightroom app is downloaded to the most updated version (6.2) and every time I try to open the app it shows the splash screen and then crashes immediately after it loads through the splash screen. But I don't get a pop-up of crash report or anything. However, I do know that on my phone, I've been getting a message on the cloud icon of lightroom saying I have used 81.14GB of 100GB cloud storage and that I should start considering deleting unneeded photos. I'm not sure if this has anything to do with it crashing on my Mac because it works perfectly fine still on my iPhone and my personal Windows laptop. Help would be appreciated.

Hello, just wondering if there's a way or a work-around to drag and dropping photos outside of Lightroom. We want to be able to find and then import photos from Lightroom to Canva one-by-one (rather than finding all at once and exports at once to then drag into Canva one by one) but can't seem to figure it out. How do I open a raw file in Photoshop from Lightroom Desktop?  I am wanting to use the Adaptive Profiles in Adobe Camera Raw, but it keeps opening as a TIFF in photoshop?

Welcome to Adobe Customer Service I have a Lightroom account for two years. I used it and my phone was rooted. Unfortunately, the account is not open except on my phone. Currently, I have the email: account@lightroom.com I forgot the password and I need the account and the pictures on it and I don't know how to access it At the request of Adobe employees, I use access to the account and enter it, even if they need to confirm an existing identity. One of my greatest uses of Lightroom Classic is using it to sequence publications by arranging images within a collection.  Its done easily by left clicking on the image and dragging it elsewhere in the collection to create a sequence by simply rearranging the images.  However, after downloading Lightroom CC, I seem unable to do this inside of albums.  It seems the only way to rearrange the images is by allowing Lightroom to sort them by some type of specific data (file number, capture date, rating, etc).  Is there something I am missing or some simple command I can't find that allows me to rearrange the images by simply dragging them inside the album? 

The brightness and vibrancy of my photos (taken with an iPhone 15 Pro) noticeably decrease after uploading them to Lightroom. Any help?   [moved from bugs to discussions according to the community rules - Mod.]

Jumping back into lightroom after some years out. I'm trying to adjust some specific things in my export (specifically limiting file size and selecting PPI), but I can't find these settings anywhere. When I click export -> custom settings, I can adjust the Adobe preset to JPEG small, large, or original + settings, but I have no detailed settings. Screenshot of my export window attached. 

Hi, all. I am using the new desktop LR (Local) to cull and do RAW edits. I would like to have my edited files exported with the suffix of edit_(filename). I'm guessing at this point the answer is no, but is there a way to do this? Right now, I am exporting to PS and giving the name I want there, but it would save time to be able to add the edit_ prefix within LR. Thanks.

I'm using Lightroom Mobile on my iPad and am using the cloud-based ecosystem and desktop app (so all my library including RAW files are synced online). I am trying to clean up storage on my iPad to determine if I can live with a smaller storage amount when I upgrade. In the process, I'm trying to reduce the size of my Lightroom Library in the mobile app. It's over 70GB with over 33,000 photos synced for offline access. I think that number is high, and I've been able to identify at least some photos seem to be keeping the RAW file stored locally instead of stored in the cloud. There are photos that were last edited over a year ago that still have the RAW file stored locally. My current troubleshooting efforts:Confirmed "Only download smart previews" is turned onCache size limit is 10GBI have cleared the cacheTried offloading and reloading the app(I have not tried deleting the app, as I don't want to have to resort to that every time I need to clear out raw files.) Despite

Crop tool will not move smoothly whn cropping an rotating an image with masks on it. Trying to crop an image with basic brush masks in order to test compositions. It jumps and stutters. switching to an image basically identical to it will enable very smooth cropping.  I have a video to showcase this issue if needed, however it is too big to upload

If I turn on the camera through the camera shortcut widget created by the user on the home screen or start screen rather than the app icon, I cannot take pictures by pressing the volume button. However, if I access the camera using the icon or turn on the camera through a widget while the app has already been launched, I can use the volume button to take pictures.So to check for errors, delete Lightroom from the list of recently used apps and then access the camera shortcut widget.Thanks.

Hello,  I have been trying to use lightroom recently and have been having issues my laptop is updated to win 11 and isnt displaying the photos on the app but when in browser it shows the images I had "the graphics processor as encountered an unrecoverable error." show up and I reset my preferances, updated graphics card, deleted and reinstalled lightroom, and cleared the cache. I am still finding the images either not loading or showing up as a white image in the side view i can see the photos are existing and browser mode supports the proof of the images existing. I have a premium Lightroom subscription but when I login to my account on my iPad it doesn't detect my subsciption. Does anyone have a solution? 

I recently upgraded my phone to the iphone 16 pro, and all of sudden my photos when added to lightroom are automatically now adjusting to be brighter when i go to apply a preset now. Its really odd and way overexposed before adding a preset. I went to import settings and clicked Camera Settings and clicked off HDR. I just have no idea what to do.

I subscribed lightroom with premium, But some features not enabled to use like 'Select subject' and more subscribers features.Please, enable the features to continue my creations.

Mi actualización de Lightroom (8.0) Ha dejado de funcionar correctamenteDescargue la nueva actualización hace como una semana y al abrirla tarda demasiado en abrir y despues al querer hacer edición con mascaras especificamente en las mascaras se queda congelado y no abre ni cierra la aplicación. Revise si era complatible con mi ordenador y es compatible, abro otras aplicaciones como Photoshop, Indesign o Illustrator y funcionan perfectamente las nuevas actualizaciones.Tengo unas 1,500 fotos subidas a la nube de Lightroom, no se si sea por eso.AYUDA
