Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

While Exporting the Image iam getting these artifacts on my image . My Specs are : Mac Os Sequoia  M4 Chip Does anyone Know how to solve this issue 

Hi there, I only work with Adobe Photoshop Lightroom and I love it. Unfortunately, a client needs a 300 dpi-resolution image and I can't export it. I already edited all the images on Adobe Photoshop Lightroom (Cloud version). What can I do? Should I transfer all the images to the Lightroom Desktop version - but how without losing the editing? Thanks for your help.

Hi - I recently changed my HDDs to consolidate several smaller drives to one larger one. I moved the files outside LR (I know.....) because it was easier and I knew I could just re-connect the folders quite easily - which I have done. However, what I failed to consider was the multitude of collections that I have. If I go into a collection in the Library view, the little exclamation mark is there saying the original file cannot be located (as it thinks it is on the old drive). When I select the option to locate it and navigate to the new location I get a dialog saying that 'the file is associated with another file' and LR won't accept the file in its new location (even though it is the same file with identical filename etc) Other than rebuilding all my collections from scratch (would take a couple of days I think) is there anything I can do to fix this? All I want to do is get the collections to accept the files in their new location. Thanks

I have taken light room premium version  then turn off auto renewal in the same day But now I can't avail it . Subscription was taken for one month. Amount was debited and subscribed version can't use

I've been using Lightroom fine for a while now. Then today I cannot sync my photos to the cloud account. internet connection is fastI deleted all the new images (completely) and tried again with a single image to see if it was the size of the images. Still nothingI've checked in Deleted files and deleted everything to ensure nothing is stuck syncing stillI've gone to lightroom.adobe.com to make sure there are no Sync Errors or anything sat in DeletedI've closed Lightroom down fully and restarted Nothing. Any suggestions? 

Hi Brains Trust, I rellay hope someone can help! Last night I was importing around 3000 photos into my Lightroom. I had attached my camera and the photo were copied into the program so I cleared the card (🤦‍♀️). At around 1600 imports, 1400 to go, Lightroom stopped importing and now I'm missing those last 1400 photos... is there any way I can get them back? Thanks in advance

I am on the road with an iPad Pro.  Each night I import my photos from the day using an SD card adapter.  I import them to an album named for this particular trip.  The album is set to "store locally" so I can readily edit them in real time while traveling.  I then format the SD card and re-use it the next day. It is not clear to me whether the images are also being uploaded to the cloud.  I want to make sure they are, in case my iPad is lost or stolen. Does "store locally" mean ONLY store locally, or does it mean BOTH upload to cloud and also store locally?I would prefer not to have to toggle the "store locally" switch each day, because then I will have to re-download the entire album. I have researched this issue online with care, and was unable to find an answer.

Hello. I have a really annoying problem where Lightoom automatically resets the temperature and tint of an image after viewing another image.    For example: Go to a photo > Change temperature and tint > Move to another photo > Come back to the original photo. Looks fine. > Again, see another image > Now the temperature and tint are reset! Why????   Notes: - This only happens on DNG RAW files, not JPEGs, nor CR2 files. I tried - Only the temperature and tint are reset, any other settings remain as they are (Exposure, contrast, crop, effects, etc).  - The camera is a Ricoh GR3  - Lightroom CC latest version, Mac - The files are stored on disk, not synced to cloud   I have attached a video that shows this problem on two images, but it happens on all RAW files.

Fiz o download do Lightroom, porém, ao abrir o programa logo em seguida ele apresenta um erro para ser reportado e o programa fecha automaticamente. Já desinstalei e instalei novamente, não possui nenhum erro de compatibilidade do sistema mas o programa não abre de jeito nenhum. Alguém já passou por isso pode me ajudar? 

On my computer, I have 62 black boxes where deleted pictures use to once be, taking up storage. They do not appear on my phone app. How to I get rid of those? I keep trying to delete but it's not working and the number is growing. Hi, I paid for premium Lightroom mobile some months ago and it was working well. Recently the last time I use it, it was find. But yesterday I open the app, it required me to sign in. I'm not sure that I sign in before (Adobe/Facebook/google). I never delete my app.I signed in with my email which I use in App Store. I tried to restore purchase many times, but all I got is "Duplicate Purchase - This subscription has already been purchased from the App Store with a different Adobe ID".My phone is iPhone 7, still getting charge monthly by my bank but all the pictures, my presets and the premium functions are gone.Please help. What can I do to get them back?Thank you Anna

A couple of weeks ago because my internal chromebook storage was nearly full so I moved my files to the much larger sd card.  Since then nothing but problems but I must first state partly I think it's partly my fault because I stopped syncing (not quite understanding what this did) several months ago, so when the photos were transferred alot of them came up grey , in fact I think they all did.  If a support person had told me to just sync the files at that point I think I would have been Ok (don't know this for sure though) but they didn't although I think I must have done this for a minute or two because the photos all briefly reappeared until I turned the CB off and when I turned it back on they were not there so when I turned it back on I didn't hit sync again not understanding at that time it's importance.  Anyway, losing my patience, I then uninstalled LR and re-installed it.  At that point I completely lost about 35GB of unsynced photos.  Doubtful if I wi

Company adobe account. Used for 5 years. This week it was swapped from a adobe normal log into the cloud system to a company single log in.  Same email so I assume same account.  Lightroom has lost all its settings and folders.  Surely this is held local ?  Any ideas how to get all my presets back ?

Hello,I got my brand new Nikon Z8 yesterday and tryed it for a shoot.In lightroom i normally worked with Sony RAW's and they always "looked" like RAW.Now when i watch the RAW's from my Z8 all my shots gets a automated colorprofile from lighroom. When i watch this .NEF File on windows i can clearly see a Color Difference between Lighroom and Windows Photo Viewer. (First is Lightroom, Sec is Windows)The Colorprofile from Lightroom (Camera Flat) looks different from my Windows Photo ViewerCan anybody help me please 🙂

Massive storage issueI have noticed as of the last few days that my storage for Adobe Cloud via lightroom is almost full. So I proceeded to delete deozens of folders full of images. Upon further review it did not remove the photos from "All Photos" and in turn has not decreased my the amount of storage used and still prompts me with a warning. I have reached out to Adobe support that has informed me that i have to now go through "All photos" and delete them one by one. I have over 50,000+ images that i now have to go through because the photos were not deleted when i deleted the folders. This should be fixed from Adobe so that when a customer deletes a folder it will also delete the images inside it and remove them from sync, thus keeping storage levels down.  1. My storage is close to the limit, how can I delete a lightroom folder along with all pictures in the folder to save storage? Thanks!
