Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Shot some images using my IPhone 15Pro today, using Lightroom for Mobile, and noticed the geotag location information is incorrect. I was stood on the English side of the Severn at Severn Beach but the geotag was in the centre of Chepstow. Images shot using the native camera app had the correct location. All to much for my little bear brain. Any ideas? I'm using the IOS 18 Beta. Possible cause of problem?

My "recent" folder on my IPad version of Lightroom contains 47,000 photos, which is my entire library.  How to I limit the number of photos in that folder to truly recent photos? Thank you.

Hey guys Adobe delete all my content on Lightroom Mobile.1500 Photos...any idea what I should do?

I bought the ipad version thinking it would transfer over to desktop. If i cancel my subscription for the ipad version and just keep lighroom for the desktop, will it continue to work on my ipad or do I have to have both subscriptions in order for it to work cross platform?

I'm having trouble creating a B/W preset, using the latest Lightroom for mobile (iPad Pro '11).Firstly I edit my image using Gray mix to bring down luminosity of blues, and push up oranges and greens for skin & foliage. Then, when I generate my preset I make sure that 'Black and white mix' is ticked (under 'Color'). The newly generated preset will then apply all my setting EXCEPT my Gray mix values. How can I fix this? thanks.

The keyboard shortcut P for flagging photos opens and closes the left side panel instead of flagging/picking photos on my and my wife's Macbook Pro runing IOS12.2.1 and Lightroom Version 6.1.   Shortcut works on my ipad.

Hi!I'm using the latest version of iOS on my iPhone and Lightroom mobile.When I export an image from Lightroom to the iPhone's photo gallery, the image shows the export date instead of the original capture date. I've checked and confirmed that all export settings in Lightroom are correct. I've tried different export methods, but the issue persists. The rest of the EXIF information remains intact; only the date is being modified. What could be causing this problem? Is it possible that the iPhone is changing the date due to the app? Any suggestions on how to resolve this would be greatly appreciated.

Hello. I'm someone who enjoys editing photos with Lightroom Mobile through the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. I used to edit photos with my fingers, but this time, I tried editing with the S Pen. However, I encountered some strange issues. Here are the strange points:( video material : https://photos.app.goo.gl/jWiTJTVEc9okHvFGA) 1. 'Color Mix' doesn't work properly - As shown in the attached video, the color values change abruptly when I bring the Pen close to the image.2. Even after exiting 'Color Mix,' the user interface doesn't close properly - As seen in the last part of the attached video, color mixing-related interface elements remain at the top of the user interface. To get out of this issue, I had to exit the photo editing altogether. The problem is that all of this only happens when I use the S Pen. I'm using the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra with Android 13 and One UI version 5.1. The Lightroom Mobile app version is 8.5.2.  

I'm a longtime user of Lightroom CC and have been using the Collaborate feature since it was added. A team member who previously was able to edit and contribute has lost those abilities and can only download .jpg files. I've verified that the invite is correct. I've also created a new album for the images and resent the invite. No luck. I even added the images to an older album that he previously had editing abilities to, yet we are still experiencing the same issue.  We are both using the latest version of Lightroom CC (currently 7.5). Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

Servis zusammen ... ich habe ein Problem. ich habe von Woodland Present ein Filterpaket zur Fotobearbeitung . Jedoch funktioniert es nicht da LR den Dateityp nicht unterstützt . die Download Dateien sind gezipt . ich habe sie normal runtergeladen jetzt haben wir ein xmp Format  wenn ich ein Foto  von mir öffne und dann die Datei ( zip ) aus dem Ordner hole xmp und in lR einfügen möchte gehr es nicht . An was liegt das ? den sogenannten"katalog" gibts vei mir auch nicht unter bearbeiten . Kann mir einer schritt für schritt erklären was ich machen müsste dass es klappt ? vielen dank 😃

Hi,couple of days ago I was moving my photos from LIghtroom Cloud to Lightroom Classic, as I see now 4 photos are gone. Probably their names was the same (i.e. DSC05505) as phots in my Lightroom Classic cataolg. Is there any way to recover it?Best RegardsChris

LR masking isnt available unless i pay a monthly fee but i already have an Adobe subscription. Adobe says its free with a subscription. I'm signed in using the most current updates. 

When comparing two images in cloud Lightroom on Windows, both images pan together. It would be useful to have the option of panning them independently so that one remains fixed while the other pans.

After flagging the photos i like i i sort by flagged. i then send the batch of photos thought auto ai. after this i usually send them though denoise and here is where i find a issue. after i send them though denoise i end up with duplicates of the entire batch. i cant seem to find a way to sort them so i only see the new photos that have been sent though the denoise feature. anyone know a way for me to only see photos that have been though noise reduction?

Trying to figure out how to batch edit on my Android tablet. 

I saw another discussion about this, along with several non-Adobe pages, but can't make any progress.  I am currently working with 35 images in my All Synced Photographs folder. I keep it as empty as possible, only adding the photos I need to work on. They are RAW, each image around 25MB in size. Nothing crazy. I use Lightroom on my desktop, laptop, tablet, and phone. I've had the same workflow and setup for a while, and haven't encountered this amount of slowness before. Even when there were a lot more than 35 images in the folder.  The issue, syncing changes takes either a VERY long time, I'm talking upwards of 20 minutes for 1 image, or doesn't ever update/finish syncing. I have even removed all images from the synced folder and just had 1 image in there, which did the same thing. Some info that might help:- While it's syncing, there are no errors, it just says "Metadata" under the Sync Details/Errors section.- Internet speed: 450Mbps down, 55Mbps up, w

I have had this issue several times in the past but usually troublshoot it enough to figure it out. I culled a wedding of 12,500 images that shows as such on the cloud but will not sync to my macbook pro.  I am at a loss. 😞

Hello for some reason after I do a remix and click the check box the arrow circle just keeps spinning forever and never uploads. Just started doing this yesterday. Very annoying. 

Using Lightroom CC with 1TB photo plan. 6 devices - MacBook Pro, iPad Pro 12.9, iPad Pro 11, iPhone 12 Pro, iPhone XR. 49,240 photos. 50 folders, 550 albums.   Use case: use LR CC on MacBook Pro and Lightroom for iPad on iPad Pro 12.9. All other devices to view pictures/albums through the creative cloud iPad/iPhone app.   problem - the creative cloud app for iPad/iPhone doesn't show all the albums I have created. For clarity using files/lr files area in the app.  All the photos are there, just not all the albums. 500 albums there. 50 missing. Sync status good on all devices. Called adobe support but didn't get anywhere. I suspect there is a 500 album limit or something even through I don't find that documented.  Just strange that EXACTLY 500 albums there.  this has been a very painful transition for me.  Moved from Apple photos...

this has been causing major issues and I have tried so many things. Please help. Nothing will backup and it seems to slow down everything else in lightroom. The app has been loading literally all day.

I can see 2 options: "Adobe Lightroom for Ipad" and "Adobe lightroom Photo Editor"  I am using Lightroom cc 2020 (not classic) on my mac Many thanks 

When I open lightroom on my Mac, importing files is almost impossible. There is a search query. What am i supposed to enter in the query box? This is like windows 96. why does lightroom not offer a dialog box so I can be presented with openable files. When it comes to file management, Adobe lightroom is horrible and far behind the times, and yet it asks for feedback on the product. I have files on my desktop that I can't open. Lightroom states the folder can't be found. There is no folder, the image is right on my desktop. does the lightroom develop team EVER LISTEN to feedback?
