I've been in the middle of editing a session with RAW files, and all of a sudden all of the images from the session (including images I've already edited) have an error message "File appears to be unsupported or damaged." I'm unable to access them in the develop module. I've restarted my computer, ejected my hard drive and put it back in, and sometimes that has helped. I'm concerned because it's happening over and over more frequently. If it had initially said this with all of the images when I imported them, I'd assume it was a corrupt card. But doing this off and on makes me wonder if it's a Lightroom issue? I'm up to date on all of the updates. Any help would be very appreciated! Thanks
Depuis la dernière mise à jour de Lightroom (vers 9.4.3) pour Android, il est impossible d'exporter les images travaillées, peu importe le format d'image utilisé.

Since I am new to Lightroom I hope someone can help. Images imported images into Lightroom appear very dark and overly saturated. This goe for RAW aswell as for JPG files. If I ignore this and edit the file so it looks the way I want it and export is to a JPG the image appears way to light, washed out and very flat. If I view the same file in Windows (11) , Darktables or the Gimp it appeart just fine. Photoprints edited in Darktables look great. So the problem appears only in Lightroom; surely it must be a setting or something do not know yet. Has anyone experienced this, and found a sollution? The images below show: Raw file from camera, import into Lightroom, Edited in Lightroom, Export edited file on Windows.
every time i try to export a photo it freezes on this screen. Any ideas?
I'd like to paint straight lines while masking on LR mobile. Haven't been able to find any info on whether this feature exists for the mobile app. Any clues besides editing on desktop? Thanks
Adobe no longer appears to support LR6 and has no download links for re- installing LR6. I purchased LR6 4 years ago and is one of my go to editing programs. Does anyone know if it is possible to migrate LR6 to a new pc?

I manually custom sort the order of photos in albums, I select an album cover, however, if I need to move the photos to a different album, the sorting I spend time doing disappears.. is there any way around this?
I've been experiencing issues with photo merge over the last few days. Been trying to merge multiple photos (always in stacks of three). Either Lightroom doesn't start the queue, which happens mostly. Or it does one or two and than stops again. Any suggestions what the underlying issue is and how to fix it? Thanks.
After editing metadata of picture become as time of editing even it was two years old
Every time I try to launch lightroom 7.4.1 on windows 11 on my windows desktop, I receive two erros messages. One says there is some kind of catalog error and the other says something about initializing an organization module. after the error messages, the app is technically open but just has a blank grey screen. This problem is not occuring for any other app, and is also not occuring on my macbook.
I'm running Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 7.4.1. All my raw files are backed up to adobe cloud storage. I recently had a local hard drive failure and would like to download the photos to a new drive, both as a back up and so that I can edit them off line. Is there a way to replace the files that I lost, with all the organization, edits and keywords? I see that I can export originals and settings, but will that sync up with the photo I already have stored in Lightroom or will I end up duplicating everything?
Hi all,I'm prety sure it's my own fault, but I can't find any option to add my own prests for export in Lightroom (not classic). In LrC you can add your own presets and use several presets with one click.I'm missing this in Lr.Hope you can held.Rgds,Martin

I am looking to upgrade my laptop to something that can better handle (1) large photo files (45 mp) and (2) speed up Lightroom Denoise (currently takes 10 minutes or more). I keep my catalog on my laptop and store my photo files on an external SSD. I would like reccomendation with regard to laptops you are actually using with good results. I know denoise can take seconds instead of minutes (YouTube videos), but I don't know what equipment the posters are using. Thanks in advance. For reference, this is what I am currently running:Lightroom Classic version: 13.4 [ 202406181129-60d181b7 ]License: Creative CloudLanguage setting: enOperating system: Windows 11 - Home Premium EditionVersion: 11.0.22631Application architecture: x64System architecture: x64Logical processor count: 8Processor speed: 2.3GHzSqLite Version: 3.36.0CPU Utilisation: 3.0%Power Source: Plugged In, 100%Built-in memory: 12084.4 MBDedicated GPU memory used by Lightroom: 23.2MB / 128.0MB (18%)Real memory available to
I searched outside the forum and it's extremely difficult to find anything that isn't using Lightroom Classic. I searched inside the forum and found a bunch of old stuff from 2020... I'm TRYING to do SOME things in Lightroom (for those times when I could use a basic image browser - Lightroom - instead of Lightroom Classic), and I have a couple dozen images I want to rename - just change the filename. I figured instead of using Bridge, which is painfully slow these days, I'd hop into Lightroom (not Classic since the images are not in a LR catalog) and do the rename there. Unfortunately, I can't find the equivalent of the LR Classic Metadata where I can change the filename... Since the whole point is to SEE the file as I'm changing the filename, making the changes in a file browser is poor, and not being able to change the filename in Lightroom makes that less useful than Bridge. I presume I'm missing something obvious, but... I'll switch
So I had a photo in Lightroom mobile I was going to post to Instagram. After I saved it to my camera roll and posted I realized the image had this awful gridded aberration almost as if I had taken the photo through a window screen. I finally found a work around which was to “export original” as opposed to “save to camera roll” from the lightroom mobile app share button. That completely gets rid of the grid. But does anyone know why this is happening? I’ve included a link to the photo in my google photos app so y’all can see what I’m talking about. Shared album - Michele N Manco - Google Photos
I have about 1K jpg files. They are digitized Kodachrome slides. I'd like to level the horizon, increase the exposure, bring out more color, etc. depending upon what I see. Is there a simpler way to edit a small group of jpg files? Or do I have to edit each one?
