Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Hello! I have Nikon Z7II and I can't set white balance more than 8900 K. If I set on 10.000 or 9000 K white balance on camera, in lightroom it appears 8900K only. I use the lenses: sigma 35, nikon Z 35 and nikon Z 50 and no one can't set the white balance.

In particular, can you now export a collection to a Google album?

I was prompted to upgrade my plan because storage was full. Since I did this the masking tool has been unable to detect people and after trying isn't able to use any editing tools.  I've uninstalled, reinstalled, changed plans, etc.  PLEASE HELP!   [Moved from ‘Bugs’ to ‘Discussions’ by moderator, according to forum rules. I am very new to Lightroom.  I would like my shared albums to reflect what I see in my album on my desktop application.  If I have more than one photo in the stack, the entire stack is reproduced on the shared album in the cloud.  For example, if I have made adjustments in Photoshop, and then adjustments in Lightroom, I have two photos in the stack.  This has the effect of showing the "before" and "after" for each photo.  I would like to just display the "after" on the cloud.  What is the best practice for forcing the final version to the cloud?  Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, How can one turn off the "useful" [sic] tip pop-ups? When I open the masking feature, I get a pop-up that prevents me from seeing what I want to mask! Thank you!

I have an iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 17.5.1) and I’m experiencing issues with Lightroom Mobile. When I drag or zoom in on RAW files, it’s not smooth and it lags.I used to have an iPhone 12 Pro Max and it worked perfectly. Does anyone know how to fix this?.Thanks.

I recently started using a Samsung s24 ultra, and now if I edit any photo in lightroom, instagram won't upload it? ( unedited photos will upload)

I'm not exactly sure where to put this because it's happened with photos exported from both the iPad version and LRC. Here is what happens, some photos I've exported as jpegs can't be uploaded. Even when I use the same exact export settings across different photos, they just won't upload. This happens when I try to upload on different websites like Twitter, Bluesky and Reddit on my iPad using Safari or Firefox. It's also happened in the Bluesky app and in the Apple Support app (when I was talking to them about this). I'm not sure where the problem is coming from. I did a screen recording showing how it behaves when I try to upload some photos. As you can see, it's two very similar photos, they have the same dimension and are both jpegs. The one that doesn't work is a little bigger, but I got no problems with other photos that are even bigger. I only show two photos here, but this has happened with many other photos too.Does anyone know what is causing this? (Of course I'

I just excitedly, potentially, foolishly migrated my Lightroom Classic library to the new Lightroom CC.It's been powering along with the upload - my library isn't huge at 200gb, and the fibre has held up well.  The app is now stuck 'Syncing 1 Photo', and has been for hours. Looking at network traffic in/out of my machine I can see there's nothing happening (unlike the 20mb/sec I've been seeing for most of the day).  So I don't think there is actually an upload happening.Is there a way to debug and find out what single image is potentially stuck?  The new interface is very light on information.Things I've tried...Restart Lightroom CCRebootRunning: Mac OS 10.13 High Sierra, v1 Lightroom CC

Hi guys, I was recently just logout of my Lightroom (currently on iPhone 7+), when I logged in back I couldn't find any of my pictures there. It's like a brand new account. Does this mean I've lost my pictures? 

Can someone help me show me how to increase my cloud storage space? According to this page it is a selection I can make in "manage my plan" but I only see the "cancel my plan" option.  

Lightroom CC has a transformation tool that allows the user to streighten angles in a photo.  This feature should be added to Lightroom

I can't write titles or captions on photos in a shared album, with the Lightroom web app. I click in the fields, and nothing happens. There's no ability to edit text. (Screenshot attached)Is this a permissions issue? I'm not the owner of the album, it's been shared with me, and I'm set to be able to add and edit photos in the album. Is there a different level of permissions to write/edit the image titles and captions? We just can't work it out.

  Anyway I could not get the issue to go away so I decided to delete the Lightroom app from my iPad and start over. I reinstalled the app and was able to see all my photos that were uploaded. I like to store locally all of my folders on my iPad so I can make edits to any photos at anytime on the IPad if I choose to. So I started to go to each album and store select store locally. Everything was goign great and then I see uploading activity happening. How can this be hapening if I hadn;t made any changes to any photos onmy iPad. It has been saying uploading for a few hour now for only 11 photos. Again I made no edits on the iPad and this is a fresh install of the app.   I hope that makes sense.  Tengo un S23Ultra y despues de tomar la foto en Camera Raw e importarla a LR Mobile se ve comoLa primera imagen, si lo hago con el JPG no pasa nada, ya recibí asistencia remota de Samsung y me indican que es un error de la aplicación, ya el cache fue borrado y sigue igual. Algún comentario?

The photo I am trying to edit is selected in my film strip. On the film strip, it is showing where I most recently left off while editing. In the display, LR is showing the original version of the photo. How do I change the display to show the current edit? In the picture below, you will see that the filmstrip version is cropped, and colors have been altered, but these changes are not reflected on the main display. Note: I have already reset preferences. 

When I import one of my preset pack ZIP files into LRM v9.4 on my iPad Pro, it seems to import correctly. However, the individual preset names are wildly long. They adopt a [Group Name] / [Preset Name] naming convention. More importantly, none of the presets support the Amount slider. This is also true when the presets sync to LRD. None of the presets support the Amount slider there as well.Oddly enough, everything works as expected when importing the same ZIP file directly into LR Desktop. The Presets display the names I prescribed when they were first saved, and each preset supports the Amount slider.Steps to Reproduce:1. Import the attached ZIP file into LRM v9.42. Tap to apply a preset.Actual Result: The preset is applied but does not support the Amount slider, which should be.Expected Result: The preset gets applied AND supports the Amount slider.Any Workarounds: Delete the group and import the ZIP file using LRD.System Info: iPad Pro M1 - Lightroom Mobile v9.4 Build: 9.4

lightroom problems,  cannot open raw files from camera sd card on Samsung tablet, states cannot open any editable files. If I import files straight from camera when editing lightroom just closes after a couple of edits and I have to re open lightroom? 

I recently aquired a new phone, and went to redownload lightroom. I was no longer on the free trial, but the previous time this had happened, my account transferred fine. This time, when I logged in on my new phone, not a single picture showed up. I tried letting it load, refreshing, even logging in on other accounts just in case i had gotten my normal account wrong. Nothing works, and now all of my photos are gone. Is there anyone I can talk to and identify if my photos are still floating on the cloud somewhere, or if I am out of luck?
