When I go into settings on my iPad, it says that Lightroom (for tablet) is over 100GB. I have deleted over 7000 photos from the app thinking that would clear up space but it didn't. I turned on smart preview, so it wouldn't have originals downloaded. And I also went to another adobe app to see if any cloud files could be deleted, but I didn't find any. So I'm not sure why my app is over 100GB and would love help trying to get the app size down again!
When you connect an external display to an iPad, the screen currently simply gets mirrored. That's fine, but it could be utilized in a much more useful way. A simple improvement would be to only show the currently edited photo on the external display, similarly to how LumaFusion does it. Even better, however, would be to also alter the iPad screen to only show the sliders and not the currently edited photo, since it's already visible on the external display. That way the sliders could be larger and/or you could fit more of them on the screen at the same time. The iPad screen would then be fully utilized as a kind of control panel while the external display would only show the edited photo so one could see it nice and large. I am using lightroom mobile, recently after editing my photo if i switch to library or another phot all my edits will be lost. I am using a Samsung S23 Ultra for my edits.Thank you
Hello, I updated Lightroom after updating the operating system to the Sequoia macOS 15 beta 2 developer version. Now Lightroom 7.4.1 goes into crash as soon as you click on the "blur with lens" checkbox. Any workaround, please? I would like to understand if it is a problem with my macbook pro M3 or a bug. thank you! Salvo
Hello, same issue here and found more forums with same thing, any solution? Using S24 Ultra brand new.
Working with 45mp images Lightroom mobile is continuously crashing when I'm in the 'export' module.
I purchased the Lightroom premium subscription but the app doesn't recognize it. What do I need to do to make it work?
I have been using lightroom mobile for a year before and after a summer camp which payed for a linked subscription to the same email account. However it's been a year and I think the subscription has ended recently so when I logged back into my account every single thing was gone from my account. I tried accessing it through adobe cloud and nothing was there. However due to adobe mobile being free and not using the paid account for my edits they should all be there. The raw data should still be installed on my ipad in around 10GB i just have no access. Ive tried shutting my ipad down, logging back in both through google and cloud. I also don't have any access to costumer service because you apparently have to pay to get human services instead of AI? Any advice? very devastated right now.
I changed from Iphoto to Adobe Lightroom as I understood it was a better program. But when I now have started to use the program, it seams like I can´t create or export my albums to a photo book. When I google it, there should be some kind om "Book module", but I can´t find any in the program. Any one have suggestions?

I'm managing a large collection of photos and looking for efficient ways to organize and manage them within the Lightroom cloud-based ecosystem. I want to ensure my workflow is streamlined, and my photos are easily accessible and well-organized. Are there any specific strategies or features in Lightroom that can help with this? Additionally, I'm interested in learning how others handle their photo collections in the cloud. Any tips or resources would be greatly appreciated. [Advertising removed by moderator]
The other day I took a bunch of photos in the Lossless Comp (M) RAW Medium-sized format on my Sony A7RV. When I went to go edit those photos today, I noticed that some of the photos have the ability to perform denoising on in Lightroom, but say "Denoise is not currently compatible with this photo format". I read this post that suggests that all medium-sized lossless compressed files shot on Sony cameras are incompatible with the denoising feature in Lightroom. However, I found that I was able to use the denoise feature on some photos, but not all. It doesn't make much sense to me that all my photos were shot in the same format, yet only some of them are able to use the denoise feature. Why would this work for some photos but not all of them? Example photo where denoise feature does NOT work: Example photo where the denoise feature does work

After editing a client photo session in Lightroom, I exported them to my computer and to Pic-Time to share with my client. However, when I pull them up on my phone they look washed out instead of the golden tone i had edited them to. Any help?
Hi, I have Lightroom premium on my iPhone. When I get an email from adobe with tutorials from photographers, as soon as I press the 'see more' button all it does is open Lightroom with my photos showing and not the tutorial. am I doing something wrong or can someone tell me how we now access the tutorials?thanksalec
Hello 🙂 I have just transferred using Migration Assistant from my old MacBook Pro to my new MacBook Pro. In Lightroom, on my new MacBook Pro, I am now getting the following Error... 'Unable to Move Some Photos'Offline Source VolumesMacintosh HD is offline. Unable to move photos Any tips/advice/help would be much appreciated... Adobe agents haven't been able to help despite screen sharing. THANKS so much,-Pommegirl
I am a Germany based editorial photographer and I want to work with the Lightroom-Cloud and my iPad more and more since it's just a convenient way of working especially while traveling - even though the features and possibilities are still quite limited. My feature request: being able to drag&drop images out of lightroom on iPad into another app in split-view with preset export settings for that case. So maybe this is a very neiche problem, but - for my work I like to compose pictures to combine their visual elements and enhance the story telling as well as the visual appeal. For that I use to create exposés in apps like Keynote or other Layout-Applications. So on my Mac I used to export the files I want to put in the exposé onto my Finder and then import them into the application. Then on my iPad I could use the same files from the iCloud and drag&drop them with the apple pencil or my finger right into the layout-frame in e.g. Keynote. Thats very handy and a lot
Can I use the local feature using an external hard drive on my iPhone Lightroom Mobile app? Does the app on my phone have Local available, like on the desktop version? I only see "Device" which I believe is only my iPhone's hard drive.
Working in LR is great, however the constant syncing slows down my IPAD. If I want to sync something I will. Adobe stop treating us like ...
My Macbook shows a cloud limit of 1T, but my iPad and iPhone only show a limit f 100GB.
LR is saying insufficient space. So, here’s what I don’t understand. I have lots of drives, both internal and external but LR seems to insist on using my Windows system drive, C:, for importing photos. And there’s no way to change that. So, it’s apparently impossible for me to import my 900 GB of photos even though I have more than 2 TB of disk space available (on 😧 an internal HD) and more than 4TB available (on V: an external drive). But, LR apparently refuses to use that space. Instead, it has to use my C: drive which is nearly full. It occurred to me to import just half the files, thinking maybe that would work and then I could do the other half. Nope. Would have to import each of my dozens of folders individually. And, I'm still not even sure that would work after importing all those folders manually. So, if I want to use Lightroom, I guess I have to buy and install a big, new SSD, reinstall all my software and then maybe I could import all my photos?
I needed to re install the Lightroom app, as it wasn't possible anymore to upload picture. After downloading, and log in again the app is empty it's like a completely new and empty page, all my presets are away, all pictures ...
