Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I recently upgraded my storage from 20gb to 1TB.  The $20 charge came out of my account but it is still showing that my plan is 20gb.  I have tried signing out and back in but nothing has worked.  It upgraded on my mobile lightroom but not on my computer.  Send help.

Anyone else having issues with Lightroom CC syncing to the cloud? The photos upload to CC just fine, originals stored on hard drive. But they will not go further than that. I have been trying to sync the same set of images for over 24 hours with zero luck. Any fix for this? Tried deleting the mobile app, along with uninstalling Lightroom and reinstalling. 

Hola a todos , en la nueva versión de lightroom ya no existe la sección perfiles,  que tenia el perfil básico, moderno,  etc. No hay manera de recuperar los antiguos?  - no hablo de los pre ajustes preestablecidos que esos están,  si no de esos perfiles antiguos,  desde ya agradezco la información o si también les sucedió 

  While taking photos through the Lightroom camera I get shown an unreliable preview of the photo I'm gonna take, the preview is also full of color banding and artifacts which render the Lightroom camera almost unusable on my iPhone 13 Pro. Both iOS and Lightroom are the last available version. 

Hello. I'd trying to download a set of 25k files locally, for editing on the train. I have space on my device, and the photos are already in the cloud. The sync, however, is stuck. From looking at other posts, do I need to delete LR and reinstall on the iPad?

Would it make sense to turn on 5g to upload a bunch of raw files? Or is there a bandwidth limit?

I have the cloud-based Lr. I want to be able to save an edited photo to my desktop so I can more easily email or post it to social media. Is there a way to name that file when storied so I am not hunting through image #s? Thanks. 

I am a photographer and I have a new Mackbook but I want to know if the LC version will work on a ten year old iMac where I can no longer update the operating system. Currently running OS X El Capitan Version 20.11.6 

Hello,on lightrom (not classic),when Iedit pictures the sort order keeps changing after every single change I do to Custom order!I need it set up to file name or capture time, otherwise it will mess up the whole order and it is so anoying when doing hdr and panorama merge!!!!!!! How can I fixe this please??

Hi, I can not find a plugin manager. Regarding tutorials I've seen it is suppose to be in File menu, but there are only few options which  you can see in the picture. I woul really appreciate your help.

Hi, I have seem similar posts but none has provided a solution to my issue. I used to be able to use the 'edit in photoshop' feature on Lightroom (Cloud Based).  Once done in photoshop I simply flattened the file, saved and closed, then the file automatically transferred back in a stack to lightroom.While this still works on one of my computers (a 2017 MacBook), it does not on my more modern M2 - same version of the apps, and same preferences set on both computers. Photoshops pops a 'Save As' box to me when I hit save and defaults to write a PSD file (?) in a temp edits folder. I can close  PS but the file does not appear in Lightroom unless I import manually afterwards.  I have updated both applications; reset preferences - nothing seems to change it! Something happened recently to my Lightroom Mobile App.  It used to work great.  Take a picture, edit it with my preset and save to camera roll, email, message it etc.Now all of my presets are gone and I can't edit any images and there's this rolling blue circle that says "Loading Smart Preview" (NEVER loads) and where it says "Local" it says "Preview- not editable" I've turned off the cloud sync. on my phone.  Didn't do anything.The only work around is to turn off my phone and restart it.  But this wasn't the case before and I don't want to have to turn off and on my phone each time I want to edit a photo.I did recently subscribe to Adobe Creative Cloud.  Is this the issue?This seems really odd.  Adobe support was unable to help. Can anyone help or shine any light on what happened or changed recently and how to fix it?I just want to be able to shoot a picture with my phone, edit it in lightroom and use it from my phone.  No cloud storage, s

having difficulty transferring focus bracketed images from lightroom creative cloud to stack in photoshop 

I have been experiencing an issue when importing MP4 (and possible other types) of video files into LR, the actual capture time (verified in the actual metadata at the import source, such as a SD Card) is being advanced by 6 hours (I am in the West Coast US LA/Seattle zone). I intially suspected something wrong with the camera capturing the video, but upon further investigation this seems not to be the case, it occurs across multiple camers (DJI Drone, GoPro, Nikon DLSR). Still pics taken at the same times come across just fine. There are no presets that I know of being applied, I checked both my desktop installation (I dont even see an option for that) and the Mobile app (which has an option for RAW files - set to "use camera setings"). I am using the most current version (7.2 20240214-0910-27200e9 build) on desktop and V 9.2.0 in Android) although this problem has been happening for a while.  It happens on both WIN10 and WIN 11 OS machines. I took photos of a doggy swim in late afternoon light.  The dogs' colors are from white to black and every color in between.  I am shooting fast and the pool is half in bright light and half in shadows.  When I bring up the exposure and the shadows of some black dogs so you can see their facial features, vertical black lines (noise) appears.  Anyone have any good ways to lessen this? See dog on right. 

I would like to have something where it automatically takes like lines that we can't see or that we just ignore to finish the project.

Whenever I have Lightroom CC (version 7.1.2, but also the same happened when I tested 7.0 and 6.5) running my laptop's (DELL Precision 5560 with 11th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-11850H @ 2.50GHz 2.50 GHz , Windows 10 Pro) touchpad starts freezing. It'll get stuck for about 2-10 seconds, does not respond to anything, until it unfreezes and works just fine for a minute or two. Doesn't matter whether I'm using Lightroom actively or it's just open in the background and I'm using some other program, freezing still happens. However, if I plug in an external mouse there is no issue whatsoever. If I have Lightroom open and the laptop goes to sleep the whole touchpad disappears from device manager and only reappears upon restart when it's reinstalled. I have now had this issue for about a month, before that Lightroom had an issue with crashing every few minutes, but that was resolved with the newest update. Hi! Before the latest Lightroom app update I could scroll between images while editing them. Now that's not possible anymore and I need to go back to the overview and search where I left off. It's very annoying when I need to edit a lot of photos. Is there any way to solve this issue?

Hi, im struggling to understand the denoise feature... I have used it previously and the outcome was amazing. i went to use it again on photos from a similar shoot, exact same camera and CR2 settings and it says the feature is not compatible with this format? I had just updated the app but surely that wouldnt have affected this? Thankyou.

Hi  about two days ago I noticed my raw files from my Sony a7cii would import as black and white in Lightroom. It would preview in color and then once I select raw file and import it would change the picture to bnw. I have been using the program and it has never done that before. There is no options to colorize other than use profile set to match camera. If I were to try to use any other preset it converts it back to black and white and applies profiles in that color scheme which makes it look horrid. Please help!!!! 

Hi, When can Android users expect to have the option to add a border to our images when exporting as is currently avaliable for Apple users? If the subscription fees are the same for both users then the features should be the same also.
