Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

About 3 weeks ago I switched all of my cloud files over from a personal profile to a business profile. The process was very easy I just clicked migrate and it moved all of my Lightroom photos and edits over. Well now unfortunately I need to move everything back to my personal profile and I can't get anywhere. I was hoping and assuming it would be just as easy to move back.  The only thing I was able to find about automated asset migration appeared to be about migrating to an enterprise account (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/using/migrate-assets-to-enterprise-account.html) There is an article about manual asset transfer (https://helpx.adobe.com/enterprise/kb/transfer-assets.html) but I don't know why they would make it so hard to transfer back, when I switched over initally I pressed a button, it should be just as easy to go back. Anyone else experiencing this frustrating loop - effectively renders LRM for iPad useless to me - seems to be a bug with the latest version. After rendering for export flags a red message ' Settings could not be loaded - 2 of 21 photos have settings that are not fully synced.... I don't sync before export - never have - why suddenly does it need to???

When I try to quit Lightroom, I see a small blue window saying “Closing…” but Lightroom does not quit. The application continues to function BEHIND the little blue message window. If I leave my MacBook for an hour Lightroom still has not quit. The only way is to force quit.

As my phone has limited memory I would like lightroom to save photos to sd card as I take them. I have a samsung galaxy a12 with an sd card installed. All software is at the latest version.Norm Brown

I am using Lightroom CC with 1TB Adobe Cloud Storage. Would it be possible to assign LR CC to other Cloud Services as well, like OneDrive DropBox ?

I use LR Mobile on my iPhone or iPad to edit images. I'm mostly happy with the edits that I've done.When I go to LR Classic the images download and sync from the cloud, but the history state only shows the edits as one step coming from mobile.Often it would be nice to tinker with those edits and scroll back through them on the PC in LR Classic. For example to take off a vignette applied or completely revert to the start and get "part way" through the mobile edit to then continue with settings I use in LR Classic.Is there some way to show the steps from LR Mobile in LR Classic? Or is it an "all or nothing" situation?

  Hi everyone. I used to have a set of presets in my Adobe Lightroom on my mobile. However, in the past 2 months, the "preset" options had diaappeared. I just can't find it in my app anymore as shown no matter where I click.  Any idea how can I find back the "preset" option? Watching my travel pictures in Apples' Vision Pro is transformative.  Looking at a photo from an album on a 10 foot wide screen is almost like being their.  What I don't understand (being a total novice) is how to make photos in Lightroom Classic available as an album which the Vision Pro can display. 1.  There are some albums are there.  They seem to correlate to "Collections" in LR Classic.  I added a new collection in LRC hoping it would show up as an album but it didn't. 2.  Evidently albums are a feature of the Lightroom Cloud app.  I installed it, but it wanted to migrate my library.  I want to continue using LRC and was afraid that this might destroy my library so I didn't select this option. How do I enable Vision Pro albums while keeping my library in Lightroom Classic?  

For context, I have been trying to import photos for the past 2 days into the lightroom app and failing everytime. Not even one photo gets uploaded successfully. I just cleared a lot of space in my phone so I think insufficient storage can't be a problem. I also restarted my phone just in case but nothing improved. I don't want to delete and install the app again because I dont want to lose my years worth of progress so that's not an option. I have Lightroom Android V7.0.0Any help would be greatly appreciated!! 

Soy zurdo y uso tablet para editar, por lo que me complica utilizar bien la aplicación al tener los ajustes del otro lado de la pantalla, sería mucho más cómodo si se pudieran cambiar de lado los ajustes en Lightroom, para la gente zurda o que tengan alguna dificultad con utilizar el lado derecho de la pantalla. Hi, I use the free version of Lightroom but do have the paid version of Adobe (not sure if that matters or not). I used to have about eight presets I created on my own and maybe about four months or so ago they all disappeared! I really liked those presets of mine! I'm not sure if it's something I did to cause this or something else or if I'm not looking in the right area. Can someone let me know if there's a way to get them back. Thank you.

So I recently started shooting in raw but I can understand why my images look different in lightroom vs my normal windows photos previewer: Windows Explorer Photos:  Lightroom: Now on this photo its not a major deal, but there's some photos that have lost so much in the highlights/shadows.  I'm shooting with an X-T2 if that makes any differenceLightroom version: 7.2 x64

When viewing recommended presets in Lr for Android, you can filter based on a few top-level categories.Issue: When filtering by B&W, occasionally color presets are offered. Expected result: As a user, I would expect a B&W filter to only show me B&W presets.Actual result: B&W filter also mixes in color presets. Lightroom 9.2.0, Android 13 (latest) on Asus Zenfone 9. Clearing app cache does not fix it. Video attached.

I shoot photos in HEIF on my iPhone 15 Pro Max. I use Lightroom Mobile to edit it, and must save either in JXL or AVIF , otherwise the saved quality is somewhat overexposed and quite lossy with lesser details with JPG. But when I try to share JXL or AVIF on social media, it posts an even worse quality than saving as JPG from Lightroom Mobile, like highly overexposed, or posts some error image. If i take a screenshot of AVIF, even the screenshot is very bad. So basically what I have edited, I’m just not able to use from Lightroom Mobile at least. This was not so before, but just since some time. Attached is an example with the original HEIF, exported AVIF (not getting attached), AVIF screenshot, and exported JPG (not getting attached). The AVIF in phone shows much better than the original, and so does the editted image in Lightroom. The JPG is also displaying as a little overexposed with much lesser details.

Hi everyone. Recently picked up a 70-200 2.8 and its been looking good except for this. I've been seeing some motion blur even at 1/2000 shutter speed. Not sure why. Does anybody know what could be happening?

help! i permanetly deleted photos from my lightroom. i dont have backup. and i cant restore them. is there a way i can somehow get them back? they werent deleted that long ago!!

Hi. I've recently started using Lightroom Mobile on a Galaxy Tab S9 and trying to edit collections synced from Classic on my Windows desktop. Overall the experience is little short of a complete disaster - nothing works properly! There are so many bugs and problems that it is close to unusable. Yes I can technically sync an image and edit it but when trying to do real world tasks like editing a number of photoshoots with few hundred images in each of them it all falls down badly.  A non-exhaustive list of the problems I'm currently experiencing... 1. Copy / paste develop settings with masks included very often crashes the app. (version 9.2.0). When I hit paste it just kicks me out to the gallery view and I've to go back in again to find the photo I was working on. Trying again will usually do the exact same thing. 2. Thumbnail previews in the gallery don't update to show the edited settings - some do, some don't and there does not appear to be any way to force a reb

Did anyone else's zoom in/out tool change with the latest update? Mine used to zoom in a lot farther and would zoom in on whatever part of the photo I clicked on, but after I updated it the zoom tool now only zooms in a little bit and always at the top of the photo; I have to scroll down to the part of the photo I'm looking for. The scrolling isn't so much of a problem but I wish it would still zoom in farther. Is anyone else getting this change or is my lightroom bugging?

Hi everyone,I would like to know if there is any option to save your edited photos from lightroom to device with the same date they were taken on. Right now it always gets saved with the date I export them on. It's hard to know when that picture was taken in the past if I deleted files from the lightroom.

Paid for Lightroom Mobile premium in my googleplay. Can't access any premium features. The app says that it has expired but GooglePlay subscriptions says that it is active and will renew!

Hi there Recently, I got a new camera Leica D Lux -7.Then realized its raw file format "RWL" couldn't be read on LR mobile app but desktop app support it.I'm not sure why the supported file formats are different in between both platforms but I hope they'll be matched.
