Lightroom Freeze/Crash GPU: AMD Radeon rx 6700 xt, Windows 11 Lightroom version 7.2

 Good evening everyone! I'm here to ask if anyone has had the same problem as me. I own a Google Pixel 7a with Android 14 installed and Lightroom's version should also be the newest one. Recently, whenever I try it my raw files, Lightroom Mobile seems to be having problems with the White Balance options: whenever I set one of the default options such as Automatic, Daylight, Cloudy, Tungsten etc they all give my photos a green-ish tone which obviously has nothing to do with the photo itself. (You can see some examples in the files attached, I've uploaded how the unedited RAW file looks+how it looks with Automatic and Daylight settings)  Moreover, this problem happens only with photos taken with the phone, while it works just fine when editing photos taken with my DSLR and imported on Lightroom or when editing photos taken from the Lightroom camera. I also tried using another app like Snapseed and there the white balance options don't give the same resu

After the most recent Lightroom update on my Ipad, lightroom on my Imac errors with DNG files not compatible with this version. (version 5.5) Imac is late 2013 and cannot accept the new update. Anyone else have this problem? It worked perfectly fine until last week. 

Is it normal for the photos I export in Lightroom Mobile to have these saw teeth? The direct jpg from my camera looks less defined but without that problem, while the already edited and exported Raw presents that problem. I attach a photo of the comparison of the edited photo (left) and the jpg from the camera (right). And export settings.  

Hi. I recently changed my phone. I reinstall lightroom mobile on my new phone and am using the trial version. I only use the app for photo editing and I do not access or use the desktop version. When I log into my account, all of the photos from 2019 are missing. I only have record till October 2018. And in the app, it states that it is synced and backed up. I have uploaded many photos in 2019 and 2020 to the app. Theoretically, even when I change to another phone, all the photos that have been uploaded should be there. I previously change my phone too in 2019 and had no problem retrieving my photos at all using the new phone. But now the file syncing is incomplete and I cannot locate the uploaded photos from Oct 2018 onwards. Please help me to find the missing photos in my lightroom mobile app. Thank you.

Hello, Please excuse the stupid question as I'm new to Lr. I've tried some of the introduction tutorials but I'm struggling with the basic workflow. I've had a 'play' with some photos, to adjust settings etc., and it appears that Lr autosaves the photo? I don't know how to revert to the original photo (or how to perform a 'Save As' so that I can experiment with a photo). I'm sure I'm missing something basic and a simple explanation of how it's supposed to work would be much appreciated. For information, I'm using 'Adobe Photoshop Lightroom' version 7.2 and I have a paid subscription. I'm using a MacBook Pro and the OS is Sonoma v14.3.1.

  Hi All,I have the premium version of Lightroom for IOS, running on an iPhone 15 Pro. I am trying to edit 5.3k GoPro footage, mostly colour grading.However,  most videos, generally the longer ones (over 3s) cannot load or play, nor can I edit them. I get the following error when I try to play. Similarly, I've noticed it says the video is "local-not editable" I'm not sure what this means. Any help is greatly appreciated

I have a one year subscription to lightroom on my iphone. When the 14-day trial ended, I forgot to cancel my subscription. I have read the instructions on how to cancel. Unfortunately, my lightroom login account was disabled without my noticing. Is there any way to cancel now?

Hi all, I'm experiencing a really weird issue where when I try to export a set of photos to JPG, there is a very noticeable additional purple tint applied that is not present on the original edited photo (and doesn't show up if I export as RAW file formats). Anyone encounter this issue or know what's going on? I've tried modifying the color space / output sharpening settings to no avail and am using "Screen" and "sRGB" as my defaults. I'm on the latest version of Lightroom (3.3) and this is the first time I'm encountering this issue. It also strangely appears only for some of the photos in the same area (and with presumably the same general settings). Here's an example below:Original:  Export preview: 

Hello Team, On LR for iOS, HIF files from Sony and Fuji cameras can easily be edited, but not on Android, when will this file format be supported? Thanks,Maz

I am on 1+9 Pro LE2123 with Oxygen OS 14.0. Been using auto add to library from the device camera folder for years, but recently it stopped working. All permissions given to the app.

I deleted by my mistake the photos in Lightroom Cloud and after I uninstall the app.Is there any way to find my photos again?I didn't know that it going to be deleted in my smartphone too.Please helpThank you in advance 

 Good morning, I've got problem with RAW photos in Lightroom on S23 Ultra. In Samsung gallery RAW photo looks perfect but when I open it in LR, it makes these lines or halfcircles or I don't know how to call it and it also have different colors. Could somebody help me? Thank you

In my case Lightoom for mobile running on Android 12. 

Dopo l'ultimo aggiornamento, prima del 20-02-24, lightroom mi da errore nelle maschere sfondo e oggetto. Spesso si disconnette improvvisamente. Quindi devo rilanciarlo e rieditare le foto caricate in precedenza. Anche la funzione ritaglio funziona male. Windows è aggiornato ed esente da virus. Invece, l'app su smartphone funziona perfettamente. Che succede ?

I'm new to Lightroom and I want to set a custom aspect ratio. I see that I can do it manually, by specifying 'custom' in the crop window, but I want to use an exact width to height ratio. My friend tells me this is easy in Classic Lightroom, because there are fields to enter the ratio, but I don't see any in the 'all new' Lightroom.Any suggestions?Thanks!

Hallo, ich nutze Adobe Lightroom noch nicht lange, aber möchte ein Album als Diashow über mein Laptop abspielen.In der Lightroom Android Version v9.2.0. geht das problemlos, bei Lightroom Mac V 7.1.2. und auch bei Windows Lightroom 7.2. gibt es diese Option anscheinend nicht - ich kann sie jedenfalls nicht finden?Ist das ein Programmfehler oder so gewollt?

HelloI use Darktable on Linux to make basic edits on my DNG files, export as JPG and then run the JPGs through Lightroom (cloud version) to improve the exposure and "pop" .However, when I save/download the final JPGs from LR, I lose metadata. I need the "Derived from" info to remain intact so that I can find the original DNG file on my hard drives. The files I get out of LR say Derived from: type="Struct".Is there any way I can avoid this and retain the original DNG filename in this field?Thanks a lot!

So a while back I purchased the adobe Photography plan that included 20gb of storage, I thought I would just use it and wait for the storage to run out, so today, when it did I decided to upgrade to the 1TB plan when I upgraded it still told me that I needed to upgrade my storage in the Lightroom app (I don't use classic) but it shows it in Creative cloud instead, It's making syncing photos A LOT more difficult and I really hope I can find a fix to this. hopefully, someone out there is able to help me with my problem.
