Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Reproducible steps: Open any file in Lightroom Mobile (for Android).Push the Whites slider to +100.Gradually move the Highlights slider down. As I move the Highlights slider down, the whole image gets brighter! This has to be a bug, right? I've reproduced this with everything I've tried so far: three raw files created by my camera, the Sony A6000, and a JPEG I downloaded.

Since your update 2 weeks ago Auto Geometry has stopped working correctly it no longe staighens images like it should. This is for the App version only. The online vesion still works corretly. Please fixthe bug as I am now having to us the older verison of Lightroom. Thank you

Anyone else notice that you can no longer 'move' folders in Lr - now it will only 'copy' (for the record, before you can only move and not copy). Anyone else notice this?  Has anyone figured out a way to move?

いつの間にやら突然に編集中画像の解像度が落ちてボヤボヤになってしまい、本来のディテールが分からないので現像ツールとして使い物にならなくなってしまいました。使用デバイスはAndroid14 pixel8 pro、windows11 Home 32G 64bit。PCは最近まで何の問題も無く使えていました。スマホは買い換えたばかりで、スマホの方で編集しようとしたら編集中画像の解像度がいつまでも正常にならないので電波が悪いのかと思い、PCで編集しようとしたら同様の賞状でお手上げと言った状況です。厳密に言うと編集したい写真を選択して表示される画像は普通ですが、拡大表示(100%)似すると本来のディテールとは掛け離れた荒い表示になります。これは単にソフト側のバグなのでしょうか？ 

Hi I'm a Lightroom CC user, on an iPad 12.9 pro. I've lots of available space, battery fully charged, all recent updates.  Im experiencing a lag when zooming into image and using clone/heal tools and some crashing of app, which then loses the edits I've just done on current photo. Please can anyone advice/help many thanks

I have Premium subscription on my app on my phone but when I downloaded app on iPad its not there, what do I need 2 subscritions 

On a recent trip I loaded a couple hundred photos from my camera (RAWs) and phone (JPGs) into Lightroom on my iPad and I began to sort and edit them. This was done all off-line.  Once I returned home and had access to the internet again, I turned sync back on and a little while later I noticed that all the JPGs I had imported from my phone were severly downsized to 500x377 pixels. The edits also appear to be gone for the JPGs, but all the RAW files and edits are uneffected and are fine. This happened once before but I can't rememeber how I resolved it and my old posts seem to be gone.  Is there a way to recover the original images and edits or do In need to re-import from my phone? Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening again?

When using the Healing tool in Lightroom in full screen mode (which for me is always) the mouse pointer vanishs when I move it over the image. It doesn't do this for any other tool (e.g., masking), and it works as expected when Lightroom is not in full screen. Is this a bug, or something I can fix myself? I opted for a 7-day trial. Upon cancelling within 7 days I wasnt able to complete the  request due to an error encountered. I sent multiple emails and tried to contact via their virtual chat. No response/support was provided. Does anyone know how to requsest a cancellation and refund for this service?

I uploaded my raw files to lightroom from my phone, and half of them uploaded fine, while the other half uploaded as digital negatives (DNG). I am not able to edit the DNG files on my laptop, because they are incompatible with my laptop's version of lightroom (it is up to date), but I can edit them just fine on my phone. Is this a bug? Or does this just happen when uploading from my phone?

Please help. All my photos om my Ipad in Lightroom Mobile has gone missing. I can see in my iPad properties that the space has been used up on the iPad but can't access the photos. I did check that my subscription is paid so that can't be the issue. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Same here, I bought my Lenovo or the same purpose of using adobe, creative cloud for video and photography editing. First couple of months at work fine now I've been having all kind of crash issues or you click on something and it takes forever because it's not responding. I'm about to get rid of a big five they can't fix these issues. It seems ever since they started beta. I've been having these problems. Every time I'm in room I go to click on a new preset and it goes to not responding at the top of my screen and takes a couple minutes and then it'll come back and it does that for every photo same when I'm I'm editing it takes forever because even not responding and I gotta wait every time I click on something new. Even Adobe Express is getting that way. I went to the forum in Nashville last year and all these programs look great but ever since I feel adobe experience i'm wasting more time than ever trying to get stuff edited almost $100 a month for a program that works better than F

Kein Himmel, kein Motiv. Aktuelle Versionen des Programms sind aufgespielt, habe schon alles deinstalliert, Rechner sogar neu aufgesetzt, aber Problem kommt immer wieder.Ausgangslage war mal, dass ich Bilder verschoben habe über LR und seit dem mag er auch in den neuen Versuchen nichts mehr finden.Jemand eine IdeeAch ja, Bilder liegen alle im RAW Format aus der Nikon Z6 vorDanke mal im Vorraus

Any advice?

Hi. I'm trying to keep original files on both the cloud and local using Lightroom. That way I have two sets of images in case of problems with one or the other, backup. According to the Adobe Lightroom Common Questions it is possible. See screenshot. However, the 'sync icon' referrerd to does not appear on my images. I am in square grid view as stipulated. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Other than sync via LRC. It's not recommended by Adobe and I would also have to learn LRC as well as LR. Thanks in anticipation.

Hi all, I have imported a lightroom classic catalog into lightroom (latests version ) succesfully following the instructions from this tutorial : https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/migrate-to-lightroom-cc.htmlIt worked fine except that after import I do not have my developer changes (such as crops, etc), which makes the import pretty useless because I would have to start over developer work.The tutorial mentions that developer history is lost, but I thought I'd just get my photos in its finaled "developed" state, not the initial raw one. Can someone confirm if I was mistaken, if I maybe did something wrong or if there is a bug there? 

I spent an entire day going through my mobile images on my iPad.I created an "Album" with the best images I want to keep and edit further, but the Album is empty on my other devices (Mac or iPhone)All syncs are turned on and running, and it even shows a message everything is synced and backed up.What am I missing?

Bonjour, j'ai renouvelé mon abonnement Formule pour la Photo (20 GB) à l'année, car celle-ci prenait fin. Seulement Lightroom ne prend pas en compte mon réabonnement et m'informe systématiquement de renouveler mon abonnement,  (ce qui est fait...).Comment puis-je mettre à jour lightroom afin de pouvoir réutiliser l'application, svp ?!!

My photos saved in lightroom and my catalog backups are all on an external hard drive attached to my MacBookPro.  I bought another external hard drive but don't know if I need to start a new catalog for the new drive or if there is a way to continue with the same catalog and still be able to access the older drive's photos and the new ones being stored on new drive , without confusion.Thanks in advance.
