Tried to re-install Lightroom Mobile to my Samsung tablet but get the message "An error occurred while authenticating. Please try again later". Tried several times - same message. Try uninstalling and then reinstalling - same problem. Tried full factory reset of my tablet and then reinstalling Lightroom Mobile - same message. Lightroom Mobile appears to be working ok on my android mobile

Hi, just purchased the premium features and they are very slow. Some of them don't even load at all like the portrait presents or the lens blur. Help!

Just trialling LR.  Can't seem to find a simple way to compare before and after images side by side.  Am I missing something?

I found a weird bug trying to open Canon EOS R5 files using my cardreader with a Google Pixel 8 Pro.   So Lightroom doesn't detect CR3 files, either if I copy them on the device nor in its own file browser. It only shows the JPGs and acts like there's no other files. But interestingly, when I rename a file to CR2, it shows the RAW file and also opens it. I know somebody's gonna say "It's just the jpeg preview," but it's not. I tested it with both file types and unlike JPEG previews the RAWs got full resolution, plenty of dynamic range and show noise in the shadows instead of compression artifacts.   So I'm pretty sure this is a bug and somebody added CR3 support but forgot to amend the Android app to recognize CR3 files. Please fix, so I can finally edit my files on the phone and tablet without constantly having to rename them.

Hello! I am having an issue where when I try to go full screen on an image it won't always expand correctly. It used to just fit the screen, but every now and then, it will be shifted over in weird places and I am not sure how to recenter the shots. I know it happens because I zoom or move the image to look at certain spots but I find it hard to get it right back to where it should be to expand fully. Hello there community, I have the following workflow:I categorise all my photos using Lightroom Classic, put the best ones in collections and sync those to the cloud (Lightroom CC). Now, I heavily rely on embedded previews since I shoot Fujifilm and my JPEGs are pretty much perfect most of the time. I keep all RAW files too because I need to ocasionally do some tweaks/edits.The problem I'm facing is that when I sync the photos to Lightroom CC the embedded previews disappear – I only see the smart previews. Any ideas on how to sync the embedded previews too? Anything I'm doing wrong? Any tips are appreciated!  Cheers,Yav

Bonjour à tous!    Photographe immobilier, je traite actuellement mes photos en HDR via lightroom. C'est très efficace, cependant c'est plutôt long puisque je sélectionne chaque groupe de 3 ou 5 photos pour les fusionner. Je réitère l'opération pour chaque photo HDR. Pour un shooting de 30/40 photos c'est très fastidieux et surtout répétitif !    Je voudrais savoir s'il y a possibilité (via lightroom ou un plugin par exemple) de traiter mes HDR par lots. Le logiciel peut-il reconnaître les photos d'une même série automatiquement pour ensuite fusionner les photos de la même série (avec expo différente) et me sortir tous mes HDR directement ?    Je crois savoir qu'il y a possibilité de créer des piles. C'est un peu plus rapide mais il faut quand-même créer chaque pile une par une si j'ai bien compris...   Si vous avez une idée pour automatiser ou du moins accélérer le processus je suis preneur!    Bonne journée à tous!    Antoine&nbs

Why is there a difference in launching CF cards vs SD cards in the local version of LR?  When I insert a CF card, it appearsin my browse window.  But when I launch an SD card it appears above the Browse window.  With SD cards I can only import, but with a CF card I can use the grid, edit, magnify, look at each picture individually, etc.  I am almost sure that I have had no issue with SD cards previously but now I have issues.  Did I hit something by mistake4?

Hello, On my phone when I go into my account details its says I have a subscription (this is ture) . I have recently logged in on a different device using the same account but it shows up as not having a subscription and promoting me to pay for one. Just wondering if you could tell me why this is happening? 

Can someone please help me? There is an app called lightroom,ps camera which is an app provided by adobe but is an app for apple. This is a very malicious app that has a subscription trigger and after that you have to pay for the app. I want to do something about it before there are more victims, but if anyone knows how to check the billing amount, please let me know.

Hi Friends,i can not add some photos. I use 11" iPad Pro 2021. IPadOS is up to date, Lightroom is up to date. I have enough storage (over 1tb).  I did try: -move the folder, rename the folder, rename the files etc. on my storage....               -create an album in Lightroom and Import inthere etc.               -delete the files (photos) in the cloud from the "syncerror" folder (they appear there)               -it is possible to add the files through my win desktop over the browser to the cloud and after that sync my iPad with the cloud and the photo appear in Lightroom. Hello, I have a Lightroom CC 10GB plan, so have Lightroom Classic on my PC and Lightroom Cloudy on my PC, phone and tablet.  Typically, I upload into LR Cloudy from my phone (mobile phone photos) or from my tablet (DSLR images).  I use albums to organise in LR Cloudy, not folders.  I typically edit in LR Cloudy on my tablet.  LR Cloudy syncs with LR Classic on my PC, and bungs all the images in one folder called ‘Lightroom Synced Images’. Which is a bit annoying they aren’t sorted like albums on Cloudy, but anyway.  Main issue - my 10GB on LR Cloudy is filling up.   What I think I need to do, is: Move edited images off of LR Cloudy and into a sensible folder structure on my PC with that then being where the original files are to be located.Have those images in LR Classic.Sync those images with LR Cloudy (thus not eating into the 10GB limit).  I’ve searched around on the help on here but can’t seem to figure

Hello, I'm having issues with Lightroom Mobile. It's not letting me export edited videos to my mobile device anymore, which it used to allow before. When I try to export them, the application crashes and restarts.

I made some edits to the sky in a photo using the object recognition panel. However, when I try to select another part of the photo to edit, it combines it with the sky, thus applying the adjustments to the sky at the samd time. I've looked at Adobe's tutorials and see nothing that addresses this. It makes it look like each edit is handle independeltly.; mine is not.  Help, anyomne?

I'm new to Lr and really struggling with Adobe's approach. There are a lot of disaprate resources on individual tasks but I am looking for more of a "how to get started"-type tutorial. Many of the videos on Lr are experienced p[eople moving way too quickly through through their descritions -- not really tuturials so much as marking pieces designed to show what Lr can do.  Any direciton here?  Thanks. 

Just bought Samsung galaxy tab s9 and it has only 128gb internal storage I already installed 1 Tb sd card and set in app setting on system menu and inside lightroom add to use external sd cardBbut when i export it's always save on internal storage  

Yesterday and today lightroom has been bugging out.  A few of my friends noticed it too.  Lightroom is locking up, crashing the graphics cards, denoise ai not working, sometimes auto adjustments the button is greyed out, not loading photos properly, etc.  Just wanted to see what going on?

When I edit a photo from outside plugins like Photoshop, the images move to the end of the filmstrip. How do I keep them in the original sequence? I cannot sorting them by name/timestamp as I often create custom orders (I work with weddings), so I can not simply switch back to sort by timestamp again. It would be really helpful if a newly created image (happens also with the new denoise-feature) would order itself next to the image with the same name. Otherwise I have to scroll back and forth  for 1000 images to put it in the right spot again. Can you please help me? I am using Lr Classic, latest version, in a mac.

Hi there,With the recent upgrades to Lightroom mobile for both iOS and Android, I was considering purchasing an iPad for editing photos while traveling. A friend was nice enough to lend me their iPad so that I could test things out - I have run into a big problem with lens corrections.I frequently use the Rokinon 12mm F2.0 on my Sony e-mount camera:https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1039948-REG/rokinon_rk12m_e_12mm_f_2_0_ncs_cs.html  This popular lens is entirely mechanical - manual focus and aperture control. This means that the lens data is not added to each photo's metadata.Lightroom CC does not automatically select a lens profile when I ask it to enable profile corrections. However, I am able to select the correct Rokinon profile from a list.Lightroom Mobile (iOS) also does not recognize the Rokinon Lens, and I am seemingly unable to select the correct lens profile. This renders Lightroom Mobile incapable of correcting for my lens.Has anyone else run into this problem? Ado

Hello! I am using adobe lightroom and it says that my cloud storage is only using 18.1 GB of 1 TB of storage however my Mac storage is very low due to saving my Lightroom photos to the local drive. Am I doing something wrong? Can I save them another way?
