Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

I am doing my main editing on a different computer. I previously stored my local copies on an external drive. I will be using the same drive. I opened LR on the new computer, went into preferences and set the location of the external drive connected to the new computer. When I reopend Lightroom CC I was prompted with "moving files from Macintosh HD to XXXX", with XXXX being the new location. I just wanted to make sure this is the right process before I let Lightroom "move" any files. 

Hi All, after the new clpud Update function I deleated pictures in LR which where in the cloud. According to Adobe the files are still there and can be recovered in 60 days. Unfortunately I cant find the folder to recover the fotos. Pleas help me. I already read the follwong but could not find any folder on the Web. So I saw that Camera raw is supposed to support various DJI drons, including the DJI Mavic Mini 3 Pro. So why can't I find it in LR 7.1.2? I first looked at the profiles for DJI under the Prrofile "Embedded" that seems to be the default for DNG files I have shot with the DJI Mavic Mini 3 Pro, but there are only a few other DJI drones in there, not this one. I tried chaging the profile to some of the Adobe Profiles, Most show nothing, "Landscape" has a few other DJI options, but again, not this one. Am I missing something? What's the point of announcing it's supported if you cant find a profile for it?

I'm looking for a way to configure Lr on the iPad to import and change filenames in bulk, just like I do in LrC, but I haven't found a way or a reference or tutorial to do it. Is this possible in any way?

Just sitting down to do a bit more triage on my christmas photos. Trying to pick up where I left off.First thing I want to know is: of my photos, how many are picked, how many rejected, and how many are as yet unrated.Basic operation. Been in Classic for more than a decade. Oh well. Classic has a great view that shows you this information. It will actually show you the filter options along with a number next to them indicating how many photos in the current view would be visible if you applied that filter.Writing software is so hard. Throwing away good software is nuts. Do the people working on LR today think that the people who designed and built the amazing layouts and views of Classic were idiots?I'm not posting this in the classic group because I want to use the new stuff. I want the new features and I want the cloud.I just don't understand why any of this is happening. It's certainly not exclusive to LR. OneNote has been stumbling around as well for a decade-plus with two versions

I'm importing our older pictures from a local drive in Windows 11. Some of the pictures have a Creation date, a Modified Date, and a Date Taken. Other pictures only have a Creation date. We've seen some added to Lightroom which loaded in with what we think is the wrong date.

Is there a way to restore unsaved Lightroom edits? I'm new to Lightroom and Photoshop so this is probably due to a lack of competance on my part. I made a number of edits in Lightroom. I then opened the image in Photoshop from Lightroom so that I could export as a PNG. Both programs were closed out, when I reopened Lightroom, the none of the edits to the image were saved. In Photoshop, I can go to open recent  and find the image that was pulled in from Lightroom, but I don't know if I can go back into Lightroom with it with the edits.  I want to copy and paste the Lightroom edits onto another image. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi community,I have LR Mobile Abo - but only this. I am using the App on iPhone. Now I want to install several presets on my mobile App (XMP Files). There is no chance to import those xmp files directly. Somehow it should be installed in Lightroom (cloudbased) and should be synchronized.But I have no LR Abo (cloud based) - I only have the LR Mobile abo.How can I install the presets?BestMarco

Hello! I had some presets saved on my Lightroom app and now I can't find them. What should I do? 

iOS all versions for maybe last 6 months +. I used to be able to just share to Lightroom from the apple photos app, launch Lightroom from the pop up, then swipe right to the latest (assuming I was on the previous latest) image that I'd just imported. Now I can't swipe once it's launched, I have to go to the library within Lightroom first for it to show up, then select it.  I don't recall changing a setting and I can't see anything I can change to bring the old functionality back. 

 Estou a meses tentando baixar o Lightroom pois eu havia desinstalado a um tempo sem querer, já havia desinstalado algumas vezes por conta do armazenamento, mas dessa vez ele não está baixando, mesmo tendo armazenamento o suficiente. não sei mais o que fazer, já tentei falar com suporte Apple e Adobe, e nada. Ele fica parado nessa tela carrega um pouco e não acontece nada. Eu consigo baixar qualquer aplicativo, inclusive da Adobe, menos o Lightroom

I purchased premium features on this account through the Apple app store, but when I log into the app on my Ipad, I am not able to access the premium features. Is there any way I can get this to work?

How can I globally add my copyright info to all my Lightroom Mobile photos?

Even though I have a premium membership, I cannot use the premium features when I enter the program. I cancel and buy again and the same thing happens. I also purchased it as monthly payment and annual payment. I changed my plan but it doesn't work!!!

 Good evening,everyone.  Curious me was just playing around the app when I found the storage option. I clicked on it changing the storage settings from "device" to "my sd card"  And after it reloaded,I couldn't find any of my presets! I tried to switch it back to my device but it wouldn't budge. So I deleted the app and reinstalled it again.  Now all of my presets are gone! Like finally! I can't find em which is really terrible!!  What to do!? Someone help!!! Pls Note; I'm using the free version. Thank you

I have a couple of issues with Lightroom for Mobile (iOS) and wonder if anyone has a solution (or if a feature request is warranted). Right now I hesitate to migrate my library into a 1TB subscription simply because of these issues. 1. I much prefer square (cropped) thumbnails, instead of showing thumbnails with the images' true aspect ratio. The reason is that I wish all photos to get the same screen rela estate to make them equally easy to spot. Now, portrait photos now get so small, it is hard to see them when scrolling through my photos. ALso I think it just looks more stylish with square thumbnails.2. When I scroll through all photos, I often need some kind of navigation support to understand where along the time line I am at, e.g. the date or month of the current thumbnails. I know I can segment by month, but that hides the majority of my photos which I do not want. Sometimes I wish to browse for a photo that I know was "a while back", perhaps 3-5 months ago and I simply can

I received some .heic image files via google drive and now I'm unable to open them in adobe lightroom for editing. It is showing "Failed to load development version".

I am new to Lightroom CC, trying to work with CR3 (raw) files but at 100% so grainy can not make out any details, even at lower percentage, terrible grainy.   JPEG show clearly. What do I need to do to make this workable?   Preferences?   Thanks in advance  

Some (not all, and is intermittent) thumbnails (raw .nef files) in Lightroom 7.1.2 local grid view and filmstrip are blurred.  The images are quite sharp when in Detail view.   Environment:  Windows 11, video = NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 (31.0.15.4592).   No performance issues noted.  I have tried resizing the thumbnails to no avail.

When my app from my Tablet adds videos to the Gallery they won't load at all. They just buffer. I have to upload them on the website and edit the orientation there. Then they play in the "My edits" section in the app. My phone app never had this issue. I want to use my tablet since I have more storage but it's extra steps I shouldn't have to take.

Hello,my computer crashed after windows update yesterday. Since then I can´t use lightroom or uninstall and reinstall. In cc it is not installed and I can install and use the current version. But for some reason in my pc programms settings it says lightroom 6.1 is installed. I can´t uninstall cause it saysSpecified product is not installed on this machine.I saw some solutions where people installed the version (in this case 6.1) and then uninstalled and that worked. But version 6.1 is nowhere to be found. I dont even know why that old version is installed. I added a screenshot. Some help would be great. Maybe adobe support can provide a link or something for that version? Thanks and happy new year!
