I uninstalled my Lightroom in hopes to try and update it but now it's not letting me download it at all because the newest version needs an updated mac version that I can't get because my mac is too old. Please don't tell me I just lost Lightroom for good...
I cannot for the life of me figure out how to access my presets I purchased. I have a Google pixel and I'm not that tech savvy but for the love. I have the rs file app, zip app, PDF app and lightroom just keeps saying I need to allow everything and I have done that. Please help!!
I'm on an Android phone with Android 13. Got the premium version of Lightroom Mobile, all up to date at the time I'm posting this. This issue been occuring for almost 3 years now.More often than not, when I try to export a MP4 video shoot with my phone, Lightroom will get this message saying "Couldn't complete export - 1 video failed to export" and nothing else. It's annoying the crap out of me cause I already bought another phone thinking it was a problem with my device. But now that I see it happening in every 3 phones I have, I guess it's time to admit the app is flawed. So I'm literally paying for something I cannot use 90% of the time. I had to manually copy all my presets, adjustment by adjustment, to CapCut because there I can edit and export my videos just fine. Can you please fix this? I've seen the same issue not being answered to and those who got any response at all simple heard "stop using the mobile app and use the desktop instead to solve the issue". That's not the "resolu
Lightroom doesn not export videos. I select the file/ files then export in MP4 or original. I see a video in the selected folder but it doesn't work. What could be the problem?
Letest Version Of Lightroom Mobile doesn't Support Heic Format .Previous Versions Of Lr is Supported That Files
I am having an issue with the API to generate assets for 2560 or full-size images:https://developer.adobe.com/lightroom/lightroom-api-docs/api/#tag/Assets/operation/generateRenditionsTheAPI is returning this error:code:'4300'description: 'Access is forbidden' Here is my TypeScript code to call it from Node: async generateRenditionAsync(catalogId: string, assetId: string, rendition:string){ const uri = `https://lr.adobe.io/v2/catalogs/${catalogId}/assets/${assetId}/renditions`; const adobeApiKey = process.env.AdobeApiKeyGallery; let requestOptions = { headers: { Authorization: `Bearer ${this._token}`, "X-API-Key": `${adobeApiKey}`, "X-Generate-Renditions": rendition } }; try{ const result = await axios.post(uri, null, requestOptions); return result; }catch(error:any){ const data = _proc
Can someone tell me how I save photos to a 2TB external hard drive from Lightroom CC?Thanks,DD
I'd like to use the Local edit on my macOS 14.1 M2 Pro Macbook Pro, but Local shows only my user home directory. If I try to browse to al local folder not under my home directory there is an error "slected folder is not support". External USB or Thunderbolt Drives are shown when connected. In System preferences - privacy & security - Lightroom has full access to the hard drive On my Intel iMac macOS 14.1 the local hard drive is shown. Any suggestions or hints? GreetingsDirk
Hi I deleted my photos in gallery and now I want to take them back, but how?! I thought I only deleted them in LR but now they are gone in my phone😪
I'm trying to work out my workflow for the first time using LR and LRC via the cloud. I see how to selectively sync the collections I want accessible on both Apps, which I've done. I understand (correctly?) that anything I work on in Local on LR, will not automatically synch.I am therefore working from the Cloud within LR and then 'Copying Photos to the Cloud' once I am done.My question: How do I get the LR processing, saved to the cloud, back into LRC where I prefer to work at home?Is it automatic? Do I need to import from the Cloud back into LRC?Is there an easy (or easier) tutorial or method to follow?
how to uninstal lightroom mac. Thanks
What can be the problem to edit raw files on an android phone (I can do it, but a friend of mine tried to on 2 different phones and does not succeed)?she can edit only jpeg files?can it be related to the fact that she has the free trial version?
Hi, can anyone advise if it is possible to import all the edits done in Bridge, into Lightroom? Or am I going to need to re edit everything?! Here's hoping someone knows a way!! Thanks, Rae
Hello. How can i share my photo to lr mobile discover side?
How can I set the resolution for photos I take using Lightroom for Android?Photos by the Android camera app have a resolution of 5504 x 3096 (~ 17 MP), while photos taken by Lightroom are only 3840 x 2160 (~ 8 MP). Importing photos into the Lightroom app keeps the full resolution. If it's relevant, I'm using a Sony Xperia XZ3.
Hi,The camera used is a Sony A6300 - not sure if that's important but i thought i'd mention it. My raw photos are 6024 x 4024, and when AI Denoise exports (since you cant set to just change it to apply the denoise, it has to export), it exports them as DNG, at 1024 x 683, is there anyway around this or is it just some kind of bug? I've attached the RAW file i have a PNG version of the DNG denoise export unfortunately, the original denoise export is over 100mb! Even though it's almost 4x lower resolution This is only with bulk denoising, when you do it per picture it re-opens and the second one in lightroom and that seems to be the correct resolution
Since updating to the latest version of Lightroom, my watermarks have been cut off slightly at the bottom when exporting. This had never been a problem previously when I edited images in the same way. See attached a photo from before the update and how the watermark now appears. Lightroom version: 5.2 x64 [ 20220128-1049-86119e0 ] (Jan 28 2022) Operating system: Windows 10OS Version: Windows 10 Home (2009)Computer model: Acer Aspire A515-45 / AMD Ryzen 7 5700U with Radeon Graphics
I don't seem to find if the Lightroom for mobile iOS app uses the image stabilization feature of the iPhone when capturing RAW image (DNG) in both Professional and High Dynamic Range mode (Save Unprocessed Original ON in settings). regards,Soujanna
I just got a new Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra phone and installed the latest Lightroom Mobile (LRM). All the DNG RAW photos I take with the LRM camera are unusable because they come out with bands of rainbow colour all over them. The angle of the bands varies between photos. JPG files from the LRM camera are OK. JPG or DNG photos taken with the default Samsung camera are OK. Is this a bug that will be fixed in Lightroom Mobile? Interestingly, the Lightroom Mobile DNG files look fine when viewed in the Microsoft Windows Photos app on my PC - but not in any Lightroom app (including Lightroom Classic, Lightroom Web)! I cannot attach an example because this site says the content type does not match its DNG extension but here is a JPG exported from the DNG in Lightroom Classic which shows the problem. My old Samsung Galaxy Note 9 did not have this problem.
I was using my Lightroom cc and Adobe account just fine as recently as the end of October 2023 but when I tried to open my Lightroom catalog right now I got a box asking if I wanted to load the trial software. I'm currently running on a Windows 7 machine but have been working on my catalog to get it ready to transfer to my new Win 11 machine. But now I can't even get to my catalog? What gives? Has Adobe changed something in the last couple of weeks? I just checked and my Adobe account is current and active.
I'm using Adobe Lightroom (Creative Cloud based, version 7) on a Windows PC. I frequently use the brush function to create masks when editing. In the past, I have been able to create straight lines in any direction with the brush tool by creating a brush stroke with the mouse, then moving the mouse to where I want the straight line to end, and using shift+click to create the straight line.Holding down shift while using the brush still works, but this only gives me the ability to create strictly horizontal and vertical lines.I have tried restarting the app, restarting my computer, and checking for updates. The loss of this function has made it much more difficult to create masks along straight edges. I appreciate any insight into resolving this issue.
When I'm editing a picture, they'll often show up very pixelated and hard to see. See attached picture for reference: It's particularly bad on blue sky pictures, but not as bad when there's more texture. I've purged my previews cache and tried creating 1:1 previews, standard previews, whatever. The only way I can get the pixelation to go away is when I click to zoom in. Then it clears up, I can zoom out, and all is well. However if I edit, move onto another picture and come back, it will have the same pixelation until I zoom in and out again.Any idea how to keep this from happening? It's really slowing down my workflow and is massively distracting as I edit (in other words I can't just ignore it). Key computer specs:Lightroom Classic version: 10.2 [ 202103041821-226a1211 ]Operating system: Windows 10 - Business EditionProcessor speed: 3.6 GHzBuilt-in memory: 32645.8 MB
I had recently switched my subsciption to personal from buisness and now none of my pictures are showing up after logging out and logging in. I'm still logged in on my phone but it keeps bringing up "subscription expiered" Before I logged out on my ipad, there would be an error appearing when id click on the cloud. how do i get my data back?
