When I store my preset with enable profile corrections, and then use this preset on another image with another lens, the lens information change... i want to store only that i want to use a lens profile but not that specific lens profile...

Hi, I want to remove a dust spot when import a jpg or Raw file. Is there a way to do this automatic in PS or lightroom?  The spot is always on the same places.Because the spot can't remove, i hope there is a solution for this automatic when importing a file, but i can't figure out how. 

My Lightroom app has become so slow that it really stagnates my photo editing. Is this because of my full cloud storage? Or is there something else that is causing this? Are there ways to solve this? Kind regards,Leon

On Lightroom Classic you can advance when editing using a shift-X [on Mac]But in the new Lightroom CC I cannot find how to auto advanceHenry

Hello!    I know Lightroom speed and performance issues are not new here. Still, I am very frustrated and looking for help. I have a brand new Mac Studio M2 Ultra with 128GB RAM (60 core GPU). Specs below. My library has ~11K photos. I am using latest version of Lightroom CC. Local storage for all orginals and smart previews is turned on. Graphic acceleration is fully turned on (I've also tried turning GPU off per other threads).    Despite all this, Lightroom is lagging to the point of being almost unusable.  Specifically, I face serious issues with: -Switching between photos in gallery (can take multiple seconds to switch, then multiple more seconds to fully load the preview)  -using masks, opening masks, turning on/off overlays, etc -these issues are especially exaggerated when I'm using AI masks (subject/background/object); even just one 'subject' mask seems to take performance down significantly    Not sure what I'm doing wrong here. Hello,  ever since the v 9.0 update I am unable to export photos from my Lightroom mobile app. When I export it gets stuck halfway through rendering and then my phone (iOS) gets burning hot. I've restarted my phone, uninstalled/reinstalled app, checked for iOS updates, and nothing seems to fix this issue. It is really causing issues in my productivity. 

Attached is an eight second screen capture of what I'm talking about. The devil touch function for manipulating several variables in the program while indicating clipped areas, no longer works. It seems like the function will work for maybe two seconds before some sort of error occurs, and the view snaps back to standard display, and sometimes it looks like the program has to reload the entire image before proceeding. I have a pretty new iPad Pro within the year and it shouldn't have to think that hard for this operation or at least it hasn't in the past 

Since update 9.0 (5/10/2023) the Lightroom application starts up on Samsung S9 tablet but shows no images.  When trying to check in setting application crashes.  Messages returned that app contains bug ?  The same update works fine on Samsung S23Ultra smartphone ?  I use my tablet to edit and adjust pictures !  Will there be an updated version for tablet's? when?

This is probably more of a bug than question but it seems with every LR update I install, it comes with another problem that prevents me from actually using it!This latest epsiode is it thinks I'm offline as shown by the search bar and also that there is not one photo anywhere!Anyone else had this?

If I capture an .HDR image and export it as the original (not .DNG), I get a .DNG file, not an .HDR file. After the export, I see a pink image. I don't want to use .DNG or .TIF because they have a limited color space. It would be great to introduce a new file format for export, such as .HDR. Thanks.

I clicked on the app today and a pop up said "automatically logging you out" I logged in again with my face book to find that my presets that I worked hard on are vanished! I've had those presets on my account for a year. And all of my edited pictures are gone as well. I was using the Lightroom mobile iOS free version. This is the second time this has happened to me! Ugh this is so frustrating! You see people continuously have this problem for years now why aren't your techs doing anything to resolve this issue! It's been years! This is ridiculous!

Since Sonoma upgrade, Lightroom crashe at startup.I reproduced this bug on 3 differents Mac with shared licences.Lightroom open and crash immediatly if a user is logged in Adobe CC.macOS Sonoma 14Lightroom 7.0

I am wondering if anyone is struggling with masking ever since the new updates to lightroom? On both lr app on desktop and my mobile phone, masking seems to not be as accurate as it was before the update. I do product photography and so I use masking to get bright white backgrounds but also to edit the shadows of objects. Previously, I could sample the grey of a shadow and using the refine slider let me choose the shadows I want to adjust very specifically. Now, it seems that when I choose a grey shadow, there are also other colors in the mask, and refining it doesn't help because it also unmasks the shadows that I need to edit. It also seems to be selecting a larger range of colors when I am choosing white as the sample color for a mask and it is also adjusting blue/light blue objects in the photo. It was not doing this before the update! But this is what I do for a living and I need it fixed! Please help!

I have taken a number of images using the Lightroom mobile camera on my android phone ( Nokia 6 2018) The images are not showing on my lightroom files nor are they showing in camera. By that I mean there is only a black screen. A picture which is totally blackApart from opening in Lightroom I have tried opening a file directly in Photoshop as well and it seems to want to open as a smart object. But then nothing happens after I press the keyDoes anyone have any ideas how to retrieve my images?When I took them initially I recall there was a small image on my screen until I took the next one.I would attach a file but apparently it has to be a jpg and the file is a DNGThanks for any help

Hi! I have the Lightroom app on my iPhone and up until July it was automatically syncing my device photos to lightroom but now I can't get it to sync any photos since then. My app is up to date, i have restarted my phone, I have deletd and reuploaded the Lightroom app. Syncing is turned on. I can manually upload a photo but I can not get it to sync for some reason. Anyone habe any tips?

There's no way to rate. From the gallery you pic a photo and you can edit. The ability to rate the photo by swiping is gone. This still works on iOS.

How can I show keywords in the info overlay for each photograph in Lightroom Mobile?

 I’m getting this error every time whenever I’m trying to use any premium feature. I have creative cloud paid membership.

My daughter has been using Lightroom CC (MacOS) with storage to a NAS that she does not own.  Recently she lost use of the NAS but got a portable external drive with the LRCC folders copied to it.  When she starts LRCC, there's a pop-up that says "reconnect drive," which she can no longer do.  Is there a way to point LRCC to the new external drive without losing the connection to her previous photo edits?  Of course she can also switch to LR Classic (which I use) but may then also lose the edits.   Also (related) we cannot locate the LRCC catalog on her Mac.

When i want  to download the photo the app show me a message "interpreting" and the pichtura does not get downloaded
