Hi there, I usually use presets in Lightroom android. But not every part of picture or somepart I just want to set opacity of it few percents. So, how could I do it? Because right now I have to use Photoshop in PC or Snapseed in Android (after I use preset in Lightroom, and then I use Snapseed to add orginal pic as 2nd layers and edit the opacity of it). It is too anoying and it seem not right for paid app like Lightroom. Anyone have better solution for apply presets on masking area?

Issue: Lightroom fails to detect subject/background Lightroom CC version 6.3.1OS: Windows 11 Lightroom has been failing to detect subject/background. Many months ago, this feature was working properly. Back in October 2022, I succesfully created a "subject mask" on the photo below. Without making any changes to the photo, I attempted to create the same mask in May 2023. As you can see, it is not working as intended.    Every photo that I try to create a subject/background mask on ends up with similar results. Here's another example of what's happening:  Please help--thank you!

I'm trying to figure out how to keep the quality of my edits across multiple devices. I edit my pictures on my computer and save to the Adobe Creative Cloud. But when I pull them up on the same app on my phone, the quality is totally changed.

What kind of workflow stupidity it was to delete this feature. No more editing randomly through a collection! With the available options and tags in the Lightroom app on my desktop and do not see any option like Lightroom Classic CC have that shows whether an image has been edited or not. In Lightroom Classic, one can tell by looking at the image thumbnail whether the image has been edited.

I want to request that scrolling bar to clickable for drag up or down quickly because it is very difficult to scroll to any position and if dragging from top to bottom is spand much time consuming.

My monthly subscription does not work, the application does not restore the purchase, and the App Store says that it is active.

I'm currently using Lightroom Desktop version 6.5 , it's been working great so far but this last photo session its stuck on export. The photos have been synced, and I've changed GPU settings. Does anyone know how to solve this?

At my software co, a bug means its the company's fault not user error so not sur eifthis is te right selection, but: LR Classic will NOT hold filter selection.  I choose 1 star in 1 collection and it flickers to the selection and then back to no filter. I am on brand new (2021) imac, 16 ram, toggled off hover preview, write to xml NOT set, tried toggling off sync and this is my first and only job on my brand new cloud based catalog so its not a size or optimization issue. Tried closing and re-opening. Tried computer restart. Gotta get the job out the door and this is really pretty annoying, so any help would be MUCH appreciated!

Ich habe einen seltsamen Bug buw. Verhalten in Lightroom bemerkt:Bisher wurde nach dem Export eines Bildes der Aufnahmezeitpunkt als Erstelldatum übernommen, was auch korrekt ist. Seit kurzem wird nach dem Export eines Bildes der Exportzeitpunkt als Erstelldatum übernommen und nicht mehr der eigentliche Aufnahmezeitpunkt, obwohl dieser in den Metadateien in Lightroom vorhanden und korrekt ist. Vor 1-2 Monaten war der Fehler noch nicht da und nach dem Export aus Lightroom, hatten die Bilder als Erstelldatum den eigentlichen Aufnahmezeitpunkt...Hat noch jemand den Fehler und weiß die Lösung?

Hello I shoot a lot of B&W on film and want to do some color filtering on the images with the Lightroom app on my Ipad Pro. When I import the image into lightroom it defaults the profile to "Monochrome" and does not give me options to change it to color, so I can't access the color mix. Also under the Color Tab, B&W Mix is greyed out and can't be accessed. Images are Imported as either .tiff or .jpeg files. Importing a color-image works fine and gives me both profile options. I did some googling and have browsed through here but didn't find an answer.  Also I am relatively new to editing and LR in general so it might be just me going about this the wrong way.Am I missing something here? Any help would be much appriciated.  

Hi, im using Lightroom Classic (macOS) and Lightroom for iPhone / iPad. Everytime i import a photo from my camera roll into Lightroom on iPhone / iPad it will automatically uploaded to the cloud. Im not adding the pictures to a folder or collection, so thats not the cause. How do i turn this off? I must be possible since a friend of mine doesnt face this issue. I only wans some handpicked pictures and edits in the ckoud.   Lightroom Classic 12.5Lightroom Mobile (iPhone) 8.5.1Lightroom for iPad 8.5.1 

if, for example, I change my phone, the presets I created will be in the new one? 

Hallo, ich wuerde gerne die Bilder die ich in Lightroom Classic bearbeitet habe mit Lightroom Mobile bewerten und organisieren.Leider funktioniert das nicht wie erwuenscht. Einerseits kann ich in Collections auf dem Handy anlegen und sie tauchen in Lightroom Classic auf. Andersrum finde ich es deutlich schwieriger von Classic auf das Handy zu laden.Es ist mir auch nicht ganz klar was/wie debugged werden kann. Und die 2000 Fotos vom Handy (u.a. Whatsapp ) brauche ich auch nicht unbedingt in Lightroom Classic. Ein bisschen mehr Listen und Einstellungen zu dem Thema waeren hilfreich. Danke fuer eine Rueckmeldung.

Hola! Al intentar importar una foto en JPG tomada con una Canon 70D (perfil de color Adobe RGB) al Lightroom de celular, no se respeta el color original de la foto y lo cambia. ¿Qué debo hacer para que respete el color original?

Hi All.I am quite new to Lightroom Classic.I am importing images from my Canon camera. I save my images on the camera as RAW and JPG. When Lightroom imports and converts them it crops the images.I have attached 2 images which show the crop.Is there any way to stop this from happening? Many Thanks

Can someone simply explain how to 1) sync LR between iphone and a PC laptop and 2) how to select only the photos I want to upload to LR from my iphone and have that show up in LR on both phone and laptop. Thank you.
