Hi, I want to request for a refund for a total of 1,099 that was taken earlier from my Gcash Account as payment since my free trial has ended. I only tried the app but didn't intend to renew the subscription. I hope you notice my request and consider it. i really need the money. Thank you so much.

I recently updated my computer (intel-based iMac to the new iMac m3). In the process, I lost most of my metadata. The keywords are intact, but the data for each photo are missing. Would you happen to have any ideas about retrieving the missing data?

Hello need help!There is something wrong with my phoneUnable to save photo changes in Lightroom, can this be fixed, internal memory is free, on SD too, maybe the email account is a bit clogged.This is what the program says: Failed to savechanges Maybe a photorenamed, movedor deleted. Hi,I bought lightroom premium from google play yesterday, but today it shows that premium membership is not available. I tried to resort purchase but not working. It returns an eroor that The purchase found could not be restored because it hasa lready been claimed.I'm sure I'm using the right account for both google play and adobe account, please help me figure this out, thanks. Ted

I have a valid subscription from Google Play for Lightroom Premium.  It was last billed in May of 2023 and should be valid until May of 2024.  I got a new phone and want to activate it on there, having already wiped my old phone and traded it in.  I get the same pop-up that others have reported saying I need to be logged into the same account on Google Play and Adobe, which I am.  I tried to restore the purchase but it returns an eroor that The purchase found could not be restored because it has already been claimed. I'm sure I'm using the right account for both google play and adobe account, please help me figure this out, thanks. This is the most recent version of the app on a Pixel 8 Pro running Android 14 with all current updates.

I had a question about how I'm processing images and wondered if I'm losing any quality in the way I'm doing it.  I've had some times where I think some images look better than others and I could be from camera but I want to me sure it's not my flow on lr Ideally I start to finish (load, select, edit, export) on my computer the entire time with SD card plugged in. I'm wondering if this with less steps is giving me any better quality a lot of the time I'm on the go and might upload sd card on my phone, choose ones I like on my iPad for a better view and edit on computer later in the day. All made possible from the cloud , then I may download the final on my phone and I'm no longer with the SD card , does this matter at all? hope that makes sense, thanks for any insight 

Hey, I'm trying to edit a photo in Lightroom on my Pixel 8 Pro, and the app said "this device does not support HDR display," which is very untrue. Just wanted to report this, as I love the HDR capture on this phone, and would love to be able to take advantage of it! Please add it soon!

How do I filter by capture date as I have been able to before updates 

Every time I use the brush tool for the blur and The Mask the app lags and then its not responding..I cleared the cache, I went offline but still having the same problem.

Reproducible steps: Open any file in Lightroom Mobile (for Android).Push the Whites slider to +100.Gradually move the Highlights slider down. As I move the Highlights slider down, the whole image gets brighter! This has to be a bug, right? I've reproduced this with everything I've tried so far: three raw files created by my camera, the Sony A6000, and a JPEG I downloaded.

Since your update 2 weeks ago Auto Geometry has stopped working correctly it no longe staighens images like it should. This is for the App version only. The online vesion still works corretly. Please fixthe bug as I am now having to us the older verison of Lightroom. Thank you

Anyone else notice that you can no longer 'move' folders in Lr - now it will only 'copy' (for the record, before you can only move and not copy). Anyone else notice this?  Has anyone figured out a way to move?

いつの間にやら突然に編集中画像の解像度が落ちてボヤボヤになってしまい、本来のディテールが分からないので現像ツールとして使い物にならなくなってしまいました。使用デバイスはAndroid14 pixel8 pro、windows11 Home 32G 64bit。PCは最近まで何の問題も無く使えていました。スマホは買い換えたばかりで、スマホの方で編集しようとしたら編集中画像の解像度がいつまでも正常にならないので電波が悪いのかと思い、PCで編集しようとしたら同様の賞状でお手上げと言った状況です。厳密に言うと編集したい写真を選択して表示される画像は普通ですが、拡大表示(100%)似すると本来のディテールとは掛け離れた荒い表示になります。これは単にソフト側のバグなのでしょうか？ 

Hi I'm a Lightroom CC user, on an iPad 12.9 pro. I've lots of available space, battery fully charged, all recent updates.  Im experiencing a lag when zooming into image and using clone/heal tools and some crashing of app, which then loses the edits I've just done on current photo. Please can anyone advice/help many thanks

I have Premium subscription on my app on my phone but when I downloaded app on iPad its not there, what do I need 2 subscritions 

On a recent trip I loaded a couple hundred photos from my camera (RAWs) and phone (JPGs) into Lightroom on my iPad and I began to sort and edit them. This was done all off-line.  Once I returned home and had access to the internet again, I turned sync back on and a little while later I noticed that all the JPGs I had imported from my phone were severly downsized to 500x377 pixels. The edits also appear to be gone for the JPGs, but all the RAW files and edits are uneffected and are fine. This happened once before but I can't rememeber how I resolved it and my old posts seem to be gone.  Is there a way to recover the original images and edits or do In need to re-import from my phone? Is there anything that can be done to stop this from happening again?

When using the Healing tool in Lightroom in full screen mode (which for me is always) the mouse pointer vanishs when I move it over the image. It doesn't do this for any other tool (e.g., masking), and it works as expected when Lightroom is not in full screen. Is this a bug, or something I can fix myself? The money has been deducted. Kindly guide me the proper platform for help.Thank you.

I opted for a 7-day trial. Upon cancelling within 7 days I wasnt able to complete the  request due to an error encountered. I sent multiple emails and tried to contact via their virtual chat. No response/support was provided. Does anyone know how to requsest a cancellation and refund for this service?

I uploaded my raw files to lightroom from my phone, and half of them uploaded fine, while the other half uploaded as digital negatives (DNG). I am not able to edit the DNG files on my laptop, because they are incompatible with my laptop's version of lightroom (it is up to date), but I can edit them just fine on my phone. Is this a bug? Or does this just happen when uploading from my phone?

Please help. All my photos om my Ipad in Lightroom Mobile has gone missing. I can see in my iPad properties that the space has been used up on the iPad but can't access the photos. I did check that my subscription is paid so that can't be the issue. Any advice would be highly appreciated.

Select the Content-Aware Remove tool (selected by default - in itself, this tool works brilliantly, I love it) and apply a correction, either by spot-click or click-and-drag.5. Return to Photo Grid view.Expected result: The edited HEIC image is displayed in the Photo Grid view with edits applied.Actual result: The edited HEIC is displayed in the Photo Grid with edits applied, but each Content-Aware Remove tool edit is also visible, with the healed area visible as a white overlay on the image. Thanks, Tom
