I am so tired of adobe not listening to what we want. And I’m even more tired of adobe not implementing the most basic functionality. PLEASE let us input aspect ratios with numbers! This can’t possibly be too much to ask.Been paying for years and years and still have to put up with lack of features that already exist in Classic and this one is a small one too. It feels bad, Adobe.
Contrary to the documentation there is no way to export HDR jpgs on a Pixel 9 (nor the new Pixel 10 pro) Only Avif has the option. You do mention it requires Android 14... which is strange considering the Pixel 9 was updated to Android 15 with in weeks of its launch last year.... Now every modern phone is on 16. Eitherway avif hdr export has been/is supported on android 15/16 but jpg hdr export is not. https://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom-cc/using/hdr-android.html
Occasionally + seemingly at random, when import dng to Lr on iPhone, all color moves to a different location within image, leaving original location grayscale. No settings or presets applied, happens with default loading of imported dng. Does not happen with all dng’s. See image for reference.
iPad has become my default device for editing in Lightroom. Since Denoise was introduced, though, iPad has become less useful to me until files have been denoised.Having denoise occur in the cloud would solve this issue. Adding other processes to the cloud such as Merge and Generative Upscale would make iPad even more useful for editing with Lightroom.
Perhaps this is incorrect, but my understanding is that Generative Upscale is a process that occurs “in the cloud”, not on my computer, hence the use of Generative Credits. This may well be why GU is not available using Lightroom Classic. However, if it is the case, where processing occurs in the cloud, why wouldn't GU be available in the iPad version of Lightroom?I’ve read the answers provided by Adobe’s AI help, but they are rather vague, even cryptic in their choice of language.
ich bin 83 Jahre alt. will Tutorials für Lightroom nutzen die aber nur in Englisch gehört werden. ich möchte diese auf Deutsch hören. wie kann ich dies umstellen?
I’d like to compare 2 photos side by side in Lightroom Mobile (on iPhone), but there’s no way to do that. Also, when you swipe from one photo to another, it would be great to have an option that if you click on the side instead of swiping, you go to the next photo without a transition, which would do the same as clicking your keyboard’s arrow on PC. HashPhotos (a free app) has already did that, so I think it’s just natural that Lightroom, at the cost people pay to use it, adds the feature. It would greatly help comparing photos effectively.
In Safari on iOS 26.3.1, HDR photos display as SDR when Lightroom on the Web is in Play Slideshow mode. HDR photos otherwise display correctly as HDR when clicked upon for single-image display.Behavior is identical whether or not user is logged in to Lightroom or anonymous (i.e., sharing link).
We are unable to select them there. There are people reporting this issue here in the community and on Reddit. We are unable to use the Auto + Retro presets on mobile devices, such as my iPhone, and even tried it on the iPad.
I am using Lightroom Desktop 9.2 on Windows 11. Immediately after updating to NVIDIA Studio Driver 595.79, Lightroom became extremely laggy during normal editing.Symptoms: Severe lag even without using AI Denoise Regular slider adjustments such as Exposure, Temperature, and Highlights become very slow Brief freezes occur during or right after slider movements The issue occurs with photos stored on both external SSD and internal SSD The issue is reproducible across different folders and different photos Troubleshooting performed: Moved files from external SSD to internal SSD: no improvement Tested different folders/files: no improvement Regenerated Lightroom GPU Config: no improvement Rolled back NVIDIA Studio Driver from 595.79 to 595.71: issue resolved System: Lightroom Desktop 9.2 x64 Windows 11 Home Intel Core i7-14700F NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16GB Problematic driver: Studio Driver 595.79 Working driver: Studio Driver 595.71 Steps to reproduce: Install NVI
I have a shared album and I add pictures to it time to time. I set the default sorting to date taken. When I add new pictures, it will be added to the end instead of the beginning. I can change and fix that on the desktop app in a hidden way, but can't on mobile. This is a long time issue now.
I have been having issue trying to import .dng presets into Lightroom CC Version 9, I have checked computer permission, tried to copy the presets directly to folder, tried regular import. Any thoughts Thanks!
AI Denoise dosen t work , and I don t know a reason , I work on a a MacBook m4 pro , and I delete the cache , I reinstall the app , I ve done everything I could do...
I’m trying to find the non-cloud Lightroom community. Can you help?
hello! I used the lightroom on my iPhone, logged in from my personal profile, and had a gallery with a lot of processed images and my own presets. then my profile was connected to the company's profile, and after I logged into the lightroom, all my presets and gallery disappeared! Tell me how to get them back? What can I do?
Enjoying the new CC for the most part, but one of the concerns I've got so far is that some of my most-used keyboard shortcuts have been changed. For instance, I used to quickly cruise through new imports and use the Pick flag shortcut to find my selects. This used to be a very intuitive key—P—but in LR CC it's now...Z. And there's no way that I've found to change it back.Could we please have configurable keyboard shortcuts? Or at least some sort of legacy mode so our muscle memory is still effective in the new environment?
The watermark's opacity differs between the watermark editing screen and the export preview screen. This phenomenon occurs when the drop shadow is turned off in the watermark editing screen.Win11、Lightroom8.5、9.2
I had taken a one year subscription for Lightroom on 7th February, then used it for a few days and then it is asking for a refund. Please help
I have gotten my photo featured in Lightroom Community yesterday but I noticed it doesn’t show up in the Featured Catalogue. I still see the featured badge in my profile, so I just wanted to confirm is it a bug or my photo actually get removed. My photo is here.
I’ve investigated this for at least a couple of hours to no avail. Windows 11, Lightroom Creative Cloud version 9.2. All of a sudden the app simply won’t open. The little progress circle appears next to the cursor, and after a couple of seconds it disappears and Lightroom hasn’t loaded. I sits in Task Manager under Background Processes, with status “Suspended”. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled both Lightroom and Creative Cloud. I’ve updated graphics drivers and I’ve read that could be the issue. Nothing has resolved this yet. What is going on? I’m currently paying for software that refuses to open.
Hello Adobe team, I’ve been suffering with frequent crashes of Lightroom (aka Lightroom CC, but NOT Lightroom Classic) since November. I had a busy / active forum thread going but it has apparently been made unavailable ~8 days ago when you re-launched the Community site, which is very frustrating. This was the link to the thread - perhaps you can see it still? Summary: I am using Lightroom 9.1 (aka Lightroom CC, *NOT* Lightroom Classic) on my MacBook Pro (M4 Max CPU, 48GB RAM, macOS Tahoe 26.2). Sometime around November, the app began freezing with a pinwheel cursor while doing routine activities: editing a photo, exporting pics, or even just being left open but in the background. Attempting to quit Lightroom puts it into a pinwheel freeze 90% of the time. I’ve submitted dozens of crash reports, hopefully you can see them (they’re linked to my Adobe account). I also have two fresh log outputs from today (a Console crash report and a Lightroom Diagnostic log) which I’m happy to share
I want to turn off AI.
I would love to be able to change the background color of the Lightroom Mobile interface while I'm editing an image. Working freelance and traveling a lot and commuting, I use my iPad a lot to make adjustments so I can save time. Several of my jobs have required me to have backgrounds close to white but without being white (specifically e-commerce photos). Even though I'm using the clipping mask to see my white and black points, it would still be nice to have a white background during those projects to make sure I don't make my models look like they're floating in the middle of nowhere. It would be one more step I could get done before even getting to the studio! Thanks!
