Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

In Lightroom Mobile for Android, version 9, there is an issue when switching between the photo edit view back to the All Photos album view. I'm taken back to the begining of the list! This means I have to scroll down every single time I want to check a photo in the edit window. I don't think that used to be the case, and I don't think this is a pleasant experience to any user. Adobe please fix this? It sure is an easy one.   PS, I doubt this is an issue isolated to my install. But if other users are reporting not having that problem, please let me know.

I'm having trouble downloading the photos I've applied effects to my phone and I also can't switch to any app when I press the share button. This problem has been going on for 2 days. How can you help me.

Hello LR User Community:   I am trying to create an adaptive preset, but I can't locate the preset browser (see attached jpg) to allow me to complete the process. Why isn't this icon showing in my version of LR Classic?   The vertical shows the button I am looking for, the horizontal shows my LR tool section for masks.   Thank you for your considered advice.

I searched the forum for an answer, but I'm sorry but I still don't understand.I shoting on a Canon 6D and 5D, I load the SD card into an iPad PRO and edit in lightroom (basic adjustments) . I export the DNG files to disk and open in a desktop Mac. I want to do denoising, but since the last update I can't do that anymore. Denoise is not currently compatible with this photo format. Why? It's an export from adobe.Where is the problem, since it was still working a few weeks ago? I didn't change the technique, I didn't change the procedure. I've only used the Mac for mass denoising.

So if you photograph alot of people/headshots like I do, you go through alot of names in the facial recognition which is a cool feature of LR that helps me to keep people's names straight. HOWEVER, I'd love to be able to reference those "People Names" when exporting the actual edited file. Does anyone know a way to pull this off without having to individually name every stinking file at Export? I've searched Google and have come up with nothing.

My photos on my phone haven't been syncing to the cloud since about Oct 7th?

Hi, I use a galaxy tablet for most of my editing.  I used to be able choose a view option, on the top left of the screen, where I could select "Rate photo". Since the last update I can no longer find that option.  This is incredible frustrating as there 10's of photos from any given shoot that will be deleted, but I cannot see a quick way of rating for later removal. Can anyone help me lol

In LR 7, 'Local' mode, I can't see how to import images from card reader to the local disc. The file command is grayed out. I'm a longtime LR Classic user. All google searches reference classic.  Same with forum posts I've seen.

I keep getting an error message that says  "the folder [my username] cannot be opened because you don't have permission to see its contents" whenever i open lightroom, and i get the same message for every folder i try to open. this is on macOS Ventura. I have tried to allow full disk access in settings but it did not help. 

I am trying to add photos to Lightroom CC and my Add Photos and File>Add Photos buttons are grayed out. I've tried restarting and signing in and out. Everything is updated.

Hi, I have had Lightroom for iPad for a while with a monthly subscription . I know get "subscription expired" and every time I try to use I can't use premium content . My subscription is up to date and on auto renewal, so no reason for it not to work.I've tried the upgrade feature within the app, delete product and re install, still no luck . I tried to report a problem through Apple they say its your problem, please help meRegardsRichard Bance

I subscribed to Lightroom for iOS last night and today it says "expired." My subscription (paying monthly) info states that the subscription renews onNovember 23. What's going on? I want to dabble in masking and now I can't. 

I need to clear up space in my cloud storage yet i can not find the files? I click on files and it says 21 out of 20 gb used yet no files show up...?

Hello image sizing option when exporting image, has been deleted in Lighroom Cloud Based? I have downloaded it and now I need to resize a photo DPI for printing and cannot do it! What I need to do????  

Not sure why my lightroom is saying I have zero storage availble. Do I need to change the location? Unsure of what to do  

Every time I  use LR Mobile on my chromebook it tries to move all my photos from the internal storage (I have plenty) to the sd card (virtually Nil) and I have to stop it, very annoying to keep having to do this.  Cannot see any way of stopping it doing this.  Also, the one time I did allow it to transfer everything across although the photos were there on the sd card, they were not visible so it was completely a waste of time and had to be reversed. Does anyone have a solution to my main point?

Two days ago I've tried to add new photos and video's from my card to lighroom and they keep uploading for days now. I've tried to delete them and restore them, formatted my card and tried it with new photos. But basically nothing works. They keep saying that they're "uploading". Anyone knows what I can do here? 

Using a Mid 2018 MacBook Pro with i9 Processor + 32GB RAM and as soon as I start, and long after I close, Lightroom CC for Mac 2.0 the dynamiclinkmediaserver starts up and uses >100% of CPU resources and the fans start whirring to try and keep things cool!I assume this does not hog so much resource by design so how do I stop it?Peter H

I created an album from an event. In my lightroom, it shows that they have downloaded and they will actually play. But once I click on the link. There's 5 small, 2.5/3 minute videos that are still gray and if I click on them it says(sync has not finished for file_____.open lightroom on to continue syncing). But the 10 and 14 minute video work perfectly fine. In the link. I even created a new album for these five 3min videos specifically, and i'm getting the same results ( sync has not finished) and I left the lightroom open all night in hopes of it working and nothing.

I click the upload button then click on instagram. LR freezes and I have to reload LR to be able to use.  I can upload to otherr apps fine. This happens with more than just one image. iOs 16.6.1Instagram 306.0.0Lightroom 9.00

I have added lots of file info (Title, Caption, Copyright, Captured, Location, etc.) in Lightroom to many of my photos.  How do I export that data to usable format like CSV?Thanks,Michael S. Scherotter
