Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

Whenever I try to use a subject, background, or sky mask, the following error appears:"There was an unexpected error and your request could not be completed". Could someone please tell me how to fix it? I tried following the steps on other posts (like troubleshooting GPU issues), restarting, and updating my Mac software. The error still appears. I use this for work so any help would be immensely appreciated.

hello, each time I export to PS a photo that I have already started to edit in LR, and add editing in PS, I miss all the masks in the edit panel that I had already edited in LR so should I wish to modify some of those editing, I must restart from scratch how can I preserve them going back from PS to LR ? thank you eric

  Hello,   I have a problem with subscription. Even though I paid it, still shows that I have to pay the plan. When I try to pay it again it shows that my payment failed. Can somebody tell me how ti fix it. p.s Find attached the screenshots of the problem.    Thank you in advance

If I type in any file name, even for the currently selected picrte, Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3.3. never finds a single picture. How do I find pictures in Adobe Photoshop Lightroom 3.3 by file name?

Hi I am strugling to figure out how to select multiple images on lightroom only using the file name. Currently it works only if I put in 2 file names eg: MG_1183, IMG_1186 and if I enter more then 2 file names it displayes "Oh no. A black hole" This works prefectly on lightroom classic. Thanks

Hello,    Is it possible to search multiple filenames at once in Lightroom CC? I have tried adding multiple filenames separated by a comma and a space, then a semi colon and a space, then just a space. None of these have worked.  Can anyone help? Thanks! 

Is any one else bemused by Adobe's teaser - first they say that we can process HDR in LR for mobile and then they say that feature is currently not available. Which is it and when will the feature be ready for use on iPad Pro?

Hi, I noticed that when adding videos to Lightroom (cloud version) most videos show either a black or white thumbnail. A few videos shown an actual image. I suggest this is fixed as it is not nice to have so many black thumbnails that do nothing to help to know what's in the video. Attached is a screenshot showing videos with black thumbnails and a few videos with proper thumbnails. Photos blurred for privacy. Thanks

My Adobe Cloud storage has run out and I am about 90% sure it is because Adobe has been backing up the photos off my iPhone. I recently turned the auto backup feature off and now I am wondering if it is possible to bulk-delete the photos from my Creative Cloud account. I cannot seem to find any setting for this, and was hoping someone could give some insight on how to do this. Obviously, I do not want to delete the photos off my device. 

Hi All,I have had Lightroom for a quite a bit now, but a couple of months ago my PC died and I knew I was going to replace it with a Macbook which I have.  I have downloaded Lightroom to my Macbook but it looks different to the one I had on my PC and looks more like the one on my iPad?It doesnt seem to have the old headings or as many drop down menus at the top, IE import, Develope, Print or Export?Have I downloaded the wrong one or is this the new Lightroom?  I'm just a bit confused Any help or direction would be most gratefully received. Kindest regards Sweeney

If I tap a photo in notifications I leads me to the rating view, which is good because I can convert the useless like into a useful pick or star rating.  But hitting back leads to the edit screen (instead of back to the notification page, where I just came from, for the next photo to select), which is annoying if I want to convert mulitple likes into something I can filter for on desktop. 

Is anyone else experiencing an issue like this where the lighting is off with the latest version of Lightroom? All the photos are normal until I Update to the newest version 7.0. All my photos look too bright or too dark; lighting is just off on update 7.0 and when I go back to Update 6.5 the photos are alright once again. If anyone knows how to fix this issue on update 7.0 I would truly appreciate it (Pic with update bar is from update 6.5 while the other is from update 7.0)

Please include 4×5 aspect ratio for cropping images in LrM. Its very annoying to spend lot of time doing custom cropping to achieve 4x5. This is standard instagram aspect ratio for image upload, it should be there in the product.  

There is no option to upgrade being$4.99/month and I've reached my storage limit. Is that even possible and if so do I have to cancel and resubscribe with a different plan? Do I get to keep everything that is currently stored? Thank you

I noticed that the lightroom mobile app has been performing significantly worse in some areas on my google pixel 6 pro after a recent update. I cleared out my storage space to under half it's capacity but noticed no improvements. Specific issues I've noticed: Zooming into an image and moving it around will often produce lag. When adjusting the temperature and tint sliders, the image updates to reflect changes made very slowly, like 5-15 frames per second. This seems to only happen with those specific sliders and does not occur when adjusting color mix, grading, or anything in the light panel.  As said, this is occuring on a pixel 6 pro, with up to date system software, while editing raw images captured with the phone camera.
