Lightroom ecosystem (Cloud-based)

2 weeks ago i installled dobe Lightroom on my laptop and login in there, after that, on my phone all my photos were gone, i couldn't get them back, and everytime i want to upload new photos the app deleted them all. I already have reinstalled the app but it is the same. I've created another account because i think maybe my account is the problem but i don't know. What can i do   Hace dos semanas instale Lightroom en mi laptop y luego, en adobe Lightroom en mi celular, se borraron todas las fotos, no pude recuperarlas. Hello all, I am new to this editing software.  How would I go about removing all of the color in this photo EXCEPT, I want the drums and cymbals to stay there original color?  Thank you

My photos are uploading to LR much slower than they used to. Any thoughts on how to speed up the uploading? Computer is several years old. Can't download sky select plugin on android 10 phone. When I press the button, the button disappears, I cannot download it in any way.

I have been unable to import all of my photos & it has led the loss of multiple hundreds of photos. It keeps saying they're suspected imports & they aren't. I can't turn this feature off no mater what I do. I am using the latest version of macOS & Lightroom. Please advise to a resolution. Thank you

I have a galaxy s20fe with the latest os and lr mobile with the premium subscription. The main reason I upgraded is to be able to edit videos. Low and behold when I load a video I get no video editing tools just a couple of color correction tabs at the bottom. What's going on here in the android app description it says you can cut trim etc.. videos? What am I doing wrong here? Have I missed something? 

Why do my cloud collections differ from my desktop collection structure?  I am confused by this and want all my files to be in the same organized structure.  How do I get this to happen?  I don't want to have to manage another separate file layout.

When I choose the option to store the full size images locally, or if I use the Lightroom Downloader tool, I can not tell if the images are saved with their Lightroom edits in place.   I want to download my 2022 files to store locally and remove them from Lightroom CC to free up cloud space. If I should want to open those files again, would they retain their edits?

I posted this in the PS community & they suggested I try here too. I am using LR/PS on iPad. In the attached you can see the raw file size in LR is 3840x5760 px, but when I open in PS (via edit in PS in LR) you can see the image is automatically reduced to 1488x2241.  Wondering if this a default setting or a limitation in the platform? It was suggested it may be opening the smart preview, but I cannot find anywhere to set a default anywhere. TIA

Is it possible to export a batch of photos to Photoshop from Lightroom CC ? If I select more than 1 the export option greys out.

Hi, I need to use the Lightroom downloader (mac OS) to get my photos before my account is deleted. It's 6.1 GB and no matter where I try to download to it says not enough free space available. I have 20 GB of internal storage and tried to use a 32 GB flashdrive as well. I already did every update as well. I don't have access to my account anymore, so this is the only way I can get my photos. Any help please, I'm so sad and Adove has already taken so much of my money 😞

Hi. All of a sudden, I cannot export with LR5.1, having done it successfully only moments before. I am using Windows 11 on a laptop. My Drive D still has 443 GB free. Anyone have any ideas?Thanks!-Charles

Been using lightroom for a couple of years now and i dont need it anymore. Have been trying to cancel the subscription, but it always shows me the page / text " problem about your requiry". I live in finland and text is in finnish too. i tried to look for help but the only link i found was th link i used originally to find a way to cancel the subscription. So i'd like to say tis kinda sucks big time - i need to cancel so all help is higly appreciated. TIA Heidi

We have a new workplace-wide adobe account that includes the creative cloud suite.  I've been using LR on my own account, and I now need to transfer 16k + photos in 180 folders over to the new account.  Is there a simple way to do this? Thanks, Tom

Hello everyone,   The title speak for itself, I was on lightroom mobile free for a while, with around 400 photos on it. Today I messed up and upload a lot of RAW files so I decided to subscribe so I can edit them. Anyway, just after the subscription and the restart of the app, 0 photos on it. Nothing on deleted files, no album, the app is absolutely empty. For information I'm on Android with a Google Pixel 7 if it can change anything. And I can't find any picture on Lightroom web too, but since I never used it before I don't know if it's relevant.   Is there a way to fix that? Did I made a mistake by subscribing before saving my photos? If anyone have an idea on how to help me I'll be glad.   Thanks, have a nice day.
